I have to start with the fact that I have not had any engine work done at this shop. However, when I was rebuilding a 350 Chevy and couldnt find the parts I needed anywhere, I stopped by the shop. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped me out with what I needed. Much appreciated!

Told 2-3 days and then I called on the 3rd day they acted as if I just dropped the engine block off that day.

Been a minute since they did work on my Silverados 5.3 Excellent workmanship and they had a fast turn around and their customer service was awesome. Dave was also very informative and I look forward doing business with them again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came to the shop with a 1, maybe 2, hour project, it took nearly three weeks to be completed, and they proceded to charge me more than their initial quote anyways. I went out of my way to explain precisely how I needed the project finished (I even stopped by the shop an addition time to clarify) but then received a phone call back a week later saying they had forgotten my instructions but were going to try to finish it anyways. Dave, the owner, did not even bother asking for further clarification. As a result, one dimension was wrong and Dave put the blame on ME, the CUSTOMER. He complained more than once about how long it took him even though he charged me for the extra time spent completing it.This shop does good work and in the end I am satisfied with the work he did, but I will certainly never return. This has been a huge hassle and Dave did nothing to make it easier for me. I hope Dave reads this and understands the importance of putting paying customers first.
