Never did I think I would have a great experience at a post shop, but Chelsea the new owner/manager is seriously the nicest. I had to rush out to overnight something to the IRS. The post office had a line out the door and I couldn’t print my shipping label there. Took a chance by running across the street to PostNet and it was a life saver. Fast lines AND Chelsea printed my label and packed it for me. Super reasonable prices! I sent my husband there to ship a package a week or so later and even he came back and said that this place is so awesome. I promise we don’t know Chelsea personally. We are just a lame couple who really enjoys this super cool post shop. :)
Great experience! I had some note cards printed and they did an awesome job and did it very quickly. They looked great and were cheaper than I had priced them elsewhere. I’d rather spend my money with some local people any day over a corporation. The owners were very personable and friendly. They even called me by name when I came to pick up my order. You don’t get that kind of personal service many places.
Every time I come here to get custom prints done, they exceed my expectations, and what’s even better is how nice everyone is! Typically, email response time is good. I honestly can’t see myself going to another shop besides this one.
Extremely helpful with packing and shipping. Package got there safe and sound exactly when we were told it would. Will definitely use them again!
Got my legal papers printed out, notarized and FedExd back overnight. One stop shopping at very fair price and friendly owners. My go to place for whatever I need mail wise. We got business cards here and magnetic truck signs too. Love it!
This place upcharges for postage stamps. I paid $70 for a roll of 100 stamps (postage is 0.55 at present).
Love this place and Chelsea and crew provide such great customer service! Been here a few times and have never had any problems with my packages. Would much rather use them than the rude peeps at the post office. Keep it up guys!!
Under new management since the last time I was in. I was so glad I stopped in. Chelsea is awesome. I had questions and we completed all my returns. I didnt have to run to 2-3 locations to get all my packages shipped. AWESOME Customer Service.Thank you! Connie
I have to give a shout-out to Chelsea & the PostNet (228) crew! Today was my 3rd trip in the last few months and everything has been great! SCAMMED? 3 hour return/refund policy? Overpriced Slow shipping? Read on... My boyfriend was ripped off by this postnet location, charging roughly 60% more per package than we typically pay. We used to be regulars here before management change. We would come here every 3-4 days and customer service WAS stellar. Today I had over 40 packages to ship out and shipping 10 small envelope packages (domestic) cost us $100. Therefore I now have 30 packages that could not be sent out. Once my boyfriend returned home and showed me the receipt, my heart dropped at the total. $91 to ship out 10 envelopes within the US. I figured there must have been some mistake and called the manager. She informed me these packages (despite the outrageous prices) would take about 2 weeks to ship. We typically pay $3.85 with Sendle and $4.60 with UPS for such small packages and they deliver our packages within 4-5 days. Whereas this postnet charges an average of $9 for a small envelope package (weighing less than 8 ounces) that will take two weeks to ship. AS IF THIS COULD NOT GET MORE FISHY.... When I called the manager I was told I would have to make it to the postnet within 5 minutes if I wanted a refund. The manager proclaimed she “didn’t want her books getting messed up” and would only honor a refund if I arrived before they closed (which was in five minutes). Therefore this meant this postnet location gave us a 3 HOUR REFUND POLICY. I had three hours to cancel my purchase and get my packages back simply because the manager did not want to edit her books. Absolutely ludicrous. I have never heard of a 3 hour return/refund policy. She claimed the prices are so high because she has to pay rent but don’t we all? The manager’s tone was quite condescending with me on the phone, not wanting to let me cancel my shipments WELL BEFORE THEY WERE SHIPPED OUT. These packages will not be in transit for another couple days give or take. Yet I was told by the manager “if you can make it up here in five minutes I’ll give you a refund.” This was impossible for me as I do not own a car. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTRAGOUS PRICES FOR POOR SHIPPING RESULTS, FISHY BUSINESS INTERACTIONS AND FALSE RETURN/REFUND POLICIES!!! For all your shipping needs I personally recommend Sendle.com or the local UPS which is one street away from this postnet.
I’ve always loved using Postnet to ship my products for my business and I highly recommended the Postnet of Frisco until recently. It’s understandable to be closed during COVID-19 restrictions. however I can’t understand posting a sign stating that you will re-open on April 17th, then on the 17th you change the sign to say April 31st. Then on May 1st the sign is changed again stating that you will re open on May 11th. I was patient at first, however, I have to walk to the Frisco postnet to ship out my customers orders (I have seizures and cannot drive). This walk is incredibly long and I’ve been making these trips over and over to merely be turned away over and over. It’s also frustrating to walk all the way to your facility carrying roughly 50 pounds of packages. I would say I can wait longer but that’s just not an option if I want to maintain my business and quite frankly I’m having a hard time trusting the frisco postnet as of late due to the repetitive false advertising. Again, I absolutely loved the frisco postnet before this recent change.
Charged $5.61 to send smallest, letter sized envelope to Oklahoma on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 to be sent regular mail. Thankfully, I requested a tracking number. Was told it would arrive to addressed location within 2-3 days. It is now 4:59 pm on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 and letter has not arrived to its location in OK, and tracking says that letter has not even left/or been picked up from the Post Net office. Absolutely ridiculous. I called and left a concerned voice mail message for Post Net office last night at 7:09 pm asking what was going on and why my letter hadn’t gone out almost a week after it had been dropped off and paid for? Message came in from Greg this morning at 9:25 am and says my letter didn’t get scanned in until 7:30 pm last night. That’s pretty convenient to blame the post office. I am guessing if I had not left that message last night at 7:09 pm last night that my letter would still be sitting in the Post Net office - untouched and no where near the delivery process? It should have been picked up and sent out on March 9th, and if the typical mailing process did not occur in a timely manner as it should have, within this last 6 days, then the owner of this business or an employee should have hand delivered it to the post office personally versus letting it sit there for 6 additional days. Checking tracking again now, and it still states the letter still has not been picked up from the location where I dropped it off. Not acceptable, won’t go back. And if you are forced to go to this location....make sure you get a tracking number, and track it daily, otherwise they will lose your mail and blame their delays/or loss of package on something or someone else.
I use PostNet in Frisco for all of my printing needs. Most recently I had business cards printed. Greg and Cathy covered every detail and had the cards delivered within in just a few days. Their prices are very comparable to online options and the personal customer service is just part of the deal. I would highly recommend PostNet Frisco for your printing.
Very convenient, I rather deal with them then the regular Post Office. Customer service is excellent and they have all what you need to send or receive postal needs.
I recently had business cards made and I love them. The turn around was very fast, pricing very reasonable and I love how sturdy and thick they are. So glad I found a local company to handle my business needs!
Excellent service
