My daughters math grades went from a D to an A in one semester. I really like that they focus on critical thinking to approach problems from different angles. The skills sorely missing in the public school system.

Since starting math tutoring this summer, we have received excellent feedback the math concepts that our child is working on and her progress. Staff is kind, courteous, and patient. The center has a welcoming environment.

Since starting Mathnasium my son has been doing great in school. No more missing assignments or hassle to do homework. He is excited about school again and is always happy to go to Mathnasium!!! I can’t wait to see his continued progress!!!!

What a gem of a find!! The people who work at Mathnasium seem to really care about the kids. My son was resistant to going at first, but now he loves it. He especially likes that he can play chess with one of the tutors. He also has been improving in his math skills.

My child hated math because she couldn’t understand it. Now she not only is understanding math. But she is loving it. She looks forward every week to getting to go. Thank you for helping my child and filling in the gaps left by the current school system.

My daughter was skipped ahead in math to algebra after the 7th grade because she was excelling, but in doing so, she missed learning a lot of basic concepts she would need. She was failing algebra when she came to Mathnasium. I tried to help her and teach her how to take notes and study, but her teacher didnt allow note-taking in class and they didnt have a book or handouts (only notes on the board she wasnt allowed to copy), so it was difficult to know what she was working on and I had to look things up to refresh my memory so I could help her. She would get frustrated with me when she didnt understand something, so I tried tutors but they had the same problem. Mathnasiums process of testing and working on the basic foundational concepts she was lacking in addition to the current concepts she was working on in class really helped. She loved going to Mathnasium and could relate to the instructors and was able to turn her F into an A within just a few we eks. I highly recommend Mathnasium.
