I cannot say enough about our new hardwood floors from Mr. Sandless! My husband and I had installed prefinished oak floors in the master bedroom. Once they were laid, they didnt match the rest of the house (at all). I called Mr. Sandless and he agreed to come take a look and quote us on refinishing what we had installed. His price was very reasonable and scheduled us within days. The guys that came to do the stripping/sanding were great! They worked so hard and were very professional. Our floors came out amazing! We couldnt believe how beautifully they matched the rest of our house! I will always use Mr. Sandless!

After receiving a visit and a quote, MY delaying the project for about a year, when I asked them to return and do the installation, Mr. Sandless was spot on, he completed the perfect project in 1 day and we were enjoying the floor that evening, we cant say enough good things about them and this process.

I was delighted to find that there is an alternative to refinishing wood floors that does not involve sanding, especially since mine have just a thin wood veneer as the surface, that does not accommodate sanding. I would have had to replace the floors otherwise! The experience and result has been fantastic. Very professional, polite, and a great price! I will also be using Mr. Sandless to replace a carpeted area with matching wood.

Our floors look 100x better!! Matt re-finished our entire first floor living area (kitchen, living room, dining room, office, entry...) when we moved into our house about 3 months ago. The house was only a couple years old, but the floors were terrible! A contractor that re-finished our cabinets managed to get overspray all over the floors. Matt was able to remove all of the paint and make our floors look beautiful again! He even came back to double-check the floors in a few areas to make sure they were up to his specifications! He was very responsive, punctual and clean throughout the process. The products he uses are amazing. No mess, no foul smells, no waiting days to be able to walk or put furniture on the floors. This review is long past due. But its covid and Ive been working from home for 18 consecutive weeks so Im bored and catching up on my Google reviews. I hired Mr Sandless back in 2018 to replace the flooring with wood floors in the front part of ny house, including new baseboards. The technician, Matt, took all the measurements and told me how much to buy (I bought the flooring from Nebraska Furniture Mart) and he picked it up for me. The job was completed in 1 day (it wasnt a huge job but there were lots of angles he had to work around) while I was at work, and it looked perfect. He even said he slightly overestimated and reduced the price by $100. I recommended him to my girlfriend and she hired him as well. Sorry I cant remember Matts last name lol. It was such a good job that I wanted them to remodel my kitchen but he said they dont do that. So sad 🙁.

I could not be happier with the results delivered by Mr Sandless! Matt communicated amazingly well through the estimation, scheduling, and execution steps.I had about 1500 sq. ft. of hardwood floor installed to replace my old carpet and the results of the work greatly exceeded my expectations. I love my new floors! Surprisingly Mr Sandless prices were quite competitive with other, less premium, providers.I recommend Mr Sandless without reservation and will definitely have them do all of my floors in the future!

Matt was so wonderful to work with to get our new offices wood floors refinished. He worked tirelessly over two months to be sure he had the coverage our property management required. He was not only wonderful to work with, but the work itself was absolutely beautiful. We had about 330 sq. ft. to do and he was done in just over 3 hours. No smell, no mess. I just want to say that Matt with Mr Sandless North Dallas did an amazing job on my old and tired floors. He was even able to get rid of dried paint off the floors. My floors shine like they did many many years ago And to top it all off the price was affordable. Great job Matt.

The floor is no better then when they started and in some spots worse. They said would harden like cement but it did not. They also let hair, dirt and foot prints in the finish. Really bad job all around.
