I bought a state of the art gaming computer (or so I thought) for around $6000 it worked for about 3 weeks quite working so we called and they said they would take care of it. They came and picked it up after we called 8-10 times. Six weeks later they said it was ready and brought it back. They didn’t have the tools needed to hook it up. So about a week later the parts arrived through UPS. We called them and they talked my son through the steps to get it going l then received 2 bill one for $594.46 and the other for 513.48 .So I guess my version and their version of warranty is different I guess the lesson here is to live and learn and try to warn other people to just be careful
