Do not, I repeat do not work for these people unless you want to get the runaround with your check and get it shorted as well pathetic customer service

I recently discovered Resource Employment Solutions while in Fullerton and was provided an average customer service experience from the two ladies working that day. It was my first experience working with a staffing agency and it was, as expected, annoying paperwork to complete and then a basic interview. It only took about a 1.5hr time frame from the moment I walked in until I left the office. I strongly advise, from my personal experience, to be consistent with Resource. If for some reason you dont get work right away, continue to be persistent, and they will get you work. I was able to get on with a company within 3 days.Now, as far as getting your paychecks once you arent working for their affiliated companies, good luck. Its a cat and mouse game. I would have to say that this part of the experience is below low. Terrible follow up has been lacking on their end and they dont seem to have their paperwork together for individual records which is aggravating beyond belief....Still waiting for them to get their @#$& in order for a final paycheck. Update: Got my check but it was short. IDK anymore...Customer Service = ⭐⭐&halfProcess in attaining work = ⭐⭐⭐⭐Would I use them again, yes, everyone deserves second chances to smooth things out moving forward.

This place is horrible they lost my check and kept telling me to come back another time

They dont pay for showoff time.We were working hudiny and when the job was done they didnt tell us to not go, they made us loose time and didnt pay anything.

I did got a job but I had move. After I found another from Agency but was temporary. After I called him nothing.. for months they barely have anything. I wouldn’t recommend them. I called them last month of the end may they don’t have anything.

I would not recommend this agency, especially when we work the week n coming Friday they say the checks arent ready n wait till Monday. I didnt even wanted to leave any kind of star bkas this agency is nowhere near a 🌟 Palabra. But I had to so people could see the truth.

A disgust as an agency I was disappointed the first time and fatally they do not pay on time and if it is not that they do not pay you what you worked they pay you less I am not the only one several people happened the same as if one were asking for the money as a gift. .. the worst of the case is that you call them and they wont answer you again, Ive been waiting for a month for them to pay me and I still dont know if they will seriously apply it hereI would NEVER recommend something like this agency😡😡😡😡

Bad service. I made an appointment today and closed the company from 12 to 3 in the afternoon which is the time when the applications are finished, unfortunately I saw several families returning home without receiving their checks by the staff who evade their responsibilities and keep the business closed to your liking.

As they can give bottomless checks that think that people do not have debts to pay are not rats they think that because they hire people without papers gives them the right to do what they want, many people have papers and a lawsuit comes to them future keep it for sure
