Excellent service - Men and his colleague were really good. Friendly, very professional. They were on time. They explained everything about the inspection very carefully (it was very interesting - I now know a lot more about chimneys!). And, they were very efficient and effective with the cleaning itself. They left the chimney area very clean.

Excellent customer service. When you call in with a question, you get an answer quickly. If something like needing to reschedule a pickup comes up, they make it easy for you. I cant recommend this company enough.

They pick it up from my door, always on time, always friendly no matter how many embarrassing bags I have, and always deliver right on time, beautifully folded, smelling amazing, with all of my work shirts and dresses on hangers, ready for me to put away (even though I honestly end up leaving it all in the bags for days...weeks...until I need them to come again, I may have a problem)
