NOT EVEN 1 STAR!!! Horrible carrier relations from Matthew Johnson. Lied about load pickup time and lied about who the receiver was, we cancelled within 24 hours notice and he sent horribly rude emails to our office staff:If brains were dynamite you would definitely blow yours every time you sneezed. Unbelievable the amount of knowledge you have.We were even giving them another chance by doing a load with them again after being paid on the last invoice at 56 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! And he will report you to Carrier411, if he doesnt get his way!

This company are thieves they send me tyson food googlettsville Tn drop trailer 10:30 Saturday they took my trailer Sunday 11:18 am until now I don’t have my trailer Iam going court they will cry be careful please junk company don’t trust

Where do I even begin I mean first if not only was my pick up load not ready and had me sitting there waiting for for hours I ran into a fellow who’s trailer they basically stole and refused to show the camera footage to the officers and give it back which by the way it’s been over a week and they still haven’t returned the trailer back. Worst company to work with. Sending you tender with missed appt and forcing to take it, we not even accept that tender and received Freight guard by Matthew Johnson right after that. Now Matthew threating us to move the load with them to remove it lol

CarriersPlease don’t haul for this people they give hard time to pay the rate that you set up. If you pay the lumper the dont want refund you money. I be dealing with the for one month trying to collect 180 and is a nightmare.This guy Matthew be playing with me .I will make a complaint to FMCSA

They will not pay you detention hours. They will use excuse of contacting their customer, which has nothing to do with carriers. They will keep lying to you. Dont waste time with them.

Good morning yesterday I took a load of these Broker and I was not ready until the next day and the broker said did not pay me detention and when I calles them they told me that they had not paid me detention for not taking the load after 24 hours I was in the place waiting do not take loads of these people and I published it on all Facebook pages

Three loads in a row we sent our drivers into facilities with incorrect information.We were being sent in to pick up with a non existent appointment , finding out at the shipper that the original appointment was missed by another carrier.We had to pay late fees and were not reimbursed by the broker.For several deliveries we were advised of open window only to find out that receiver had stopped receiving 2 hours before the opening window the broker provided.This resulted in laying over the driver and again, we were not compensated for this.We have stayed calm, patient and professional throughout the course of time but they continue to show no remorse or any plans of making the situation right and making it up to us.For this reason, we will not use this company again.

Worst Company ever. If you want to lose time and many you can try to work with them. This guys dont have a manager and Gordon Ritchie is the biggest liar.

One of dispatcherMatthew Johnson dont ever book with this guys .. he ignore the calls & emails ..there is always lumper more than $300 they dont pay … also payments will be after 75 days got the check .. they are saying once they get paid from the customer then only they release the payment .. this company sucks ..especially Mathew Johnson dont ever trust this guy ..
