Nancy did an amazing pedicure and the best foot massage ever. Tommy did such a good job on my manicure. Honestly this place has never let me down. Every time I go they do a great job. Will always be coming back.

The way these people treat customers is unacceptable, I was waiting there for 50 minutes. So mean and rude to any new people!!! I asked for white tips and gel and they keep telling me they cant do it with a horrible attitude, I said then do whatever you want and the girl helping me started yelling at me, 4 of the girls came to me to ask what I want and I said white tip with powder and they didnt say anything to me, just speaking in their language ignoring me. Then one told me to wait and I asked how long they turned around and ignored me, so I left. Didnt get my nails done just got the most horrible customer service in my life!!!!

Worst nail salon in the world. One of the guy workers made me bleed while using the drill. My nails are all lumpy. Terrible shaping. Disgusted. Never going here again. Would not recommend.

Today was my first time going there I was actually really excited until I got Poor service anytime I had a suggestion she kept saying no this ones better or it’s simple so I just went with white dip nail , she barely filed them they look super clumpy and honestly for almost 40$ definitely not worth it and do not recommend going here because she knew how poorly they looked and still didn’t care not to mention this place is NOT sanitary I saw her get a brush that she used on someone else and use it on me I also saw someone else get a manicure with the gel machine that they had just used to do someone else’s toes !!

Have had good experiences but I will NEVER go back now... Not worth the PAIN and FRUSTRATION!I have been going to Bella Nails for about 6 months and have always had a pretty good experience. The lady that works the front desk can be rude and snappy sometimes, but overall they have always done a good job on my nails.The last time I went (about 2 weeks ago) I had so many problems that I will never go back. I got there at about 5:30 PM to get a fill. I asked for some very simple Halloween nail art (orange tip design included in pictures) that I was originally told should be no problem. After about a 10 minute wait I was told to that Laura would take care of me.I showed Laura the image of the nail art I wanted and she exclaimed that it could not be done and that I needed to pick one color for my nails. Ok, fine. So I asked for a gel French tip with black polish instead of white. She said ok and began working. She was very good to ask me about the length and shape and listened to what I had to say.She laid the acrylic but when she started to shape my nails is when the real problems began. When using the nail drill, she ended up grinding off the skin surrounding my nail on EVERY SINGLE FINGER. The first time it happened, my thumb was BLEEDING EXCESSIVELY and she apologized. Alright, accidents happen, no big deal... moving on. Then she starts on the next finger and does the same thing. I told her multiple times as she was working her way through the nails that it was hurting, but she didnt seem to care. By the time she was finished, she had made 5 of my fingers bleed and ALL of them were completely raw from the drill getting my skin.She starts to paint and literally ARGUES with me that I need to have solid black and not a French tip because its faster and cheaper. Eventually she agrees to do what Im asking and we finish up.As I go to pay the lady (a different one than normal. She was super kind!) asked why I changed my mind about the nail art. When I told her Laura said she couldnt do it they went and talked. The lady from the front came back to to tell me that she DIDNT WANT TO DO IT... She didnt want to. So I didnt get what I wanted and was more than happy to pay for.Overall my finished nails themselveslook pretty good. The shape and lines of the French tip were great (hence the one star...) But here we are TWO weeks later and my fingers are still sensitive, healing and scabbing from the excessive drilling. Like I said, I have had good experiences before. But this was horrible. I dont plan on ever going back... Lauras laziness and inconsideration killed this place for me.

Took my sister here to get a pedicure and I received a fill. Laura was the one who did my nails, and she did them perfect. She asked questions to make sure she did my nails the way I wanted them done. Thin like regular nails! Both my sister and I were very happy when we left. Going back on Tuesday to get my toes done by Laura.

Great Nail salon. I have been going here at Bella Nails for a long time now, I am very pleased and satisfied with the service. Nancy is always welcoming and very professional. Love the girls. Thank you all for a pleasant visit and a great service for my nails at all times.

I used to go to another nail salon in the neighborhood but stopped due to uncleanliness, poor quality finally I found here. Theyre vigilant for each of fingers. and talented. And she do an absolutely amazing job every time! It was a nice and relaxing experience for me.

Nancy is the best nail technician! Her work is outstanding and she has never hurt me. I have been going to Bella for 2 years and the staff has always been kind. The salon is cleaned 2 to 3 times a day.

This will be my now go-to salon for my nails in the Fresno. There are SO many pedicure options here at here that I dont even know where to even start. OMG. She was fabulous on my eyes! And asked what I thought and what I wanted. I like that they USE clean plastic liners in the pedicure bowls.

Ive been going here for years. Service can be slow is you dont have an appointment but they will fit you in! Best part is theres a Starbucks and Broilers right by to grab something. I now make appointments with Linda. She is great with gel pedicures and takes the time to adjust machine so I dont get dings

Wish I could give them zero stars. I left crying with cuts all over my fingers after a full set. I told the lady I was in pain and she said nothing. My husband was so angry he brought me back in to show the manager what they had done to me and they just said sorry and told us there was nothing they could do. I literally had cuts on almost every single finger and one was so deep from the drill it took almost 2 weeks to heal so I had to wear a bag on my hand in the shower. Never ever again. This was almost a year ago and I still would never ever come back. Horrible

The gel nails I got there were fantastic. I have been going there for 8 years and they never disappoint. It is clean and the people are friendly. I strongly recommend you get your nails done here.

I go to Nina, and she does a good job. What I do not like is that she over charges. They have the set prices on the wall,but it is not followed. If it’s outdated they need to update it. It’s only fair for a customer to know what they are spending in advance. If they do not like the prices, they can go elsewhere. We find out after we get them done.It looks like they are cheating people, and that’s not cool. If I knew who to report them to I would.

Best place to get Gel Nails! Amazing glitter polish, stays on for weeks and great price $25...but price increases with add-ons. The service is friendly, I usually walk-in and go straight to a chair.

Laura is the absolute best ! I love the people who work here!

If I could give zero stars I would. Nancy was very rude to me. She yanked a nail book away from me because my acrylic was “wet” and made my hand hit the wall messing up the acrylic claiming it was my fault. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to re wash my hands because I moved my hair from my face and that apparently got my nails dirty, supposedly got foundation all over them. I was angry with her. How did I get foundation on my nails if I only moved my hair away? I left saddened by this experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Nobody deserves to be treated that way.P.S. They don’t do ombré. Nancy also needed assistance on how to do chrome nails. She didn’t know how to do it herself. This whole experience was a waste of my time.

My experience was very upsetting. I left the place in tears. I asked for a gel manicure and deluxe pedi. For my pedicure the manicurist an I older man who was very inpatient. He pulled an acrylic nail off my toe nail when it wasn’t soften and I’t hurt badly. I asked for my nails to be cut short and he burned me with the tool and stated he could not use the clippers. When rubbing the products on for the foot scrub he barely rubbed it in. He did not rinse all the product off. When I asked for help getting it off he threw the towel at me. When I asked for lotion he told me I did not need any I was fine. He and another manicurist argues with me totally ignoring my request for lotion. They instead defended the service they provided me. When I insisted he roughly handed me the lotion. I had to remove the product, apply the lotion and put my sandals back on. As I tried to do this I was chastised by my manicurist to no mess up my nails. I will not patronize Bella Nails ever again. All of my friend, family and acquaintances will be warned to stay away from this horrible place.

I been coming here for years and never had any problems, charlie has been doing my nails for about 9 years now.... Hes great!!!! he does my medi, pedi and when I want acrylic he also does for me. I tried many place even lived in orange county, but charlie is he best.... perfect shape every time.... I also been to queen bee and shi nails and he tops them as well. Bella just had new ownership and they just remodeled the whole place. They have great pricing.. I seen a few bad comments, but I never had a problem.. some people are rude and disrespect and they get the poor service but I never seen anyone cry or walk out upset, and I go there every 2 weeks like clock work... over all great place and great price!!!!

I was disappointed. Waited a total of 4 hours for 2 different people to provide 3 services. Each service was done in steps. I liked the outcome BUT it was very expensive for every little detail provided. Cant wait for my nail gal to get back from vacay!

My nails are done by Ale and she is great but everyone else is not nice at all. the are very rude and most of the time tey are not willing to help a guest or sit there and talk about them because they assume that we do not understand.

Wife and Family decided to day at spa day, I hade pedicure and my daughters had padicure and paint, Wife did full set and pedicure, The staff was Kind but felt rushed.Day after Wife lost fist nail. She was not doing nothing that would cause it to pop off.My Wife called them and they told her to come in and they would look at it and put back on.Next day she was scratching my back one of my perks and two more popped off. Now we can all say this guy probably has scaly hard sandpaper skin but that is not the caseI have awesome baby smooth silky soft skin 🙄 skinWell ok it is adverage Guy skin but Dam people two nails popped off,so now she lost three nails in hours.And finally the reason that brought me to this review.Woke up this morning my buetiful Queen that moisturizes and moisturizes and softens and all that she does to be as perfect as she is.My wife ran her fingers across her perfect flat stomach and A forth nail popped off. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. No way; this a trick I’m getting punked while waiting for Ashton to pop out on a possible all new gag show I relize from the look on my wife’s face that this was not happening. So after the discuss and the feeling of waisted timeMy advice to all is to wait for your regular suppose to be loyal to nail salon.(Nice nails shout out) and don’t go to someone that has a herd you to the beef truck mentality make look pretty but not last attitude)Stick to make it look pretty and actually make it to fill it and not get new set every week salon.Piece out thanks for letting me tell my storyGOD Bless

Best gel nails Ive ever had and they lasted a long time

If i could give it a no star i would..long story short is that i paid a lot of money to relax and i came out more stressed out..i paid for a full pedicure yea they lady painted my toes but i didnt not recieve the usual massage they give and i told the owner and she replied for me not to be saying that because they never forget the steps and she said she was going to check the cameras and i replied check them i have no reason to lie. And so she said a i proved to her that i didnt recieve what i had told her then she apologized and offered me a 15% percent off next visit and after getting my nails done all ugly and recomended 4 people and for them to dislike their nails and not getting done what they asked for i dont need that 15% off ...NEVER EVER going back..ill go waist my money somewhere else because few workers also have a very lack of coustomer service it seems as if they get upset if you tell them to fix something in the process of them doing your nails idk...SUSAN in the other hand is very nice and very polite very welcoming as a recepsionist ...but like i said I WILL NEVER PUT A FOOT IN THERE AGAIN !

My first few times were great, then my third and fourth visit, I was very unsatisfied. 3rd visit was uncomfortable. I got a mani/pedi so I was on the pedicure chair getting my feet done and the manicure guy comes over to do my nails, but he stayed on one side and made me twist my body to do my other hand instead of him getting up and switching sides. the whole point of getting a mani/pedi is to relax in their massage chairs, but because of all the twisting, I couldnt relax. I complained and the receptionist said that thats what happens when you get a mani/pedi combo at the same time, next time get them separate. which means I gotta be there double the time. the fourth time I went there the manicurist did a very sloppy job, nails were cracking and popping off almost immediately and a bunch of leftover acrylic under nails. I believe in 3 chances, so I m going one more time to see if they can do a good job again like my first 2 visits. if not its off to another salon.

My wife was in this fight for the first time and after a week she had to go back because they got flustered and the man was upset because he had to make amends for his bad job. I think we are going to sue them because the old guy yell at her pull her arm and make her cry and she still had pay again......

They were very rude ..dont go there .. I was patient and the guy burned my cuticles, they hurt and the guy started talking back to me that I was sensitive and over charged me on top of that

My sister had bad experiences a this place and the old guy was really rude to her and make her cry after she ask them to redo the job that they did wrong in the first place
