Super fast service, great work, good prices!

Great service and people. I have purchased a few Stihl items from here as well as had some service done. Every time, they are excellent, knowledgeable and on the ball. By far the best yard equipment dealer in Frisco.

My Honda mower, which I purchased at Frisco Lawn & Power 20 years ago, is still running strong. At the time of purchase they gave me excellent tips on using and maintaining the mower and, I believe, this is why Ive had such a great experience. Keeping doing what youre doing!!

Always get the mower blade sharpened here, quick service and super cheap. Havent actually bought any equipment but they have some nice stuff when you are looking to upgrade.

Brought my Mclane Reel mower here with a Honda engine. Completely understanding that they do not work on reels, but will service the Honda engine. The only issue I had was a few springs that had broken for the choke and throttle. I was told it would take two weeks which I was fine with and made my deposit. I finally received a text after a little over three weeks, when arriving, I had a balance on top of my deposit. I was not told that they were going to rebuild the carburetor and do a bunch of other things to rack up the labor cost. You can tell that is their gimmick, because as soon as I asked why did they rebuild the carburetor and not inform ahead of time. They pull out this vile of gas that sits at the at the cash register to explain that its the season that the gas was old and needed to be rebuilt, scripted for every customer.I took it on the chin, and paid the difference. Once they brought mower out. I noticed when we started it that the reel was not touching the blade any longer. I had just had it sharpened two months earlier and was perfect. The manager came out and looked confused, swearing they only touch the mower and would have moved the reel, and are gentle not disturb the reel.I would not recommend you taking a reel mower here, or your mower in general unless you know your going to have everything maintenanced and pay a price for little services.

They do fairly good work, but very expensive. If you want to go where you feel welcome and appreciated, go somewhere else.

Great service! Very helpful with regular maintenance and repairs, although I had to get a repair tech on the phone in order to find out if a repair I needed could be done.

Went in trying to find a replacement piece for the cord pully on a weed eater. Instead of trying to help me find a place that would have it. I pretty much was told to go look online. Pitiful customer service drove 45 minutes for nothing.

No nonsense place, tell them what you want and they will tell you what you need. Fast Service and knowledgeable staff.

I brought in my honda hya lawn mower after it stopped working and they very empathetically and professionally diagnosed and fixed, in a timely manner, the problem and now its running good as new!!

Amazingly fast sevice

Excellent, quick service. Got there 5 minutes before close and picked up a new Toro mower. They got it ready to go, function checked it, and came out to do a quick function introduction demonstration of my new machine running. Then, the tech helped me load it. Couldnt be happier with the service. The sales guy even came out to say thank you before heading home. Ill be back again.

Just picked up my echo weed eater which worked before I dropped it off and after having nearly everything replaced, now it won’t stay on. The fuel lines were replaced, the spark plug changed out and the fuel filter replaced. For as much money as I just there at it I could have bought a brand new one from Home Depot and this hasn’t been used a whole lot. Frustrated to say the least.

Horrible customer service. Inventory is always low or obsolete, forcing us to wait or just drive somewhere else. They also dont truly understand how to repair items. The only reason weve continued to go here is because they are close, however, we will now drive over to Elliots Hardware in Plano from now on. Worth the few extra miles to be treated like a real customer and be able to actually get what we need.

A very honest business!! I took my weed eater in for repairs and they returned it at no charge because it was a minor issue. They could have charged me and I would have never known. I will be back for sure!!

Homeowners beware, this place is for contractors who dont know what real customer service is and who have extra equipment on hand to overcome the poor repair service and long wait times. $150 to look at your equipment?! This place is for commercial users with yearly service plans and dont actually have to deal with the employees here.

This company is absolutely fantastic. I have purchased fine equipment, traded in equipment, and have had my equipment serviced. In my opinion there is no company in Frisco that surpasses their excellent customer service. Sorry, I dont their names, but the there is one who looks like Will Ferrell. He politely answers my dumb questions and gives me great advice. Their service prices are very competitive.

Brought Toro walk behind in for tune-up winter special. I normally change oil once per season. However I needed blade work so I brought it in. Fast work, ready in less than 24 hours. They replaced lawnmower blade at fair price, and adjusted drive wheel cable tension.Knowledgeable of lawnmowers here and they sell refurbished mowers at good prices too. I reccomend this business for lawnmower, yard equipment maintenance and repair.

Totally dissatisfied. Very dishonest. I brought a Troy Bilt 3000psi Pressure washer (retail $600+) in with less than 25 hours on it. The engine ran fine when idling but sputtered when running the pressure washer pump. Paid $80 deposit.I received a call that the repair would cost more than a new pressure washer. I told them to return the machine I would get a second opinion. They tried to sell me one of their rebuilt pressure washers and leave mine. I said no. They returned my machine with the carburetor and miscellaneous parts in a plastic bag. Unacceptable.I will not recommend or trade there.

I have a personal pace mower had work done 3 months ago rear wheel fell off took it n they said we will fix it while u wait.good service explained why wheel fell off

Id owned my Honda mower for several years when I brought it to Frisco Lawn and Power Equipment for an electrical issue. They called me a shot time later. They had gone back and researched the history of my mowers production and they found that it still had 3 weeks left from the manufacturers warranty. They saved me money, they got it fixed, and theyve got my business. These guys go the extra mile and theyre so friendly.

I had a really great experience here. I purchased a chain saw as a gift for someone else. The staff here was so helpful, patient and friendly. I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable too.

Stopped in there today looking for an edger/weed wacker as I had no luck at Lowes or Home Depot. The two gentlemen in the shop where more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Something I was not getting at the big box stores. I was very pleased with their product offerings, prices, and service. I would recommend Frisco Lawn and Power to anyone looking for a better piece of lawn equipment at a great price.

Honest guys. Brought my mower in thinking it was broke when in fact the moving company had actually just failed to put it back together properly. Being the mower idiot I am, I had no clue what the issue was. They gentleman came out and looked at it. Fixed it on the spot and said have a nice day. He could have easily rolled it in the back, called me in 3 days and said it’d be $50. Good honest business and they’ve earned my business for life now. Thanks

Always have what I need to get my mower going

Was able to trade in old blower for a new one and not owe much at all. Sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly and we were able to order what we wanted through them!

They seem too friendly when I was buying something. I will have to wait until it breaks down to see if they are really any good or not. I bought a Stihl pole saw , I think they should have at least filled up the tank all the way with gas. It was like $900

Called about a part that I’m looking for and they searched could not find it. But was very helpful in where to find it and did everything they could to try and help me out with my problem.

I brought my lawnmower in for a service or repair. Although the service could not be performed I found their price to be high. Also, I did not like paying for service before the service was done.
