After doing my due diligence and falling victim to a bait and switch tactic from another repair shop, I found Cell Phone Repair House had the capability and fair pricing. I could not be happier that I found this place... Hands down, Omar is The Man! After providing great customer service and the fastest repair ever, we found that the part he received had an extremely minor defect in the outline near the back button. The glass was replaced and the phone worked fine, but Omar wanted to make sure it was perfect for me, the customer. He immediately ordered another replacement screen and followed up with me to let me know when it was in. As soon as it arrived he reached out to me (as promised) and was able to replace the screen with the minor defect that day (again, in only around 30 minutes). My phone is now as good as brand new and I am completely satisfied. If you are looking for a place with access to OEM parts (or aftermarket parts) for older or newer devices, stellar customer service, and great pricing, look no further.

This is the best phone repair shop around! I called in before I went, and the guy was very nice to me detailing the prices and what needs to be done. I went at night the same day and he instantly got to work and finished in less than the 20 minutes he promised. He also gave me the same price as over the phone. I definitely recommend this place. Got quoted over the phone and very quick to respond.Went in about 2 or 3 days later when the screen arrived and I dropped off my phone for repairs on my lunch break and when I went to pick up my phone the phone had the incorrect screen color for my note 9. The note 9 has a metallic blue rear glass and the new one was a flat blue and the color was totally off. The audio from the speakers was also very muffled and echoey when playing volume at any level. Went in the next day and the shop owner ordered a new rear glass. Once it arrived about a week later I dropped of my phone and waited for the repairs to be completed. Took a total of 25 minutes and it was the correct color. After 5 days of normal use I started to hear a clicking sound and was unsure what the noise was but it was coming from my phone. After about 10 days I notice the the glue adhesive that was holding the phone together was starting to fail. I chose to not go back so Im just living with the rear glass that will eventually fall off. Shop owner was super cool and very friendly and very quick but the thoroughness and quickness of the repair left me with a not so great phone repair. $180 bucks for a goddamn screen crack on S6!? Even my phone providers were shocked when I told them that! Not worth it!Edit: Tried going there again, shouldnt have bothered. I was again disappointed by some hack who is clearly untrained and later when to an independent phone repair specialist and he was able to do what I asked easily. This store is a waste of anyones valuable time.
