I love coming here when I make an appointment with the people I know do a good job! My nails always come out great! However, sometimes my pedicures are absolutely dreadful. I had the same man do my pedicure twice in the last few months and he’s so rough with every part of my pedi. I’ll be sure to make appointments from here on out. But overall, it’s a great place and very friendly

Went in early morning as a walk in for a gel mani/pedi. I was sat down immediately after signing in. The experience was great and it was quick as well without sacrificing quality. I will definitely be going back.

I was able to walk in and get a full set and a pedicure.The spa pedicure was a little more than I normally pay. But the technician was very good and gentle and was able to accommodate my wishes.My full set of nails were done while I got my pedicure which was very efficient.May I suggest that you splurge for the jelly pedicure soak it was absolutely wonderful and my feet feel so soft.

I got a natural pedicure and it was great! Ha helped me and I highly recommend him.

Kim did an amazing job! They were very gentle with me the entire time. I was a walk in with my friend and even though they were pretty busy we were in and out in less than an hour! The entire place is beautiful and they are following guidelines to keep the place clean. I am really happy with my service and cant wait to be back for my fill!

I was seen quickly as a walk in. The place was clean and they asked customers to wash their hands before sitting down. They also made sure you didn’t use a previously used pen to sign the COVID form. My toes could of been done a little better in my opinion. My pinky toe and second toe is missing some polish. Upon paying, the receptionist asked if I could pay using the ATM because it worked better for them. I didn’t mind too much, but if I came back again I would make sure to bring cash as the ATM charges a $2.00 fee.

I went there as a walk in. Got on the chair within 5 minutes. I loved my pedicure, the girl took her time but I was upset with my nails some other lady did my nails. It was poorly done and she wasnt even done before she started with the next client. My nails ended up looking like a kid painted them 😐

I’ve been coming to this place since they opened and service used to be really good but over time it’s declined. Every time I make an appointment I end up waiting at least 45 mins for them to begin. My gel pedicure has begun to look very sloppy.

Kaayla and her mom were absolutely fantastic! They treated my 4 years old and myself like we were family! Great service, took their time, a very clean and professional place. So my sister and I tried a new nail salon and in less the a week not one but two have broken in half! The spa pedi was the worse the guy doing it paid no attention when I said it hurt ! Never going back!

They have a beautiful and well ventilated salon. Everyone was extremely friendly and their service is amazing. They have plenty of staff so each client receives their full attention. They take appts and walk ins; due to full staff walk-ins dont wait long at all. It was a great experience.

Best nail salon in Fresno. They are under new management for 7-8 months already and have been excellent since then! I had my nails done with various employees such as Jason, Jessie, Dao and Cynthia. They are all very high skilled. This is my HG salon!PS: Tammy waxed my eyebrows. LOVE THAT LADY! Very gentle and skilled. Did I forget to mention that this salon is CLEAN ! LIKE A HOSPITAL CLEAN!

I really liked the nailist who did my pedicure and full set. Im not very talkative and she was pretty quiet. The massage was great. My feet looked brand new when she was done. It didnt feel rushed and she wasnt rough with my hands. The atmosphere was okay. There werent many people there, most likely due to covid but it could have a more relaxing feel if the decor was different and the massage chairs seemed out of date or maybe mine needed to be repaired. Ive been here 3 times. The first visit was great. The second was good and the last visit was okay. The staff was really nice however.

This is my new favorite nail salon! Jason was so kind and accommodating when I showed up, even saying good bye by name! My technician was great and friendly, providing a comfortable experience the whole time and easy to talk to about my different requests. The salon over all is very clean and well run with lots of options for services and colors. I will definitely be returning the next time I want my nails done!

I had the best experience here coming blindly with a friend who looked them up. We walked in with a reservation and no expectations of what to expect.The owner was so accommodating and sweetNot only was the pedicure amazing and the staff, they were so nice and professional! I who have two kids was just looking to relax and get a good pedicure! That I did Receive.My friend brought another friend who just had a baby of three months who she brought with her. As the baby was crying on the mothers lap the owner grabbed the baby and gently played with the baby so that the customer could receive the best experience possible. It blew my mind that the owner would go the extra mile so that his customer could receive a relaxing experience.I will be back and continue to be a loyal customer Because of my experience there

This place is amazing! I took my cousin & myself out for a day of pampering. She doesnt know it yet however her boyfriend is proposing to her this afternoon. Had to make sure she got her nails done.Jessie did my nails and she was amazing! Whether youre talkative or not she doesnt make it awkward.Loved seeing the diversity with the employees. Such a vibrant, friendly, and relaxing environment. I was so scared they werent going to be able to fit us in right when they opened however they called me back and said they were able to.We are two very happy customers

I would not recommend this place. I went to get my nail fixed after it broke of within a week. It may have broke off because it was placed on crooked to start with. (They did offer to fix it).When I arrived they did not know which powder was used on the rest of the nails they said next time take a picture in case they break but I told her I did not expect my nails to break this was the first time my nails have ever broke within a week I had been going to nail salons for years .I insisted to show the employee who did my nails the first time but she said it was fine she will just fix it. I end up choosing The color I thought was the closest and she end Up grabbing the wrong one. She started comparing colors again and kept choosing ones that were darker so I gave up and showed her another color that was still off but I was already over the whole process. After applying my nail with glue I had to tell her to cut my nails down twice so that they are even with the others and the third time I did not even mention it was still too long because again I was over the whole process. By the end of this walk in I have one nail that does not look like the others in color,size,or shape . Very over priced gel is $10-$13. I paid $84 for a full set pink powder w/gel & a standard $29 pedi w/gel so $42 total.I was not charged for the five dollar replacement nail but I still will not recommend this place.

My mom and I have been to In Style about four times now-each time we have had a different technician and each one has been wonderful! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and talented. We just got a dip manicure for the first time, and our technicians took the time to explain the process to us and offer tips on how to care for our nails. Definitely recommend!

Called this morning for an appointment. Got great customer over the phone. Came into the shop. Good vibes and cohesion between all the employees. Clean. I wanted something special for my upcoming trip to Hawaii, brought in a Pinterest photo, and was very happy with the results. The experience felt very tailored. I just left it up to their professional judgment and Im very happy with the results. :) Already looking to make my next appointment before St. Pattys Day! Had Jessie, she was awesome.

Was a walk-in client because my usual nail guy is out of town right now. I was given an appointment with Jason, and he did a fantastic job. I admit, I am very particular about my nails and he did great! If I lived in the area I would have her be my permanent nail gal. However, I did book another appointment in a few weeks because my guy will still be out of town. If youre in need of a great nail gal go see Jason!!!

The owner was great, she did exactly what I asked for. I did have to wait a little bit but they never left me in the dark. They kept me informed and never lied on how long it would take. I had a great experience I love my nails & I will be back!

I enjoyed getting my nails done here. The girl that did my nails really took her time. She asked many times what I was wanting....whether they were too long or too thick. I appreciated that! After of almost a week they still look like I just had them done the day before. Really pleased!

I liked that they had 2 ppl working on me at the same time (mani/pedi). Although they would not stop gossiping the entire time which i think cause my manicurist to not do her best work. My acrylic nails are unevenly coated and not the same length. She missed some spots and didnt fix my cuticles

I discovered this nail salon after eating at Butterfish Poke. I had a wonderful experiences getting my nails done on a relaxing weekend. I have been going here before Covid19 started. I was skeptical about outdoor heat but I was wrong! I had ACs blasted with tents. I felt like a picnic haha. Im going follow them forever!!!PS: I saw ABC30 Fresno News interviewing employees about preparing to reopen indoors on 09/22/20 . They are very clean and keeping up with public healths guidelines!

I loved that they were fast and did a great job, I didnt enjoy all of the chatting though.

Called on Saturday and made an appointment for Sunday at 1. Came in Sunday and was told that no one had written down my appointment and there were 7 people ahead of me. This is why I make appointments! No effort to make good on it or to address the problem. Just told I have to wait. This comes after my last visit when I also had an appointment but they took a walk in before me.Very irritating and unprofessional. I will never come back.

I spent almost $140 on one gel manicure and two gel pedicures for my mother and I. On the first day my mothers nail polish had air bubbles in it, on the second day The nail Polish on one of my Toenails had completely come off and I didnt even know when or how. I went in the next day to get it fixed and it fell off again 3 days later along with 3 other toe nails that had lost their gel Polish. It took me two minutes to peel the rest of the polish of (in one whole piece). I would not recommend this place. Nice on the outside and inside but quality of the products used her are poor.

Omg let me just say Jessie did such a great job on my pedicure that I had to go back the next day so I can get my nails done. She is my go to girl now.I have been there a few times and so far Im very pleased with the work she did, she also made me feel very comfortable and welcomed with being very professional at the same time.

This place is the rudest and unprofessional place in town. I came home after an hour and my polish all started to come off. I called and the manager/slash owner said what did u do to them. I drove home that’s all. He said oh well do them yourself and hung up on me. I told him I wanted my money back and he refused and hung up again. No one I repeat no should go to this shop ever unless you want to disrespected with bad service.

Oh freaking man. Im so frustrated! Im not a super picky person, and I like to extend grace, but I cant let this go. I got a mani-pedi combo with a gel manicure upgrade only for my gel polish to last 9 days and the pedicure chipped within thes night I had my service. The manicurist cut me three times in the same place, not to mention that the gel polish was thick and bumpy. No service should have 5 coats of thick polish. Thats insane. I cannot believe that I paid $70 for that. Its not ok...
