Great experience with GreenWorks and Inspector John Seale. He was very informative and explained everything in detail to my client.Inspection came with a termite inspection as well which is always a bonus.He also gave us quick fix tips for some of his finding which was much appreciated.

Not a timely company. They drag you along wasting your time, just for answers to questions. My experience was not pleasant because the person I dealt with always had an excuse about why she didnt respond to me when She stated she would. We chose not to use them because we felt like if the question & answer phase was like pulling teeth & took longer than it should have, then it would be the same for the services we needed from them. We really wanted to use this company, but we cant afford to waste time.

Best inspectors hands down! Very detailed and knowledgeable, friendly yet efficient, best of all, they help describe the inspection methodology during the inspection, which was my favorite part! I learned so much from these guys! I used inspector Storey, who was a complete boss at his job! Thank you, Chris, for finding deficiencies with our new construction home throughout the build, which saved us thousands of dollars down the road!!!
