My merchandise was in the warehouse almost three weeks because they were unable to deliver because they didn’t have the appropriate machinery to do so. Why they would take the load knowing it’s going to a home and not a loading dock boggles my mind. Then when I said no I don’t have a loading dock, they said they’d have to reach out to Home Depot to figure things out. Well… 3 weeks later I called myself and needless to say, they still had it in their warehouse and Home Depot had already instructed them to ship it to them so they could handle delivery. On top of that, it took me quite some time to actually get someone on the phone to even take my call and figure things out. Poor customer service and poor follow through, never again.

Company was professional and responsive. Today I was expect a fairly large crate to my residence when I received a phone call advising they did not know if they could unload it due to the size of the crate on the lift gate. After discussing with them and giving them a few suggestions they said they would take a look at it. A few hours later driver Scott showed up and was able to quickly unload it utilizing the loading gate with no issues or damage.

Good company and fast at getting info on delivery and shipment.

I wish there is less than one star review .Worst company ever , do yourself a favor and never use them , the dispatcher was rude she hung up the phone on me they said they can’t deliver because they didn’t find the address,They seems still use a paper maps because it is clear from google where is the address is .After making an appointment with 4 days later , waiting no one showed up , I called they said it is delayed for 5 hours because the driver is called sick . They expect me to Know that by myself , After agreed to wait told me that it will be loaded manually which mean it will take an hour to unload the delivery. After all of that we scheduled for the next day by the end of the day .not early as requested, they don’t care about customer satisfaction . I been dealing with multiple shipments companies across all USA , they are the worst by all means .I don’t recommend this company, rude and unprofessional. We looking into suing them for all the delay .

Waited over a month to receive my load. 1st try was delivered to another location. Took a week to pick up and would not respond. Ended up transferring to another freight line......Didnt even finish the job
