Ive had the privilege of being able to rent from PMI for the past 2 years. We moved from out of state and theyve made the transaction of getting into the place super easy. Theyre extremely responsive to everything, we even had an instant where the water heater burst at 2am in the morning and they had someone within the 1hr to fix everything. Would definitely recommend renting or even buying from them. Only left because of job relocation but if Im ever back in DFW, Id definitely work with them again!

Working with Danielle was a great experience. In this crazy market trying to find a rent home in the Celina area is very challenging. However Danielle made it very easy and stress free. She was always available to answer any questions and very responsive to calls, texts and emails from the very first contact to after moving in.

I have a lot of good things to share about the service provided by PMI and helping us at right time with managing our home. Let me start by saying, We are very fortunate to be working with PMI for managing our home, need to mention very pleased with there go get the work done attitude, very professional to work with, also very latest on technology front to get the right tenant in the least amount of time, they have used all the best possible means to list the home in market to name a few is youtube listing..To give some details, had a tenant move out with out proper notice and the prior management firm was not too keen on getting the home back to market in time with time being a major factor for us due to financial obligation. PMI came to rescue with the tools, skill and professional approach, they got the property market ready in time and we got our new tenets less then 2 weeks. Thank you to Katie from PMI for being so great help and keep me posted on each and every stage of the process and get the job done.. great work done!we are very happy now to work with PMI for our property management, as they care about our home and have all the process in place for making sure the home is maintained, inspected and reported to home owner during the lease period, they are always there on our side to help anytime. Speaking as an out of state owner, I highly recommend PMI North. The response rate to any questions and concerns is always timely and the communication is excellent! Everything is clearly outlined in the contracts for both tenants and owners so as to avoid any misunderstandings and the staff is very dedicated. Ive used PMI, Inc for over 3 years. I am very happy with the service they provide. Several times there have been issues at the house on a weekend or holiday and Katie was always there to get it repaired right away. She is very dedicated to her work. PMI handles a rental property for me. I am active duty, currently live out of state, and will soon live out of country. Any issue that has ever arisen (broken sprinklers, etc.) has been handled expeditiously and professionally. I have the utmost confidence in them and their ability to manage my property, even while Im away. If I could give a 6 star recommendation, I would.

Worst experience ever as a tenant. You will notice all the positive reviews here are from owners not tenants. Not enough space here to write all the negative experiences down. Katie clearly knows her boss is the home owner and the renter has little or no real power. I was discouraged from contacting the home owner which I had to do many times. Our first experience with PMI was...we drove 16 hours to our new rental property in Frisco, TX to show up to a home with overgrown grass, carpet stains and it was dirty to include boogers on the wall. Carpets were filthy...but Katie said they had been cleaned even though that was impossible. Not a great way to get the kids excited to move back to Texas. Bad...bad...bad company with a serious attitude.

NO RECOMMENDATION AT ALL. Very bad property management in Frisco TX branch, furthermore the agent is so annoying at the end of the contract. everything is not her responsibility, everything she has done is her courtesy to me, excuse me? The attitude of communicating is horrible, lack of professionalism, dishonest between tenant and landlord (what she said to tenant was totally different from what she said to landlord , at end of the leasing contract, the tenants were annoyed with her , and contract me directly to avoid the misunderstanding or her lie ). dont think the way to solve the problems , only thing she did is shirking responsibility to tenants or landlord. The worst experience ive had in the real estate/property management industry!!!

Anne and I are senior citizens, and we just moved in our home offered by PMI of North Texas in September. On December 10th, 2018 we had our heating unit to malfunction it burned out several of the heating elements. When the elements burned out it created a smell and smoke to fill the house. we called the Fire Dept. they were here within 5 mins, and determined that it was the heating unit that had caused the smell and smoke. The Fire Dept disconnected the heating unit and advised us to contact our Landlord (PMI) which I did right then via phone. I received a phone text from their emergency contact number with in mins. The next day December 10th I was in contact with Katie Bedford, she advised us that a repairman would be out to fix.No parts could be found after several days of looking for parts, I second company sponsored by the owner was sent out. They could not find any parts either. The owner decided to replace the unit.It took 17 days for all of this to be completed, we were very lucky during this time as the weather was very pleasant. we only had to use our space heaters at night.With all of that being said, my main point of this review is now. During this whole time Katie (PMI) kept us up to date with emails phone calls every step of the way. Also the owner waved our October electric bill and paid for it herself.No one can stop a breakdown of equipment , it is what happens after the breakdown happens that really matters. From my first phone call until it was fixed i was in constant contact with Katie (PMI), and then having our electric bill paid was a plus. Let me just start with saying I have rented for 4+ years now from a different property and just recently moved into a home managed by PMI North Texas. I lived in the home for 6 mos then was offered a buyout of my lease due to owner wanting to sell the house. So with that being said I have had an AWFUL experience dealing with this management company. First off I moved in December 2016 only to regret my decision to give this company my business and money. Right off the bat there was a huge problem with the plumbing, which was fixed in a timely manner. About a week or so later I noticed my dishwasher was not working properly. I put in a work order as told by Katie online and heard absolutely nothing back, I had to call her and ask her what the status was on repairing the dishwasher, I was told the owner just had to spend a lot of money on the plumbing issue so Im going to hold off on telling him about that excuse me WHAT? My mother and I were on the lease I had her call and sure enough was asked when the new dishwasher could be delivered the next day. Next issue, because the property had been vacant for so long there was a huge bug problem involving ants everywhere after I moved in, I was told I will see about a one time pest control wow did I really hit the jackpot here with this lady. I then had pest control out within the next week due to my assertiveness. The last and final issue I had with the house before being offered to leave was the AC unit. Texas law states an ac unit MUST cool at LEAST 20 degrees cooler inside than the temperature outside. My ac unit was constantly running and never cooling to the temperature it was set to. This started April 2017 and was not resolved until June 2017. Let me just start with how passive I was in the beginning talking to Katie about this issue never hearing responses, having multiple companies come look at the unit first company saying the entire unit was going out to the second company ( because they still WOULD NOT FIX THE AC AFTER HEARING IT WAS OLD AND GOING OUT) saying the only issue with the unit was holes in the ducts/lines due to rodents in my attic. So with that being said and known by Katie and the owner I was offered a buyout of my lease to move out early. I was given this offer end of May begining of June so I started looking at other houses. During this time the AC WAS NOT FIXED. It came to a point where it was 100 degrees outside and my house was 88. I personally had to go out and buy an external ac unit for my room. I was completely confined to my room during this time because if I walked out of my room to any other place in the house I was sweating perfusely. As soon as the company came and said that the only thing needing to be fixed was the ducts/lines I got a text saying that if I wanted to finish out my lease, even stay longer I could. Now tell me why in the hell would I stay in this house after everything that has happened. At this point too I had already pretty much found another house to live in. I made it very VERY clear to Katie that I refused to move in these conditions I was not going to move and the house be 100 degrees inside. With that being said I was told on a Friday or Saturday they would be coming to fix the problem. TELL ME WHY Saturday comes around (I was not told a time they would be there) and the guy that comes into my home is only there to give another quote to the owner . I WAS LIVID I called Katie as soon as he told me this and she said she would get back to me. Let me tell you this lady is TERRIBLE with communication. Every single time I talked to her I asked can you PLEASE call me back and Everytime I would either get no response or a text. So as you can see this entire thing had been a complete nightmare. They ended up coming to fix the AC the week of move out, AND they replaced the entire unit inside outside EVERYTHING. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, and yes I did report Katie and her company to the better business bureau in hopes that this doesnt happen to anyone ever again.
