They are one of the best auto repair shops I have ever used. Had a problem with oxygen sensors not resetting and they kept working on it till it was corrected. Best part is the repair bill was what b I was expecting. Great work and would highly recommend them to anyone,

Just picking up a car. The receptionist friendly over the phone. When I got there very huge shop everyone helpful friendly.l guess they work on new one old vehicles,everyone smiling even joking a little bit ,nice mechanic shop.

Tech was gone for the day about a hour before it was closed. Asked if I could make a appt and was told it would be 11/2 wks. Although my brother says they do good work....

Highly recommend this shop! They are straightforward, honest, and will fix what you came to fix without any extra nonsense. They solved my smog issue efficiently and gave me an honest evaluation of the longevity of my ahed vehicle. Again, highly recommend!

I took a gamble and sold my old rv and bought a new (used) one 3 weeks before a huge cross country trip. These folks got me in the shop quickly, performed a safety check, corrected multiple issues, and got it back to me in time for my trip. I had given them the green light to change anything that was suspect and they could’ve easily taken advantage of that, but they did only necessary repairs. After I got it back, I was convinced they caused another electrical problem while changing my battery. A technician talked me through it on the phone and fixed it. Seriously, top notch service coming and going. Affordable repairs too. Thanks!

My dad was a patron of Rasmussen Auto for years. When we needed a fix for our Toyota TRD we didnt hesitate to drop the truck off here. I thought the time it took to fix it was acceptable as was the price. Just a week later when my Nissan Frontier (this truck is AWFUL- I would never purchase another one) had a problem, I drove it straight into Rasmussens knowing they would do a great job!

I called to have my OLD car repaired and was referred by a Towing Company that they were the best and could help me get it running again.When I called I was informed that this was their busy time of the year and that I would have to wait till FALL to call back to see if they would be able to help me get it running again then (NOT GOOD) !!Money must be good to turn a new client away.That was not to good - so Ill have to go to another Repair Shop that wants to accept my $$$$

Two backpacker girls who were desperate for help got help from Rusty and their team, even if they were very busy that day. The make you feel like Family.

I have an older Saturn and these guys are the only ones who will work on my car. They are very trustworthy and always looking out for the best interest of their clients. Rusty gives me honest information, and Ive always been able trust his estimates and mechanical work.

The initial part when we brought the vehicle in was fine. After almost a week we called them to see what was up. They said the parts hadnt come in yet as if we were supposed to guess that. I wanted to ask, Why havent you called us to just keep us informed of the delay and progress? I called a few days later and the employee says, yes its done, you can pick it up. I felt they should have called me to tell me it was done, especially since I had to call the first time just to find out what was going on. I asked what the total cost would be and the price was doubled of what I was expecting. I questioned it, and they did repairs that I did not authorize. Normally if you go in for something, and the shop finds another related problem that will cost a lot more, they call and ask if we want to authorize the other repairs. Since they dont make calls, we never got one asking for this authorization. Another repair we had requested took them twice as long to do as what it should have been. This means that the person working on it had no idea what he was doing, and was just learning on the spot. So we paid a lot extra for wasted hours for the employee to watch YouTube videos and learn as I should have just done myself how to fix the problem. What Rasmussen doesnt realize, is that they lost a client instead of gaining one. Was there any dishonesty? Probably not. Just a complete lack of basic customer service practices that all auto shops follow. Keep your clients informed, updated, and call to authorize extra repairs. Also, if you don’t know or have an expert for certain repairs, be honest and cut out the learning curve hours from the cost, or recommend another shop. Im very disappointed and out 3-4 hundred dollars of unexpected charges. They will be out of any of my business and all my associates, family and friends. So in the long run they will lose more. I dont think they really care anyway.

I went there today, reviews said they were a nice group of people who are there to help. Im young and had never been to a repair shop before so thats exactly what I needed. The reviews were spot on! They were very nice, and I only waited about 45 minutes from start to finish for my new battery. Will go back if I have any other issues

Brought my civic hybrid into Rasmussens early on a busy Mon morning (today) without appointment asking for assistance diagnosing my check engine/IMA lights that came on last night. They were extremely accommodating, service oriented and helpful. They did what I asked and offered council without charge. I truly felt that Rusty the technician and the front desk woman cared about my car and took pride in their work. Outstanding!

Im treated like member in the family, I drop of my vehicle ask them to look it over they call telling what really needs to be fixed or a basic oil change and fluids is just fine for now,they understand life,budgets real cool people.

My husband took his car here because it had good reviews on here to check out some vibration/grinding sound after he had hit a curb. Turns out he just needed his rear brakes and rotors replaced. They wanted to charge him $370 for just the rear then said his caliper pistons might need replaced (they didnt) and that would be another $300. He took it home and did the job his self for about $80 in the matter of a couple hours, which would have gone faster if it hadnt been his first time. Scam artists.

I would have to agree with everyone 5 star reviews! I made an appointment to have my vehicle smogged, and from the time I made the call, to the time Shelly gave me back my keys her customer service was awesome! I decided to wait while they smogged my vehicle, and as I waited I overheard Tim being extremely thorough in his diagnosis and course of repair for several of their customers over the phone. I would definitely bring my vehicle here to fix if there is ever a problem! Thank You!

Recommended by my Smog Technician-At first looking at all the vehicles that have line up to work on and the quote given to work on my failed smog check. They call me back telling me that car passed. Out of the quoted price they only charged me a fraction of that whole amount -Never seen this before. Usually I pay that or more. I am still amazed about the honesty!With other mechanic shops, I wish they follow Rasmussen excellent example. Thank you!

Best service in town

Excellent service!! We have older vehicles including trucks that run on propane and this is the only shop we will go to. Weve taken some of our trucks to other places with promises that they will be fixed and we always end up taking them here anyway because no one else knows how to work on trucks that run on propane.

I had something wrong with my car and took it to Rasmussen because it was where my boss took his car and they were close by my work. After the around $1500 repair - I I took it to my trusted mechanic, who was too booked to look at it before I took it to Rasmussen, and saw that it was actually not what they said it was and was just a very small issue that wouldnt have even cost me a much at all. When I drove it to work, a coworker had looked it before I took it in and told me what it was, which is the same thing my other mechanic said. Rasmussen either took advantage of me not knowing much about cars, or they were in a hurry to make a bunch of money off me, that I didnt have and had to put on my credit card. I would never ever take anything there for repair again!

Honest and fair, but very busy and sometimes can take a while for repairs.

They treat me like family. I trust them and there work is trustworthy, reliabe and professional. I recommend them always to friends and family.👍

I brought in a vehicle I was thinking of buying to be checked over. For the cost of 1 shop hour, they came up with a list of ten very detailed things I would have missed.Even before I visited, they spent some time on my phone with me going over common problems that my particular vehicle encounters.They also had one of their office staff give me a ride so I wouldnt have to wait at the shop. Cant recommend them enough, they know their business.

Came down to get my transmission fluid checked. Supposedly only the dealer can do it... they wanted $59.90. Other shops wanted $110!They checked it here for FREE and were really quick, in and out in 15mins for a free service. Great Job!! Thanks!!!

We got. Charged 3600 to get our car slogged. My email drives it to wrk 4 or 5 days a wk. It is about 2 or 3 miles one-way. To Wal-Mart once a wk and to labor max once a.. wk. And has it servic3d regularly. Now it drives funny like it really wants to go but its being held bk. That $3600 didnt even fix the airconditioner or the windows that dont go dn
