I had an engine starter and relay replaced here when my car did not start at a mall parking lot. The shop went out of their way to arrange a tow truck for me and conveniently included the towing cost in the final invoice. I received text messages at every step of the service on the car and the final invoice amount was reasonable. A very pleasant experience.

Very efficient work! I enjoyed the shuttle as well. Was able to go home and allow the mechanics to do their work with no distractions. Makes for high quality work done. The staff was very respectful and friendly with their customer service as well.

Christian Brothers was fantastic, Jason helped me most of the time. I quickly got an estimate that was easy to understand and approve, had the car towed, and they had my alternator replaced the same day. Everything was super easy and fast, and they were so nice. Awesome service, I would definitely recommend them!

Usually I dont write reviews. I was not able to start my car, the roadside assistance jump started it and suggested battery problem. I took it to CB in Frisco to replace the battery, they checked and said the battery is in good condition. They thought it might be some electrical problem. But, it just ended up as a connection problem. It started working good. Though they analyzed this issue for more than an hour, they did NOT charged any money for this. I really appreciate their honesty. Thank you!!

I was very impressed by the professionalism of Christian Brothers. You can tell this team cares about your car and being courteous to you. I will also say that the software used during the whole process was excellent. I loved how everything was handled via text and I could approve each of the repairs right there on my phone. Even though they were very busy, I felt important during every step of the transaction and repair. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward except Christian Brothers if I have more car problems.

My cars electrical system shut down while I was driving, so I had it towed to Christian Brothers and left it there after hours. I called the next morning when they opened and they promised to work my car in to check on the problem. I got repeated texts informing me of the status, and prompt calls updating me on the options for repair, including what could have been the worst case. Fortunately, the first fix worked, and they got it done the same day. I really appreciated the prompt, fair, and courteous service. Would highly recommend.

Best mechanic I’ve ever worked with!

Automotive repair shop with excellent service. My vehicle broke down in the late afternoon, and called their shop expecting to be turned down due to the time. I was met with quick, polite service, had a reasonable tow truck sent out, and they got my vehicle in that evening. It was diagnosed and work began the very next morning. Staff were courteous when answering questions, and the price was reasonable. Would recommend for auto repair!

We had an electrical issue with our car and CBA got us in right away, fixed the issue and did a complete inspection of our vehicle. Service at the counter was great, and they kept us informed via text message. Hopefully we won’t need them again for a while, but when we do need mechanical service, we’ll be back.

Claim to be Christian people but charge $2,400 for a radiator and water pump and took full advantage of someone who was broke down. My own mechanic was going to charge me wayyyy less then that if we could’ve gotten to him. Then tried to tell me plugs and wires were bad when they had been just replaced not even 2000 miles ago. Then tried to tell me they were going to replace struts and shocks when I didn’t even need them. Just trying to make extra money off people.

So impressed with the level of service I received at this location!! I cannot thank the guys enough for their customer service and quality of work done. Long story short I had work done a couple weeks ago and they were so courteous and kind during the entire visit. Quick too!

They were extremely thorough and HONEST. They aren’t trying to pull money out of me, but want to make it as reasonable as possible while being honest about the recommended maintenance. They were on time when I picked up my car. They provided a free consultation, unlike most places. This next thing is small, but took me by surprise. When my car was ready, he pulled it around front and opened my door for me. Little things like that make the customer happy and satisfied. Overall, they were wonderful and I will be returning for all of my car maintenance.

Whoever was at the front desk when I came in last week was one of the nicest human beings Ive ever dealt with.I needed my registration done, and they informed me Id need two new tires as the tread was wearing. They had a few suggestions of places that wouldnt rip me off and made it as painless as possible. Ill be back next time I need something fixed.

Wanted to have my coolant system flushed and thought about replacing the thermostat too, but they said the thermostat seems to be working fine, lets just do the flush. Pleased to find an honest automotive shop. Thank you

I went to this place as my colleague refered me. I dropped my car at 8:05 AM after confirming they will check my car. I called them at 10:50AM to see if they finished working on it. They said they are working as we speak. I went to their location past noon and found my car not even pulled from parking and when I asked them what happened they said we will check in few minutes.They are not honest with me on phone.Their courtesy shuttle service is good.Update: I got call from CB Manager apologizing for what happened. I like management calling back for what happened to me. So updating my review.

I took my car here on Monday because I needed to fix an oil leak, and because my check engine light was on and my car was moving sluggishly on acceleration. They called the next day and said that they had diagnosed the problem as several parts related to my oil leak were setting off the check engine light and that I needed a new oil pressure sending switch, a new VTEC solenoid, a new alternator due to a whining noise I hadn’t heard before in my car, and to clean up the engine block from all of the oil leaks. This totaled $997.56, which was at the limit of what I was willing to spend on a 2003 Honda Accord that’s only worth about $1700. I picked up the car on Wednesday and immediately noticed that the check engine light was still on, despite having been told that the problem had been resolved. I immediately took the car back to this location and after looking at the car, they told me they needed my car for a few more days. They called the next day and told me the timing chain was slack and off by three teeth, by the way this chain loops around the parts they had just inspected and replaced. They admitted on the phone that they did not thoroughly investigate the problem the first time and that had they caught this during the first diagnostic, the total for my repairs would have been about $1500. To make up for their mistake, they only charged me for the remaining parts that needed to be replaced, gaskets and a timing set, and they covered the cost of labor. My car now runs great; however, due to their mistake, I was robbed of $1232. If they had done a thorough job the first time, I would not have repaired my car and would have instead traded it in and put the $1500 the job was quoted for toward a down payment on a new car. Do not go to this location.

Do not take your vehicle here! On the first attempt they were not able to locate the squeak. Bring it back when its worse. I brought it back a 2nd time and they told me they found the issue. Lower control arms...$1600. Turned out of the parking lot and the same horrible squeak! Took it back a 3rd time and they finally found and fixed the squeak.... IT WAS NOT UNTIL I GOT MY TRUCK HOME THAT I FOUND SCRATCHES IN THE PAINT AS WELL AS GREASE AND DIRT ALL OVER THE INTERIOR.... do not take your vehicle here!!!

My vehicle was repaired within 24 hours of calling, which included a late request on my part to perform an additional service.The price was literally half of what the well-known, luxury dealership was going to charge. It was also explained to me that the dealer wanted to perform a service that wasnt actually needed.Highly recommend - thanks for your help!

Repaired my 1979 Corvette Stingray

Love this place. We have been servicing our cars here for many years now. These guys know what they do. They price fair too. I usually run our Audis or, in the past BMWs, quotes by them and they always quote only 1/2 or 1/3 of what dealerships charge. They have given us instrumental advice and clear instructions on steps to take even with cars that were under manufacturers warranty. Best price wise and quality wise.

They went above and beyond for my car. I had some transmission fluid leak after they had fixed it, and they noticed and had me bring it back and they fixed it for free, got me a rental car for free, and I am floored with how morally upright and good this company isI will continue to service my Honda here forever.

Went in to service my car for a routine automotive repair. I was charged a $60 diagnosis fee and was quoted over $700 for the service to replace the inverter water pump on my Toyota Prius. My local mechanic offered to do it for $500, but I ended up doing it myself at a cost of $50 in 1 hour, and Im just your typical layman. This place is complete BS and fraud. Dont waste your time here.

Great service. They have checked my car for possible problems twice in six months at NO charge. They have earned my first stop for any work not covered by my warrentee.

Always the best customer service, coupled with very knowledgeable techs, means I never have to worry when I need an oil change or something major completed. Its the only place I feel comfortable sending my kids over with their cars to get them evaluated. I know that they will get an honest assessment and fair treatment. Ill never go anywhere else.

When you go there say Hello to Phillip and Chris. This specific Christian Brothers is great because these guys have consistently shown they know what theyre doing. After getting bad information over and over from other shops Ive come to know when they quote you the repair its the right repair and the right price. I trust the quote, that its the right recommendation for the fix, theyll fix it right and theyll make sure its done right.They have a valet service that will take you back to your house and then pick you up when the repair is done. This has made the experience of getting repairs done a much easier and nicer.I highly recommend these guys.

I have heard stories of what truly happens behind the scenes here. The owner is unsympathetic and self-centered. The facility is clean and the lobby is nice. Staff is knowledgeable. This was a visit not dated in the last week. Save yourself time and speak with Phil when you go.

Im not a car expert, but I spoke with the owner. They seemed straight forward. It is a tad expensive, but I think its worth the price to have more qualified technicians who dont do sloppy work. I found them to be trustworthy and competent. If I have future problems Ill write another terrible review recanting my opinion, but I had a good experience with them.

I had a noise in my car and the first shop I took it to, they took for every to diagnosis the problem and then never followed up with me. After that we had to move. Once we arrived here in Texas I worked with John with Christian Brothers Auto Shop and he knew the problem right away. My car was fixd in 1 day and it runs like new now. Im very happy with my service.

I wish I had discovered this place sooner. Far greater integrity than any other shop Ive been, especially the dealerships. They dont try to upsell you, they dont fake problems to charge more. They give honest answers. Theyre reasonably priced. And, hate to say this because its sad it happens elsewhere, they dont talk down to me because Im a woman. That coupled with good techs and great customer service makes me an official customer for life. :)

They replaced my radiator after the original cracked, but the replacement blew ~9 days after Christian Brothers 1 year parts and labor warranty expired.Of course I was frustrated, but upon returning to Christian Brothers they were very kind to me and did not hesitate to replace my radiator again under warranty - both parts and labor - as it appeared to be a manufacturer defect. I was certainly surprised by their kind attitude. They have won me over as a lifetime customer.I would definitely recommend this mechanic shop as trustworthy!

This company knows how to treat is coustmers they are nice well spoken and honest individuals.I had a problem with my state inspection at a different mechanic after a very bad experience with the previous group coming to Christan Brothers was like a breath of fresh air. They called me multiple times at every step of the process to comfirm what I needed and wanted, they keep me informed on the progress and were able to get my car fixed and inspected all in the same day. Their facilities are clean and well maintained, and I would definitely recommend them in the future !

After taking my Xterra in for AC work and at first not being satisfied, the owner (Chris) and I worked out a solution. My AC is now fixed and I can drive in this Texas heat with a cool car. After spending thousands of $$$ there on both of my cars this was the only incident I had, and Chris and I came to an agreement. I will be back.
