I am a huge fan of Frisco Limousine! They went out of there way for me, when the could have gotten angry and frustrated instead!I had to go to NY for my son who was having a very serious surgery! Due to not having traveled in the last 12 months, because of the Covid pandemic, I failed to notify my bank or my credit card company that I was going on an extended trip, which would mean that I would have expenditures in totally new locations from my normal activity.The bank and credit card company began blocking my charges! Frisco Limousine patiently worked with me and finally after many phone calls, we resolved everything!If somebody had caused me so many problems, I am afraid I would not have been so considerate and patient! Thank you so much and you certainly have a loyal customer in me!!

I was in a real bad situation when my limo driver did not answer his service call. I looked online for another limo, and Frisco Limousine answered every call, with my many very last minute request. My client and myself were very pleased with the driver, Stephan. He was totally professional, and a very caring, and alert driver. He even gave my client a birthday gift, in which she cherished. She was still speaking of the kindness of the driver, and how handy the gift will be in her daily routine.

We used this limo service to take us from DFW airport to Sherman and back. Our driver was Joseph. The cars were very comfortable and clean. Joseph was the perfect professional, very nice person, safe driver and knew the area well. Very impressed over all with this company and especially with Joseph. We have asked for him again for the upcoming flight into DFW. Excellent, definitely deserves greater than five stars!

This company was absolutely disappointing, our driver managed to ruin our night by not being professional. I was in the limousine the entire time and was genuinely scared of his driving. Swerving lanes, breaking hard, and made two illegal U-turn‘s. Me and my Friends were extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism. he did not open the doors for us, he failed at providing us with a service we paid for. After dropping us off, he followed us into the restaurant and asked if we would buy him food. Absolutely not. When we were ready to leave he asked if he could drive through Taco Bell on our time. I was super aggravated and will never use this company again. This is a fair warning to everyone!!

This was not a good experience at all for my niece the bride and her bridesmaids. The limo was late picking them up (at least 30 minutes), the limo was old, wrecked, and dirty. The driver was not professionally dressed in a uniform. The water bottles in the limo were hot and dirty, and got dirt on one of the bridesmaids dresses. I was told $600 for 4 hours, and I was charged $800 in 3 separate transactions. When I asked for my $200 back, I was told that the Bride and Groom were late so I was charged $150 for an extra hour. I only got back $50. I should get at least $150 back because their driver was late also! Do not use this company, they are very unprofessional.

I would not recommend using this company. I choose this company because I thought they were a locally owned service and they are not! It is a foreign owned company. I booked the limo for my daughter’s 16th birthday party. When the driver arrived he was dressed in jeans and a sloppy wrinkled t-shirt. He did not look like a limo driver. The driver had not turned on the AC in the back of the car because he did not know how to operate. I had to get in the front of the car to try to figure out how to turn on the AC so my daughter and friends did not melt. Driver did not have the address already programmed in his phone and asked me to put in his phone. Then his phone died and he did not have a charger so he relied on my daughter to give him directions. I am so glad my husband and I decided to drive down to the restaurant in our own car because the driver had to follow us. I asked him to keep the AC on in the car while were inside having dinner and he did not. When we were paying to leave the restaurant about an hour and half after he dropped the girls off he came up to me inside of the restaurant stating he was hungry and would like to order food. I told him we were ready to leave. Then he asked me if it was ok if he drove through Taco Bell on the way home because he was hungry. On the way home he again could not get the AC going. I helped him again to get everything turned on and then while driving the power and AC went off in the back of the car. The girls did not have AC the whole drive home. The girls said he was a terrible driver and would hit the brake often slamming them around. I do not believe this driver had ever driven a limo before. He was very unprepared and disorganized. He did not even open the doors for the girls to get in and out. This was NOT the experience I had planned and paid for, for my daughter’s special birthday celebration.I made my reservations through McKinney Limousine but when I called to complain they said they were busy and switched me to use Frisco Limousine company. This was never disclosed to me. Now that I am trying to get my money back from McKinney Limousine whom I rented from said it is Frisco Limousine who charged me and gave me poor service so I need to take it up with them. They are refusing refund because they picked up and dropped off as requested. They are refusing to address the poor service and are switching between companies to not be accountable. This 100% is a Foreign Company. When you call the McKinney or Frisco provided phone numbers it goes overseas somewhere. Buyer beware!!!!!

DO NOT BOOK!!! I booked a party bus for my cousins birthday. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone for the reservation was very nice and helpful. However, the bus I saw online and what showed up was not the same. They picked us up at 11pm as scheduled. There was about 14 of us and the driver was nice and on time. This is where things weren’t so great. We get on the bus and it is beyond hot on the bus and took the whole ride from Plano to Uptown to cool down. The Bluetooth connection DID NOT work, the USB plug in DID NOT work, then there was hardly any ice at all in one ice bucket and the other bucket was empty. So we had to stop and get our own ice at the gas station. While at the gas station I asked if we could get the lights going at least and they had a hard time working and then eventually turned on. Again the driver was very nice about everything and very apologetic for the company’s terrible bus. At the end of the night we had a lot of trash on the bus. However, my friend and I stayed back and cleaned all the trash off of the bus. I was then charged an extra amount for a cleaning fee of 150 dollars two days later, when we cleaned every bit of trash up on the bus. I offered the driver a tip I thought was fair and he told me it wasn’t enough pretty much. Do not book with this company!! I’m sure there are companies around this one with the same rates. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!

Stay away from this service! The driver was prompt in picking up my son and his friends for their homecoming. He dropped them off at the wrong restaurant (Del Friscos Steakhouse), but they called and he picked them up and took them to the correct one (Del Friscos Grille). However, at the end of the night, my son received a text message from someone other than the driver stating that someone else would be picking them up. My son did not make the reservation and the company should not have contacted him about a change in driver. This was very unsafe with the way kids are being abducted and I will never use this company for anything ever again. I ended up driving to the homecoming dance to pick up my son and his friends due to the unprofessionalism of this supposed limo service. Garbage company!

Horrible service. This limo company was hired ahead of time to celebrate a 40th birthday party. Not only did they never show up (after waiting an hour we gave up), but they ruined a great beginning to a fun birthday surprise. They had the nerve to call us an hour later to check to see if we still wanted the limo. We were appalled when he said that since we had been waiting for him for an hour. The driver then followed up by saying, Yeah, I was working. (In a harsh tone as if it was an inconvenience to do THIS job) If this company had no availability for this night, they should have stated so. We would have been happy to hire a limo company that could be dependable and provide the service they promised. We will never get this opportunity to surprise the birthday individual as we wanted to. Please dont make the same mistake in hiring this company. Please chose to hire someone else.

Will never use this company again! They wait to bill you after the fact then try to charge me $350 for $240 quote I received by email. The driver Kevin was falling asleep at the wheel and fell asleep waiting for us. Kevin told us to text him when we were ready to be picked up and he never responded or came to get us. My husbands cousin had to walk down to the end of the parking lot to wake the driver up then the driver kind of got rude with us asking if we texted him like he said to when we were ready. I send a text and 15 mins later he still isn’t there to pick us up. Then the owner of the company got rude with me when I told him this info. Beware of this company!Edit: I noticed the company decided to respond to my review and I feel it’s not being honest.I was under the impression they had already billed me. It was on a credit card that a week later had fraud so I thought they had already done what they needed to. The driver arrived early to my venue. I requested my time to be from 9:30-1:30, which I have an email showing this. The driver showed up at 9:00 and apparently started his time. I had no idea. It’s my wedding and not something I was worried about. I thought it would be common sense to start the time that *I* requested. Not when YOU felt like starting it.. The driver dropped us off at approximately 1am at our hotel. Our wedding ended at 9:30 and we went out for just a couple of hours. So I’m not sure how we went over on time. The driver never once mentioned us about going over on time. Whether or not the driver is a respectful veteran doesn’t makeIt okay to fall asleep while on the clock. If we were over on ANY time it was because we texted him as he told us to and he was sleeping and never responded, as I stated in my previous review. You emailed me several times asking me to change my review and you offered me $75 off. I have the emails to prove that. I did tell you that If you want me to take my review down, I would prefer a full refund. That’s the 100% truth and you know I have emails and screenshots of us texting the driver letting him know when we were ready. Get your facts straight.

The car was older than I expected it to be. It also had a strong smell of cigerretes. I do not smoke so smell was very offensive. I requested Champaign. They guy who I booked the trip with blamed me for not arranging the Champaign with the driver myself. It Was ultimately not provided. The man who arranged the pick up..quoted me a price of $115. My card was double charged! Then when I called to ask him why..he insisted then it was the cost of one way trip. (He did not say during the booking) I would not have paid $230 for an older car that smelled like ciggetettes. The driver was the only good part of my experience. He was courteous and prompt. The man doing the booking I feel just wanted to make a sale. I will not be using them again...and book at your own risk!

Terrible. 30 minutes late, rude, unprofessional, lies, and no communication. Passengers had to tell the driver where to go, limo broke down, claimed he was late because he got hit, wrinkled untucked shirt, texting instead of opening the door for passengers. The list goes on. The answering service was rude and disrespectful when I called to find out why they were late and where exactly they were located. Of course they charged us prior to even leaving with the passengers.
