The business I work for needed a boom lift. I shopped around and found Ahern to be the best for the price and service. Four days into our work, the unit developed a hydraulic leak. I called it in and a Technician was sent out right away. The Tech determined that it would be a two hour fix. I asked if I could swap out the unit and they accommodated my request! The replacement arrived the next morning 30 minutes before the time they gave me. Santos, Kenny, Brett, and Louie have been great to work with! I would definitely consider them for future rental needs.

Rented a 35 foot tow behind lift. My three hour job turned into a six hour job. One of the down rigger indicator lights on the machine was not functioning. Every time I moved the machine and reset the down riggers it took 20-30 minutes to get the thing level (the bubble didn’t help). When I told the office worker about it he said unfortunately I can’t give you a discount. I said that’s ok I just won’t come back here. I rent lifts about three times a month so it wasn’t operator error.

Arrived late in the afternoon, got loaded. Staff was super cool.

Definitely go out of their way to help you out so you can get your job done!
