My husband bought a speaker from them first off the prices were all marked wrong. we were gonna buy it for 170 an then they tell us the prices on the floor were wrong so we had to pay 190, as we got home and he hooked it up it didnt even work. Now we cant get our money back but they were nice and replaced it.

We had a remote start put into two of our vehicles and ended up bringing them back multiple times over the course of 3 years because they quit working. Each time we were given some excuse of why they quit working and several different attempts to temporarily fix the problem but in the end the auto starts on both vehicles would quit working again. We were so disappointed, dissatisfied and completely lost confidence in the product and service I asked repeatedly on three different occasions to talk with a manager and each time I was told the manager was busy but would call me back. The manager never called me. It was a complete waste of our money and our time. We decided to take our business elsewhere and have a different auto start company put a different auto starter product in our vehicles.

I had a remote start installed and it stopped working properly. So, I brought the car back in. The remote was not dead but that’s what they told me. They just replaced the battery and said it was working again. They did not fix the problem and it still does not work properly.

Very disappointed. They waisted too much of my time and money for a terrible service. And job still not done after going there twice and leaving the car for 4 hours. Job still not done they want me to go back. Really bad! I got tricked with the good reviews. I ordered a remote car starter, Silencer brand, and thats what I paid for, then they installed a very low cheap quality remote that doesnt start the car no even from a 20 feet distance sometimes, which is its supposed to work within a quarter of a mile, I asked them about the brand I ordered and why they installed a different brand without letting me know before installing it, they said when they dont have a brand we go with what we have. Seriously!! And I cant get my money back, what a scam, beware people. This place is a scam they will take your money, waste your time and not provide the needed service, then say all sales are final.

These guys are great. Had my remote start installed there a few years ago and it had worked great until recently. I brought it in and they fixed the problem within minutes. Turns out when I had my car serviced by the dealership over the summer they had unplugged a vital plug. Sub Zero took care of it and sent me back on my way. Very helpful and they back their work. Would refer them to everyone.

Brought a 2012 BMW 3 series wagon in to install my own camera system bought from another vendor. The installation was exactly as I requested. My car was returned to me exactly as I left it with them (besides for the install). The camera system and the wiring is completely professionally installed and cords for power are completely hidden like it came from the factory. Service was done in a single day (actually just a few hours). I will be bringing my other car to them in the Spring to install the same system. Thank you guys!

I bought a new 2017 Dodge Durango and had Sub Zero upgrade the factory stereo. Eric and Justin knew exactly what to do and performed a beautiful install. They integrated to my existing system. I completely trust them. I paid a very fair price and we love how it looks and sounds. Ive been to other places and I recommend this place above all others. I shouldnt have even given this place one star. I brought some equipment to them to have it installed in my car they said they stood by their installation with a warranty 3 days after I had the work done because of their poor job of installing it my equipment fried they left a loose connection on the power cable Now they wont do anything about It . They Said the hardware that came of my equipment was wrong but they used it anyways Instead of calling me is when they had a problem to see what I wanted to do they just cooked it up wrong and left it I would never let anybody I know bring anything to them again

Great service! Very nice people. I got a remote car starter installed, said it would take about 4 hrs. Called back 4 hrs later and it was finished! They also gave me the best price with no hidden fees. Kinda hard to find as your maps will bring you nearby but not right in front. Highly recommended!

I came to get my remote starter put in and they actually did it a day in advance for me because I was having problems with the appointment set up with school issues so they were amazing with getting it done for me a little bit ahead of my schedule as well as I havent had any problems with my remote starter at all. Had them install a simple two way remote starter. Had to bring it back to them a second time because they didnt do it right the first time. Pricing didnt seem very transparent either. In retrospect, Ill go somewhere else.

Well they installed my friends subwoofer and turned the gain up without having another battery which could of blown the subs he put in his car

Had two heated seats installed and I couldnt be happier - unless I could have gotten them done a month ago before the subzero temps hit! Their schedule was filled a month out though... Which I believe is a good sign of well functioning and successful business. The seat heaters are as hot as I was hoping for if not more. Id certainly recommend Sub Zero Customs to anyone I know who is looking for a high quality aftermarket auto improvement.Once the GF upgrades her car, this will be the first place I call if she needs anything extra for the next vehicle. Had a 2 way remote start installed. About 4 days later I was informed that my taillights didnt work. Brought my car back to them to look at the wiring. They said they couldnt find an issue. Brought my car to the dealership. They couldnt find anything wrong with the car and decided it was the remote start. Had the remote start removed, and my taillights work fine. Of course all sales are final, so I didnt get any money back. Called to see about maybe a faulty remote start module and was told theyd install another one for another $100. Ive already wasted money there once. Ill never go back and will never suggest them to anyone. I have a barely used Silencer 2 way remote start for sale if anyone wants. No idea if its any good. Does me no good having it sitting in a box though.

Take this at what you willHad a groupon that expired, for a 2 way remote start 149.00 total installed, called said I could use it towards store credit to get the starter installed since it expired and I could pay the difference. Ok fair enough right... well what wasnt discussed ( I admit I didnt ask because I took a quick look at their facebook and they have a remote starter installed 149...) ok so maybe figured I have to put in 100$ or something... I go to drop off the car, the invoice that she attaches my keys to says and says zero dollars, so Im like oh nice its the same price.... ( they just print off an info sheet that is not the actual invoice I found out from her later)Soooo the bill is 339 plus 125 labor, so basically because I didnt have a current groupon I had to pay 3 TIMES as much as the deal they STILL have going at Groupon....Really you charge your regular customers 3 times what a groupon costs??Ok its your business to run and I made the mistake of not clarifying the price so I have some fault in this (thus the three stars) . But it doesnt make 3 times as much for the same service seem any more reasonable.The lead manager I was talking to got pretty huffy also towards the end of the situation, which seemed odd because I was honestly confused I honestly got stuck on the 3 times as much just seemed so out there that I thought there was a mistake.The manager did take off like 50$ to try and sorta make things rightAlso ended up with my Hazard lights flashing when we left, we did go right back and they were fixed.So basically -- make sure to ASK!!!! to discuss pricing up front, they will not discuss it with you, and make sure to not let your groupon expire.

I decided to have a seat heater installed at Sub Zero Customz for my wife for Christmas on a 2014 Ford Focus with 45,000 miles on it. After a few hours of waiting the gentleman working on the car asked me if we were having problems with our seat. My response was NO because there were no problems with the seat at all prior to them attempting the installation. It worked perfectly as did everything else on the car (it is a newer well maintained car). He proceeds to show me that he removed the seat even though they dont do that to install the seat heaters and spent hours trying to get it to work. He also claims the gear is stripped out that reclines the seat back. Im then asked if I want to proceed with the heated seat install and he suggests that maybe I should look into buying a used seat on Ebay instead. What?! Im taken off guard by this whole thing and speak with what I believe is either the owner or the manager who assures me that he will look into options to fix it and get back to me the next day. I even confirmed he had my correct cell phone number. Since then I have taken it to 2 different dealerships, one while I was having other service work performed and one in an unsuccessful attempt to have my warranty cover the broken seat. Im sitting on estimates of over $1100 and $1200 to replace the BROKEN seat frame plus $110 to diagnose the issue. Again there was nothing wrong with the seat prior to bringing it in to Sub Zero Customz. Its the middle of May, almost 5 months and I still havent heard from the owner/manager. Take this into account before doing business with them. I wish I could hit rewind and would give them a minus 5 if I could.

Took a month to get in, for remote starter setup. They say its about three to four hours but I was in and out of there in a little over an hour.

Came here for a remote start GroupOn, and it works great! A couple months down the line I was trying to jump start my car but the alarm was going off. I had it towed to Sub Zero Customz and they took care of the problem the next day, no charge.Great customer service and a great experience.

Got a great deal on a remote car starter through Groupon. They did great work

Got my tail lights tinted, asked for smoked lights and came back to black black tail lights. They redid them to the way I wanted, now they are cracking insanely, they said they would redo them again for the 3rd time for $50 and they would call back in a couple days and they havent called back been a little over a month. Other shops said they did the lights wrong since its been just about a year since I got them done. Also got auto start and paid for them to set my locks and alarms back up to the remote and have to click unlock at least 5 times for my doors to unlock. I do not recommend this place. You get what you pay for I guess.

Great service, bought a one way remote start from them a few years back once the remote stop working I brought it in and they replaced it for me at no cost.

Whoever is running the customer service is an absolute moron. Got a remote starter installed by them through the Groupon. They did not install the wire for the horn, saying its an optional add-on, despite not being able to show me anywhere that says this. They claim that the add-on is listed on both the Groupon and their website (they at one point said the add on is listed as the security bypass fee, which I paid for because they LISTED it.) The remote start works fine, but the horn does not chirp when locking the car and, worse, the panic mode or anything relying on the horn doesnt work. Im worried about the security of my car at this point, what good is a remote starter/security system if the security side doesnt even function?Absolutely avoid their business. They try to justify charging extra for things that any customer would assume is included in the purchase price. This is just shady business practice.

The guys did a basic head unit upgrade on our 2008 car. Made the unit look like it belonged, connected up to the factory pre-amp and speakers, and didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of junk I didnt want.
