My partner and I are looking to move in together in the fall, and we’re totally in love with this property. Not only are the apartments gorgeous, but the staff is super helpful and nice!Haley and Megan have both taken great care of us, from giving us a fantastic tour of the apartment and amenities to answering any questions about our application. I truly feel like they have ensured we have everything we need every step of the way.I had a lot of questions during the tour about fees, appliances, billing, etc and they had answers to all of my questions and even had some printouts of all the details I needed.I’m very excited to be moved into this space soon thanks to their care!

Im new to tx and will be moving there with in a year or so but i was visiting family and wanted to get a head start on the move. Most apartments were not so good or the people were rude. When i can here Haley was very helpful and i love her personality, the apartment look so great and some of the neighbors i meet are so nice. This is definitely one of my top picks.

I really recommend Satori. The staff is very friendly, Megan (Manager) helped me with all the papers and also, the process was quick and easy. The apartments have enough space and good price. Something that I really like is that I always find parking close to my apartment. If you are looking for a good apartment Satori is a great option.

My family and I leased an apartment at Satori Frisco and had a great experience. It is a wonderful community to be a part of, the amenities are outstanding and management always has thoughtful and creative ways to engage the tenants.The manager Marisa, is second to none and truly cares about making your living experience there a good one. I would definitely recommend leasing an apartment at Satori Frisco.

Where do I start.. From the minute I called Satori Frisco Apartments I was treated as I would treat my family. I am very happy to have chosen this community as our new home. Marisa Rigali answered all our questions, gave us the best options according our needs, and was very patient with us throughout the process making our move in so smooth and special.I would highly recommend checking this place, and if you do, go visit Marisa!! This is a great place to lease. Everyone at the office does their best to accommodate the tenants in the best and most efficient way possible. Megan is the best, she is always responsive very caring! Thank you all for all that you do!

What I like most about Satori is the staff. I literally walked in just to get more information one day and Megan patiently answered all my questions which led to a tour the same day. After I moved in I showed my family where I was going to be staying and they loved the place more than I did so Satori gets a 5⭐️ From me.

My wife and I came in today (Saturday) looking for an apartment and had the worst experience we have ever encountered so far with apartments! Haley is the one we talked with. She was rude, unknowledgeable and said she had nothing to show which is unbelievable since another lady in the office seemed to be coming back from somewhere on property with another couple. Haley just seemed lazy and didnt want to help, acted as we were a bother to her. She had to ask another lady questions (one with red hair and a boot on her leg poor thing seemed to be in pain but still going) and didnt offer to even show us the amenities which we know all apartments have! Haley didnt ask me any of my information my name nothing just gave me pricing and made us feel like we werent good enough to live there! My wife and I were interested in this community since its across from the HS our son goes to but we will not be leasing here based on our encounter with Haley. We arent the ones to leave reviews but based on this encounter we felt it was needed to let people know looking for apartments as well what to expect when coming in. If you do want to look here its a nice community I would recommend asking for someone else other than Haley.

Its a great complex in the heart of Frisco. The staff are amazing, especially Marisa who goes out of her way to make each tenet feel like family and feel at home.

My family just moved in Satori. We met with Anna last year and showed us around. The process was made easy with Anna. Shes professional, answered all our questions and prompt in getting back to us. Fast forward to our move in date and we were impressed of how clean our unit was. It was spotless! The grounds are well kept. It is gated and we feel safe.

Went for my tour the other day with Steven, very informative, crossed all the Ts. He didn’t seem like I was a bother, he was very patient.Very beautiful property. It was early in the AM too might I add, he still had a pleasant demeanor. Thank you!!

I must qualify this property as irresponsible since on several occasions I have denounced the action of vandalism of some neighbors who have constantly been denounced before the administration of the complex as well as with the police authorities and nevertheless they have been arrested, arrested and I assume of some sanctioned form, they continue in their attitude of disrespect with the expiration, the case and I understand would break with the condominium law constantly enter leave arrive from outside and spend the night no less than 8 or 10 young people so I assume that the administration of the complex allows the rent for student residence purposes, if it is the case and it should be so, I think I should demand that the rules of respect and coexistence be firmly observed, as long as I do not see a definitive and responsible action from the administration of this complex, I simply think it leaves much to be desired much less should they advertise the luxury apartment slogan

Such a big disappointment and customer service is awful, I rented a 3 bedroom Apartment more than a month ago, we went 3 times to make sure we had everything in place, we were promised we will get 1st floor (I was very specific that I have 2 small children and the apartment must be on first floor) , On Sunday we went again to see one of the storage units and ask to see the apartment again, the same lady wasnt there, the one that a previous week didnt want to show us the apartment because she said it was been clean (this makes me believe that she didnt want us to find out until our moving day) when the other lady showed us the unit we discover that this is a handicapped unit and all the settings were totally different of what they were showing us from day one, we asked to speak with the manager and she call next day to let us know that they dont have any other options available over than the 4th floor or the handicapped unit (I dont see why I will take a unit for special need people, is like taking a handicapped parking space) this units needs to be reserve for people who really need it, I told her that this was unacceptable due to I have two small children and we already signed the contract, then she told us that next door (VALE Apartments ) have one unit available and that the price is higher and we are responsible for it if we want to go for, I told her that this is not our mistake and they need to honor the price for the same exact unit we were promised in the first place, Im writing a letter to corporate because this is unacceptable, we went shopping for the past 3 weeks for the apartment we though we were getting (rugs, furniture, towels, decorations, etc.) this people have no idea how much stress and financial hardship they created for me and my family, now we are looking for a new apartment 2 weeks before hour moving day and the manager said she is sorry its their mistake but they are not going to honor what we signed and were promised in the first place. horrible experience, when I asked to speak with a manger to a higher lever she said she is the only person that I need to talk to and she wasnt going to provide any other info. also they offered me a gift card for but again they are creating so much stress for me and my family now that we need to look for a new place ( my monthly rent will be higher with the apartment next door for the exact same unit ) a gift card doesnt resolve the problem, the best way to handle this and provide great customer satisfaction was to honor what we had in the contract and were promised. ohhh and the one start is only because if you choose none it wont let you post. no starts from us.

Trey and the entire leasing staff are incredible! Property is well maintained and very clean. The property is walking distance to Memorial High School and less than a mile from the Dallas Tollway. Great tenants. Great amenities. Safe environment. Great place to stay!

Marissa & Anna have been extremely helpful with making my application process go as smoothly as possible. I go in for my official tour this coming Wednesday, and I can’t wait!! The amenities look amazing, and so does the property. I cannot wait to see what this complex has to offer, and I hope I will be calling this place my new home!

Beautiful community, amazing staff and great amenities. One minor downside is there are no real walkways near the stairs, very difficult if you are rolling luggage. Theres an island on the 1st floor of each stairway that makes it difficult to walk around when cars are parked in their garage way. Just a bad design overall, otherwise, great community. I love it here.

My husband and I had a very bad experience at the last place we lived and told Marisa all about it when we went to look at Satori. Marisa was so kind and made us love this place as soon as we took a tour. We have lived here for over 6 months now and we are so pleased with the property team. The events the team puts together for the residents is awesome and always so much fun!If you are thinking of living here, don’t think, do it! You will not regret living here!Thanks Satori team!

Where do I even begin with such an amazing service my boyfriend and I have had with satori!! Trey is literally the best leasing consultant ever. Very quick, very professional yet personal and a truly caring person. He kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed and treated us so well through out our decision. I shopped for apartments online before I moved and decided on Sarori Frisco based off of the images on the website, the location to where my new job was, and the really cool apartment layouts. When I arrived, the apartment was everything that I had hoped it would be. Because it’s new and in an area that still in development, it feels like small town with the benefits of a big city close by. The apartment staff/team are very helpful and really go out of their way to make this feel like a community. I’m very happy with my choice.

Trey Is AMAZING! By far the best customer service experience Ive had in Frisco! I leased a 1 bedroom and its a perfect size, the property is clean, and my neighbors have been so kind. Super happy with Satori!

Awsome place to live

I was referred by my cousin to these apartments. After looking at floor plans online and getting a tour in person by Michelle, my husband and I are SO glad we checked this place out. Michelle is a GOD SEND. Super sweet and EXTREMELY helpful. She answered all of our many questions, took us into duplicate units in the rain and was very patient with us. She never made us feel rushed or that we had too many questions. I would highly recommend paying her a visit for all of your questions or concerns. Amazing experience.

I’ve been living at Satori for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! Beautiful property, clean, and friendly staff1 1/2 years later….. Unfortunately this is a bad review now! After living here for some time now it has been a nightmare. First and foremost you can hear through the walls. I mean like when your neighbor is sick throwing up in his bathroom, talking in his room, coughing EVERYTHING!!!! I complained like 20 times no lie about my neighbors smoking weed and the smell coming into my unit where my young daughter is exposed to it, their dog barking being left on the patio, loud music partying, they never did anything. This property is located by a train which I was unaware of before signing my lease… it comes by several times per day and night very loud. Not a peaceful or quiet property at all! The pool… always dirty, closed and ghetto people causing issues and cops now patrolling it. Let’s not forget the passive aggressive front office and their weekly rude emails.It was once nice but now it’s not!! I’m happy to be out of this nightmare

I have been living at Satori Frisco since early September. Marisa was so helpful with my application process while I was trying to handle all of this while living out of state. The entire management and maintenance team are very professional! It is a quiet and well maintained property!

Satori Frisco was a great place to walk in to. Ready to help right away! Me and my fiance were in a bit of a bind and they helped tremendously. Trey assisted us and walked us through the options we were looking for. He helped us find the best price for our budget. Great place to live! Great amenities such as the pool, 2 story gym, and theater room. I cannot wait to see this community grow. Oh Trey is the MVP.

I really like the apartment. It is really nice, people are nice and safe, and residents are involved in activities that happen in and around the apartments. I feel safe here and the apartment agency is really nice and willing to help you always.

My husband and I have a had a great experience living at Sarori Frisco! The same day we visited the complex, we signed a lease! Trey was such an amazing help! We were in a bit of a time crunch and Trey was there to help us with the entire move in process! Everytime we go into the front office Trey is there to assist with anything we need and knows us by name!

I’ve been living here for about a month and a half now, and I love it! The whole team in the front is awesome, and they have really made the moving process a breeze for me. Also, I highly recommend the location if you are new to the Frisco area! 😊

I toured these and while I may not have moved in due to a sudden location change, I wish I had gotten to stay here. The employees were some of the nicest I have ever met and the apartment was gorgeous.

Great place to live and perfect location near the tollroad. The office staff are very friendly and helpful.

I rented this apartment for a year lease. When Covid hit in March, I got laid off my job and I was unable to pay rent, so without any choice I had to leave the apartment and live with my family. I told the apartment management my situation, and left. A few months later they sent me a bill for $3000+ I spoke to the management again, stating that I don’t have a job, where will I get $3000+ to pay them in this pandemic. The manager or whoever I spoke to was extremely rude, showing no empathy said I need to pay the money whatever way I can.

We moved into our apartment in October of 2020 and our leasing agent Trey made it a seamless process getting us going. Have some minor improvements here and there, but overall good experience.

My sister just moved in a month ago we had a problem with the grills at the pool and when we went to play on the pool table we couldn’t find the balls or sticks. Rent is too much for there to be so many issues when she just moved in.

Moved in recently and this place is awesome so far, I’ve never had an apartment with as friendly and welcoming a staff as here. Marisa and Trey have both helped me out a ton, definitely give this community a look, (and use me as a referral of course 😜) the apartment itself is awesome, amenities are great. All the things you want from a higher end apartment is here. They also have a choice for electricity and aren’t locked into coserv. Fiber internet from ATT, in-wall networking throughout apartment, modern sinks and appliances(not just old models with a stainless finish) Pet friendly, and actually friendly, not just tolerated :) USB outlets, so many little things that puts this above the rest of the luxury apartments in the area.
