I love rockstar it is really good for your kids to learn how to defend themselfs

Hands down , one of the best and most top notch BJJ gyms in Frisco , Coach Lucas embodies all the qualities of a great BJJ instructor , great guy who is kind , welcoming and knows how to work with you no matter who you as passes his knowledge very well . He does a great job as an instructor , especially with the kids , creating future legends . Coach Lucas is also very creative when it comes to his coaching style and that what makes it so fun to learn from him . If you’re in the Frisco area , I highly encourage y’all to give this place a try and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Providing kids, adults, and teens with high level Jiu-jitsu taught by an amazing instructor! Professor Lucas is amazing with his coaching to the kids and adults. It’s a well managed gym, the manager/instructors are great with communicating! I’ve loved my time being here at Rockstar with everyone!!

My son has been training with Coach Lucas for 6 months now. He is an amazing instructor and very patient with all of the kids. My son was extremely shy when he started, but has definitely overcome that obstacle! I couldnt recommend RockStar enough, thanks for everything!

We live on the other side of Little Elm off of 380, and we pass 4 other Martial Arts schools on the way to this one. Our son had a rough time about 6 months ago at home, we returned to this location because he needed the support that the coaches here offer. There was an almost instant change in our son, it was exactly what he needed to build confidence, learn some respect and discipline. We will not go anywhere else.

Can not say enough about the coaches. Joe, Mike, and Kenny take the time to make sure each kid understands what they are doing and are real patient.They also take the time to ask how the kids are doing outside of class and make sure to stay connected with the families. Our kids love coming to class and have learned so much in a short time. They dont only learn martial arts. They learn leadership skills, discipline, and respect to name a few. I highly recommend this martial arts school.

All the coaches at Rockstar go above for your child. I toured a few gyms prior to making a decision and was impressed by far with the top notch attitude and community at Rockstar. This gym is fabulous no matter what age. They are especially incredibly patient and creative with the 3 year olds. It’s actually quite impressive. Definitely give them a try!

Hands down the BEST instructors my kids have had since they started Martial Arts about 6 years ago. Coach Kenny, Coach Joe, and Coach Josh have a no nonsense approach that will get your kids out of their comfort zone. This is exactly what I was looking for. The classes are intense, productive, but also fun. Serious respect for these guys, they know their stuff and it shows! Your kids will learn more here than anywhere else.

Rockstar is absolutely amazing! The coaches are wonderful! They focus on teaching self discipline, respect and protection. They are kind, strong men who focus on building up your child. What our school lack teaching our children they make up for in abundance. Definitely the best at their art!

Great place for martial arts training! My seven year old daughter started almost a year ago and her confidence level has significantly improved. Coach Kenny and Coach Joe work very well with the kids teaching them mixed martial arts that can be used in real life situations. They also encourage good behavior both at home and at school. After trying numerous sports without much success, we are very happy to have found Rockstar and something that our daughter loves to be a part of.

I recently enrolled my 4 year old son. He absolutely loves it. The coaches and staff are all patient and great instructors. I’m very impressed with everyone’s professionalism and overall kindness to all of the kids and parents. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get their kid involved.

We have been enrolled at Rockstar Martial Arts for close to a year now, and I have nothing but praise for this place. Just 5 stars doesnt do this place justice. My children (girl-age 6 and boy-almost 5) have been attending Rockstar (Phillips Creek) since January 2016. Coach Kenny and Coach Joe are AMAZING! They truly love working with children and how incredible patient in helping each child succeed with building their skills. The coaches are incredibly supportive of the kids and are very concerned about the safety of all the children in the class. Coach Joe and Coach Kenny go out of their way to make the class not only fun, but also a learning experience. Emphasis is placed not only on the physical mastery of the martial arts skills, but also on respect to your belongings (belts), respect of others (family members) and respect of school teachers. Student are rewarded with stripes on their belts for not only attendance/ participation/ focus in class, but also notes from parents and teachers alike. Coach Kenny and Coach Joe encourage the kids to do their best and they strike an amazing balance of supporting both children that are competing during grappling matches. Hi! I highly recommend this place ! Just bring your kid and see how much he will grow into more confident, disciplined person !I am Maggie (for short) and I am a grandmother of 5 grandchildren. So I have a wide experience of attending sport activities with my grandsons in Texas as well in New Jersey .I was skeptical at the beginning, thinking another commercial place to rip off the parents.But I have to admit how wrong I was ! The coaches here are real professionals! They are not just good at martial arts but in guiding, inspiring kids and youth to achieve their potential! They teach kids not only techniques of jui jitsu but how to be respectful, friendly, disciplined and focused. It surprises me that very often you can see 3 ( three!) coaches at the same time in the class working one to one with every kid! You can tell the team effort of great coaches as Kenny, Joe and Michael in consistency and motivation! Each of these coaches sets an example of good moral and ethical behavior!I encourage everyone to try this particular place at South Frisco at 5444 FM 423 !

RockStar Martial Arts Phillips Creek is a great family environment. Perfectly located off of FM423 near Little Elm and Frisco. This location is nice, spacious, and clean. Coach Kenny cares very deeply about his students and their growth. Check out his boot camp, its female friendly!

The instructors are doing an amazing job with our 8 year old twin daughters. We are seeing major improvement regarding focus and discipline, whether at home, school or during training. I workout @ Rockstar Philips Creek morning fitness kickboxing class. Coach Kenny gives a great balance of cardio and weights followed up with 20-30 minutes of boxing and kickboxing instructions. I leave the gym and cant wait for the next class. Highly recommended.

My son started at Rockstar shortly after his 3rd birthday. I wasnt sure he was ready for this type of activity, but Coach Kenny and Coach Joe have been super patient and encouraging with him. Its been 30+ classes and he still loves going!

This is a great place to learn Muay Thai. Ive taken classes at other schools and can say without a doubt that Joe Garcia and Kenny Schreiner are fantastic instructors. There is a good balance between working on technique and conditioning, and the environment is great. My fellow students have all been very supportive and welcoming to newcomers, and were very patient with me while I was getting back up to speed. If you stick with it you WILL get fit, and have the confidence that comes along with being proficient in the most effective fighting style on earth.

It’s been over a month now I moved to Dallas from Ohio for my new job. Since I moved, I started looking for a place to continue my journey in Muay Thai. I was little worried that I would not be able to find a good gym like the last one in Ohio. It was very hard for me to say good-bye to my coach and the owner.With some research, I bumped into Rockstar Martial Arts & Fitness. I was little nervous in the beginning as I was completely new to the state of Texas and this Gym. To my surprise, it turn out to be one of the best decisions I made.Everyone treats you professionally regardless of your race, religions or sexual orientation. The main instructor, Joe Garcia, he is one of the best instructor out there, very passionate in what he does and all about business, when he is on the floor. Likewise, the owner of this facility and also the instrcutor, Kenny Schreiner is very humble and welcoming to everyone. I could see both Joe and Kenny are very passionate in what they do and take a pride in it. These guys are both down to earth and genuinely grinding out there to make us better and keep our community safe.So, if you are thinking to put you kids in to Martial Arts or take some training for yourself for self-defense and learn to be more discipline and humble in life. This has to be one of the best place out there. Thus, do not hesitate to come in and check out or try one of there many different classes they offer or drop by just to say Hi !

We live within minutes of several martial arts facilities, but chose Rockstar because we felt very comfortable with the coaches. Before we enrolled our 6 y.o. daughter in their classes, my husband and I went to the facility to ask questions and met with Coach Kenny. He was very friendly and informative, very customer service oriented. My husband was sold after attending their open house and our daughter attended a free class. This is the first sport we have enrolled our daughter in and thought it would serve as a great baseline for her. She has now attended 5 classes, she started the week school started. The intro class is 30 minutes long, which is great when youre a busy mom like me. I like how flexible they are, you pay for a month and can attend as many classes as you would like each week. Coach Joe and Coach Kenny call my child by name, which shows a personal touch when they work with a lot of kids. They show so much patience with all the children and encourage them, especially when they see them trying. It amazes me how much they are able to cram into 30 minutes. I have already seen a change in her in this short period of time and cant wait to see her growth each month, by the end of the year. They are reiterating what we have been trying to teach her at home. Responsibilty, Initiative, Focus...Coach Joe talked to her class about taking intiative-make your beds without having your parents tell you to, etc. Well, they are definitely paying attention, since that talk she has been brushing her teeth, making her bed, helping her with her little brother and cleaning up after herself. Need I say more??? So far, we have been very pleased and are so happy we made the decision to enroll her in classes at Rockstar. She is pleased as well and always eager to get to clas. We cant wait until her brother is old enough for classes!

Working on the technique with the greatest coach, Joe Garcia is priceless!!!! My gratitude to coach Joe for sharing his knowledge and his contagious passion is limitless.I was lucky enough to also discover another very passionate, talented, and encouraging coach, Kenny Schreiner. Kenny is a very creative and supportive fitness coach, who makes every hard core workout a breeze and fun. I am absolutely addicted to his classes. I wish I were able to attend his classes more often than just once a week, every Saturday.The best way to kick off a weekend is with a hard core workout circuits designed to kill us by my favorite coach, Kenny Schreiner. The intense workout is designed to build our endurance rather than to kill us.The workout class goes by so fast it makes me sort of sad when its over. The Rock Star Rock Fit workout class got me hooked for sure. I am feeling very blessed with an amazing fitness coach, Kenny!Ladies, if you need a boost of confidence and would like your husband/boyfriend/friend/partner see you from a different perspective and have another way of being so attracted to you, working on conditioning your body is the answer. Learning Muay Thai kickboxing Martial Art and working on your physical strength, conditioning, and endurance during the classes taught by such a wonderful and talented coaches, Joe Garcia and Kenny Schreiner is your greatest opportunity and its soon much fun.
