I went in with minimal knowledge in terms of vehicle insurance. Without having to ask Geena, she explained everything and took all the time necessary. It was quick and easy, good prices for great coverage.

Prior to Allstate I had Farmers and was unhappy the whole time. I let Farmers cancel my insurance. I somehow found Allstate and have been happy with them. Paniha and Geena are great. Its always a pleasure to speak to one of them gals. Either by phone call or office visit. Paniha is always so friendly and helpful thank you!!

Even though I didnt get my Allstate insurance through her, her team and herself was very kind in providing the assistance I needed.

I was with another Insurance.Company that I couldnt believe that some of the things that I assumed were together wasnt and I can honestly tell you I learned the hard way. But when I was checking out different Insurance companies Allstate gave me a quote that is vy far better than I use to have. I so happy that I choose Allstate because they sit down with you and break everything down so you can see what youre actually getting for your money.

Nothing but problems.Bought a policy paid in full for 6 months, 2 months later they say that they cant insure 1 of the cars and it has had not any insurance for the time it was driving.Now they want me to pay $500 extra for the car to have its own policy. If there was an issue they should had said something beforehand. but they were too busy taking my money.GO ELSEWHERE.

Brayan Rosales, in response to your review, I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Allstate, but you had purchased your policy online and had a vehicle that was not in your name nor registered in your name on your policy, with Allstate, you can not purchased insurance with a vehicle that is not registered in your name. The registered owner has to purchase the insurance and we had no choice but to removed such vehicle and refunded your payment. We will be glad to insured your other vehicle if your mom can come by our office to insured the vehicle and sign our application. As a precaution, we cannot insured any vehicle which is not in your name due to identity theft. As I mentioned to you, I am sorry for the confusion that you had done the policy online. Geena or PaNhia are always so helpful ! i use to have allstate with another agent, but after some problems with that agent i cancelled, i then found out i couldnt get allstate insurance withing 6 months of my cancellation, but i went to geena an she was able to help me !! ive called many places for quotes and this was the most affordable ! i refer everyone to geena who is seeking car insurance[:
