Myself, and my three children, 10,6 and 1 hear old, reserved a car with my debit card that had a visa symbol on it, so obviously it can be run as credit. We were wanting to rent a car to go out of town and visit family. When we went to the Enterprise booth, the Hispanic gentleman said that he couldnt take the debit card and I let him know run it as credit since it has the visa symbol on it. He said its not going to take it so I asked him can you just run it and try and he refused to do it. This was on 07/23/2021 at 7:10pm. My kids were disappointed and so was I because now we have to take our vehicle that may or may not make it out of town and back. Very disappointed as I have used a debit with the visa symbol on it before with no problems.
