I’ve been on the hunt for a salon close to Front Royal that provides the same level (or close enough to) as the salon I normally go to. Victorian Nails in Winchester has been my go to for a while however I’m tired of making the drive to and from Front Royal just to get my nails done. I have absolutely no issue with paying for great service. I do, however, have an issue with over paying for not so great service. I understand recently that this salon changed ownership and wanted to give it a try. Their website and front door has two different times listed for closing. I didn’t see this as an issue at first considering they just changed management. I walked in at 6pm on a Wednesday and asked if they had time for a mani/pedi. The gentleman that addressed me said it would be a 15 minute wait. I waited for more than 30 minutes to be taken back to the pedicure station. Things start to really unravel from there. I was told to sit in the chair and the guy doing my pedicure handed me the menu and told me what pedicure he would be doing on me. I didn’t even have the chance to look over the menu and choose for myself. He then proceeded to use the restroom and step outside for a smoke break. He came back reeking of cigarettes. Not even 10 minutes into the pedicure he starts to text on his phone. I felt rushed the entire time. My “massage” on each leg lasted barely two minutes. He didn’t do any sort of dry skin removal on the soles of feet (they’re still peeling). While sitting in the pedicure chair a second gentleman started on my finger nails and removing the gel/tips I had on. Though I felt rushed by the pedicurist I felt the manicurist was taking his time. Fast forward to today at 1:30 pm my gel nails are already starting to peel. Although I will be returning to have my nail that is peeling fixed I will not be returning for future manicure/pedicures.

Just tried this place for the first time and was so pleased! I received a gel pedicure and powder manicure from Sam. Great experience! Super happy with how everything turned out. Everyone there was so friendly and nice. All of their seating is brand new and super comfortable. Will be back!

These ladies are great. My cute Valentines nails I got today. They are always willing to do whatever design you ask for, just bring in a picture. These are done by Wendy. 😊

Went for a basic pedicure. The technician talked with other employees, ignoring my needs. She was too rough as she rarely looked at me. I wont be back.

Great manicure, even if you dont want acrylic get a manicure here!!! Wont go anywhere else. Love, love, love this nail salon!!

Visited for the first time today. I had a full set of acrylics with ombré designs done by Kathy.Overall atmosphere was wonderful. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and organized.Kathy was professional and courteous. She did an amazing job on my nails.The prices are quite reasonable for the services provided. This is definitely my new go to for all of my mani/pedi needs. Thanks!

I went in to get a fill & pedicure. The man told me they only had one thing to pick colors from when there was a whole wall of colors and I saw many other people with a bunch of other things to pick colors from. I just picked a color closest to what I wanted. I then went to get my fill and I was already mad about my pedicure all my nails are different lengths after telling pointing it out multiple times. I had a picture of what I wanted and it looks absolutely NOTHING like the picture and it was the simplest picture to go off of. I will not be going back. I paid way to much for something that looks so bad.

Ivy did my nails. She was so thorough and she asked me every step of the way what i wanted. They are absolutely gorgeous and make me happy every time i look at them. Definetely recommend this place and will be returning !

This place is usually great, but my experience today was horrible and unprofessional. I was the first customer in the door today, and I was there longer than some walk-ins. Ive noticed that they tend to prioritize walk-ins than people who have already scheduled an appointment. I will not be returning.I made an appointment for 9:30, when they opened. At first I was with one lady and she was excellent. Then, someone came for an appointment with her and she asked me if it were ok if she could do her quickly (like 15-20 mins.) I obliged, my first mistake.Every other employee was busy with other customers and it wasnt until 20 minutes later a man came to pick back up where she started. My second mistake. His acrylic technique was awful and he ruined the almond shapes the other woman did. They were uneven, thick, and bumpy. I had to show him a picture of almond nails, which literally any nail tech should know. I drew the line and spoke up when he cut one of my nails shorter than what I wanted. They switched me and another customer around. I hope he didnt ruin her nails as well.The final nail tech I was given fixed the shape of my nails (for the most part) and was very nice. The only reason this is two stars is because she gave a small discount and she was polite. Unfortunately, she was distracted by other customers and calls, rushed my gel polish, and did not give the coats enough time to dry. About 15 minutes after leaving, my gel was already peeling.

I have never had a faster, cleaner, better nail service than I have had today. Literally not one thing I would change!! Thanks so much and I’ll see you next time!

So the first time I came, I felt like my nails looked great. A little long but very pretty. A week in, two of them broke off, strangely the same finger on each hand. I tried out a couple other places, but decided to try a second time. The color is good, good length, but the lady didn’t put top coat on all of my nails (which I can’t see how that got missed) and the next day the polish is chipped off. I paid $41 for a fill. ($36+ tip). Lesson learned.

Went in for a full set earlier today and the service there is amazing. I had Wendy and she was polite and did exactly what I asked for. The atmosphere is amazing and they keep you happy the whole time. Definitely recommend touché!

I am visiting the area with my husband and needed a place to get my nails done. I was recommended to go here from a local person in Front Royal, VA. soI called and made an appointment. I couldnt be happier. Katie did a dip French manicure and a gel pedicure. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied. I love the results and will be back. The salon was extremely clean and the staff was super friendly. Im glad I made the appointment.

Made an appointment for 2, came a little early but still had to wait at least 20 min for the employee to get to us. Water was ice cold, told them several times and they finally fixed it. The bag in the tub was floating around and was very slimy. This place isn’t very clean and the staff aren’t very friendly. A little pricey for the quality.

I’ve been going here for about two years and the service has always be satisfactory but the last time I went my nails looked ok but I still had to file them because they were uneven, which was ok . Today I had an appointment I’m not going to name names but needless to say I still had to wait 15mins (not a big deal) I had a picture of what I wanted and after 2 hours and $80 later I not only got purple instead of red like I wanted they look nothing like the picture and I have finger nail polish all over my fingers! And was handed off to someone else to do my top coat! There was no point in complaining! It’s been good when it was good it’s just time to go somewhere else.

I had a really good first experience . Nicky gave me the best dip powder manicure. However the second time was not as nice, I showed up on time for my appointment, only to find that they had overbooked the person that was supposed to see me. I was assigned to this older lady to take off the previous mani I had on. The lady hurt me several times with the filing tool. I did let her know every time but she only replied with an oh .. ok you ok . I was assigned to another girl for my dip mani. Another customer came in and they sat her down with the older lady as well.(next to me) The new customer had come on for a gel mani. The lady began to trim her cuticles. About 10 min in I heard the girl began to ask the lady why is there a chunk missing?. I looked at the girls finger and noticed it was bleeding A LOT!. The lady did not answer her at all, and continued rubbing a cotton ball against it. The girl was in tears! Finally the manager approached her and asked what had happened. The older lady said something to her in what I can only assume was Vietnamese. The manager then said She was trying to help you because your nail, was not good there . The girl said There is a chunk of skin missing! The older lady said something again and the manager tried to blame it on the customer AGAIN! At this point I was as mad as the girl. I looked at the manager and said. She cut her! , no It did not look like that before, she hurt me too. It was really disappointing to see the managers attitude. Im not sure if Ill come back again but If I do I wont let that lady near my hands, BEWARE!

We recently moved to this area. Before Covid hit we had used other reviews to pick other nail salons. All were subpar at best. The salons charged high prices for okay service. THIS NAIL SALON IS SIMPLY FANTASTIC. We are so happy that weve found some place that doesnt charge an arm and a leg AND gives wonderful service. The nail technician Wendy was knowledgeable and you could tell shes been trained well on keeping her work area clean. My husband said Kimmie was wonderful also. BTW I sprung for the additional eyebrow wax and it looks fabulous!This is our new favorite nail salon!

We moves to the area about 6 months ago and we had not found a place we liked after trying many. I hesitated trying them because of the reviews, but I am so glad I did!!! Wendy was FANTASTIC!!! Good conversation and great service. I have toes that are fused together and that has been an issue for people around here. She really listened to what I was saying and took great care.

Looked high and low for a place to do my acrylic nails. Had been to many places that just rushed through them! My nail tech spent time and payed attention to what she was doing! Very maticulous!!! I am very picky with my nails and hands!! Very happy!!!

This place used to be great. Not anymore. The last three time I got my nails done (dip powder) they didn’t last me even a week. The las time nails started peeling off after one day! Went back (lady said it was my fault and gave attitude) and they fixed it but the following day another nail peeled off and I was done! $50 for nails that don’t last even a few days, no thanks! I’ve got dip powder in many other places and it always has lasted me a at least 2 weeks. Don’t waste your money here if you are getting dip powder nails.

My husband is in town for work, so I found Touche while checking out the area and reading reviews. I got a pedicure and my eye brows waxed. It might have been the best pedicure ever. I got the “spa” pedicure, $35. It was the full works and she did a great job on my eye brows as well. Very clean, and nice.

Now that Touche is under NEW MANAGEMENT, the staff and techs are amazing! My nails always look so nice and the pedicures are wonderful. I have my personal favorites there but everyone seems to do an amazing job. If you havent been to Touche in awhile or did previously have a bad experience, I would recommend giving them another chance.

Google says they are open until 8pm, but their door says 7pm. My cousin and I pulled up around 650pm, they were all walking out the door. They welcomed us into the shop and stayed open to do two manicures!! I would definitely recommend. Very welcoming and polite, especially since they were all just about to go home! I will definitely be coming here again

Cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Friendly techs, great technique and I am the pickiest customer ever when it comes to my nails & feet. If I didnt live 3 and a half hours away, this would be my home ❤️

I was here around two weeks ago and my nails still look really nice. I got the gel french manicure and people at work are still noticing it! My friend also got her first massage and pedicure here and she was pleased with the service and cleanliness as well. The salon is also in a good location with grocery stores/restaurants around so its convenient to get there.

I usually come to this place and have my nails done by one lady. She didn’t happen to be there when I went. John did my nails. Less than a week later my nail broke and I had to pay for a fill in again. Two days after that another nail broke. He fixed the nail with no charge but wouldn’t help me find the color ( it was a gel manicure). He then tried to charge me $15 for a change of color for my nails since we couldn’t find the original color. I refused to pay since I JUST paid $35 for a fill in two days ago. I am highly disappointed in the services especially since I am a regular customer. I will not be going unless Vienna is present

Best pedicure ever! Staff was so nice and salon was very clean and welcoming. Paraffin wax foot treatment and a lavender mint foot mask was phenomenal! Have found my new pedicure spot for sure!

Totally different experience for me I was sent to three different techs? Sanded one pinky nail so thin it got sore immediately and I left with one hand painted one sore pinky unpainted hand! The young girl who did the mani was so sweet and did great wish they let her finish. I was then sent to a man who said a regular was coming sent me to a female who said outrageous amount not what I was told, so she said my nails are too weak any way I shouldn’t get any. They tried to send me to yet another girl so I left! She was rude we will not go back to this place!

I came here with my wedding party and my parents and flower girls so there were about 13 of us and they were phenomenal!! They were so kind and balloons and snacks and drinks for us! It was such a wonderful start to a wedding weekend!

Definitely would not recommend if you are looking for a coffin shaped nails. I showed him a picture of the nail shape that I wanted along with the length that I would wanted. Not only are a couple nails crooked, but they arent even close to the length. My friend also pointed out that a piece of one nail wasnt painted. I paid extra for gel, and requested a matte finish, after I got down the road I realized theres spots that he didnt even touch with the matte. $45 for something that doesnt even look good. I never complain about nail techs but I will not be going back there! My nails are uneven . If I could post a picture I would!

Horrible experience didnt talk to me very much and I got the dipping powder done like 3 days ago the top coat is peeling off and one nail has already came off. I will never be going again will continue to keep going to diva nails.

Went in Monday for 2 full acrylic sets for a wedding on Saturday! Talked me into using gel polish because it won’t chip...well after paying $113 dollars a few of my nails chipped and they look terrible! I will be going back to have them fix it, but never going here again!

Had a wonderful pedicure, the deluxe pedicure was amazing my technician made it so. Sorry no name she is all mine😎 Clean, comfortable, everything sanitized. I will be back.

I asked for black stiletto nails with a matte finish, and I ended up with squared off nails. My appointment was at 11:30 am and when I got there I had to wait 45 minutes for them to finish a woman that didnt even have an appointment.

They make every effort to upsell, which is fine, but when they upsell you without you realizing it and then insist on charging you for it then I have a BIG problem with that. I feel very uncomfortable when I go there because I feel like its a constant battle to NOT be upsold. When I go for a pedicure I want to relax and not be fighting a constant battle.

I got my nails done here on a Friday, there is a huge black piece under my clear coat that the lady just painted over several of them the polish chipped off the day after when I went back in to have them fix it the lady tells me sorry they are shorted staff & to come back in two hours. Rude unprofessional people. They will not have my business anymore!
