Very fast and professional service from reception to techs. Highly recommend. The tech walked me through the process and explained the issue in detail. Issue was mold remediation.

I am a Realtor for 30 years and cannot believe this company did so little to fix a mold problem. Over 5000.00 spent for NOTHING. This so called remediation Company says they didn’t bid the repairs. Really??? All they did was tear out some small areas of drywall, set machines to dehumidify, and then picked up the machines and say our work is done. When I asked why arent you fixing the walls? They said, We didnt bid the repairs! OMG! Definition of remediation to set it right, put it BACK TOGETHER. A horrible job, that leaves me no other recourse but to have the state of California involved.

Based on a project they just completed that took them 5 months for a 2 months project and the absolutely HORRIBLE quality of work, I would suggest that you avoid this firm at all costs. I am a person who understands sometimes things dont go quite right, but I judge the company on how they correct the issue. Well dont count on this firm to correct it..... their corrections are only 60% done correctly. You will get plenty of lip service and excuses, but no quality or timeliness of your project.
