I would not recommend working a Valley Protein to anyone. Very bad management and no consideration for its employees. No chance for a raise no matter how hard you work. Show up to work everyday, never be late, work as fast as possible and the outcome will be getting fired. Leads are not well trained and are usually related to the management. The conditions are unhealthy and dirty. Been closed down by USDA on different occasions. If you want a min. wage job with no chance for advancement or raise, hard fast work, and no appreciation , then this is the job for you, otherwise look for employment else where

Its a production processing plant that processes poultry and beef and they package food they prepare for stores

Hate the place and everyone in it . . . . . I would have to drive to places that didnt know about the company in order to cash my checks . . . .. if you went to any store in a 10 mile radius you would have to prepare to get roasted by the cashier . . . . . . Place sucks simple as that . . . . . . . . Your better off unemployed
