Waited all day for them and they never showed called 7 1/2 later to let me know they were unable to make it out. Said they didn’t have the parts to repair my sliding glass door ( two screws) 😂.

Never do this...leave reviews that is...but WOW...this company is so unprofessional its not even funny. This is not to bash the company but to let them see that this is not the way business is done. Was told twice someone come out to do measurements...no show...no call...nothing. Then after second appointment I call and guy makes an excuse that someone at our business was rude to him when he called...similar to how he was very rude when making excuses for missing 2 appointments...No calls had come from this company me total b.s. Not sure what is the deal over there...but very unprofessional

They have helped me several times(unfortunately). They always have quick service and make sure to clean my windows and any broken glass from my vehicles. Prices are reasonable and are definitely worth it with the service they provide.

Called to inquire about repairing a single pane glass window and after explaining the situation, the person who answered the phone was very arrogant, unhelpful, exhibited lack of courtesy, and gave me a lecture how it was against California law. Instead of nicely explaining why with proof as to the statute of the law, he tells me Im not here to teach you, and anyway, I have to go, youre wasting my time.

Called this company for a custom mirror but the guy who answered the phone seemed reluctant to even begin our conversation. Then tells me he wont deliver to Squaw Valley. What if I wanted to pick it up? Nope they wont allow me to do this Then tells me that a custom cutout would have to be measured by a professional and I couldnt give him the measurements accurately. He then suggested I call another company. Ridiculous! I just need a mirror cut man! Maybe they should stopAdvertising mirror services
