They were very fast and reasonably-priced. My phone couldnt be unlocked by sprint (even though sprint said there was no reason it couldnt be) but cell pros unlocked it without issue and even installed a new battery in the phone for me. If I have phone issues Ill definitely use them again.

The workers were really friendly and Burac fixed my moms IPhone in a good amount to time, and it turned out it needed its software to be updated for the microphone to work correctly and it fixed the problem! Best part was I wasn’t charged for that simple fix! Im definitely coming back for any future fixes or buys!

I came in today to Cell Pros (Kings Kanyon) absolutely confused as to why my phone (iPhone 8) would not turn on ! They ran an easy diagnostic and figured it out and fixed my phone. The service was friendly and they worked in a timely manner. They’ awesome and I would definitely recommend coming to them. Great service, great work and I’m completely happy !!

It took them two days to not call me back, not tell me they didnt have the part and had no intention of getting it. So basically I had to track down my own phone and take it somewhere else, THAT IS YOUR customer service WHAT A JOKE!

5+ stars! I worked directly with a nice lady named Veronica each time Ive needed service. Ive gotten 5 phones unlocked through her at this company. If you are planning on getting your phones unlocked, make sure you have the following information ready: phone IMEI, original phone company, and if the phone was blacklisted. Itll make things go much smoother. What I can tell you is that each IMEI completes unlocking at its own pace. Ive had 1 device that took roughly 2 weeks to complete while another device took 3 days. You gotta be patient.The only thing is parking can be horrific and the area can be sketchy. Other than that, I recommend all my friends and family to this location!Thank you, Veronica, for also keeping me posted by calling and texting me to let me know shes been checking on the status.

Very quick to respond to my need. Fixed a cracked screen for my iPhone SE. Paid with Groupon. Only took 45 minutes for the repair. The location is not the best for parking but it’s worth it.

I was greeted instantly and given reasonable charges for my broken iPhone 6. I spent way less than I expected and my screen was fixed in less than an hour. I am genuinely happy that I was able to get my phone fixed in a single day for way less than I expected. I dont know if I have Yolanda (my sales rep.) or Cellpros to thank, but either way I give it 5 stars.

ATTENTION! MUST READ! I brought my phone, Samsung Galaxy S6, to get repaired in February for a faulty battery/faulty charging port. Turns out it was my charging port. I assume my battery was fine, and they said that they replaced my battery. I was charged $60 to fix the battery and they gave me a discounted price of $30 for a wireless charger. Its April, less than two months from the initial repair, and my phone is dead. Might I add, brand new battery, dead in less than two months. I brought it back to get a diagnostics test, in which they said it cost $10. Any repairs would be discussed before being made. I dropped my phone off to get tested. Came back the next day to see what was the problem. Turns out it was the connecting cable on my battery. Might I add, New Battery. So, they went ahead and replaced the battery, without my consent, and tried to charge me 60 bucks for a new battery because their warranty doesnt cover damaged items. I asked for their repair policy and warranty in writing but they couldnt come up with one. Again, no consent to any repairs. they decided to charge me for labor which was $30. For what? Let me reitterate, charged me 60 bucks for a new battery in Feb, labor and battery included, and tried to charge me $60 for another one, in which I never asked for any repairs to be made, and then they would try to charge me for the labor on the battery in which would never have occured, if they werent just trying to straight up cheat their customers. These guys are desperate for money, if you bring you devices here, they will intentionally lie to empty your wallets and purses. Go elsewhere.Response: How come you didnt take my screen protector off the first time around when you changed my battery? Why was the battery at 1% charge considering new batteries would be at least 75% capacity in which it was the second time around? And my screen protector was removed the second time around?
