I went to all access to get new tires. The guys worked to find me the best deal for my truck. I found out they do leveling at a great price so They did my leveling kit and alignment too, all for a price that was under what I had expected. They stayed on the job all day to make sure it was perfect. Complimentary adjust for my front suspension soon after 500 miles. Now I find out these guys do basically everything I need in a one stop shop? I’m having electrical work done with them at far less than what their competitors charge. The biggest this is that I trust them. They are professionals and conduct their business in a customer oriented manner, they are reasonable and competitive in pricing and their staff try and get you the best deal. Finally, they are competent! Their techs know what they are doing and this means my work was done right and timely. These guys have a customer for life.

5/10/2019 Im extremely unhappy with my experience at All Access Automotive, 1825 E Gettysburg Ave. I came in to get Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems’ (TPMS) installed on 4 wheels, have those wheels installed, and get an alignment. Simple and basic, right? Apparently not. I called the day before to ask if an appointment was needed, and I was told to just come by at opening, 9 AM, but I didn’t know I leave with huge disappointment, and a headache.I was in at 8:50, and was told my vehicle would be ready at about 11 AM. I didnt have a ride anywhere, so I had to wait until my vehicle was finished. At about 1:30 PM, guy from the front said let me show you something. We walked back to the technician area, and he showed me that they had completely torn the sidewall of the tire from the process of taking the tire bead off the wheel to install TPMS. How in the world did they manage to destroy a tire doing a basic job? How does a professional completely screw up an absolute basic skill they should have? If you value your time, care for your car, and want to be listened to, then you need to go elsewhere. They think they resolved the damaged tire by buying a new one, but the issue with this is that now all tires have a different tread depth. The new one is 11/32’’, 2 of them are 9/32’’, and one is 7/32’’. So Ill probably be dealing with this issue down the line on my 4X4. A professional shop would shave down new tire to be similar diameter to others. If they were busy, and couldn’t complete the job by 11, why didn’t someone come out and tell me? I was waiting there all day!The worst part about the tire they damaged is when they installed the new one. They dinged the wheel in 2 different places, and put scratches that can’t be buffed out all around the black wheel. Please see photo and damage I circled in red (photo is just a snapshot, but that exact damage is all over the wheel and clearly from tire installation). I also do not understand why they scratched off these plastic identifier badges on the inside of wheel (see second photo where All Access Automotive didn’t used a plastic scraper to get these off, and where they chipped black paint using a metal tool to get plastic badges off). This weigh less than 1 gram all together, and would not throw off wheel balancing, which I’m sure is why they felt they had to take them off. Disappointing to have the most expensive thing in my entire life, my vehicle, disrespected like this for almost 9 hours. I can’t believe they couldn’t even put a tire on a wheel without scratching my nearly new gloss black wheels.Then comes the alignment. This is the only thing they could’ve done right today after me waiting nearly 9 hours, but what do you think happened? I called the day before because I wanted specific alignment specs. The specs are still well within the manufactures specifications; they are just more specific than the huge tolerances that the manufacture allows. You know where this is going…they didn’t give me what I asked for. The alignment tech came out, and said he could do it after not doing it the first time. I guess he didn’t get my specific paper notes, but I was very clear at the beginning of the day of what I wanted. For me to get what I wanted, he said, I would have to wait for 1 car in front of me, or come back early tomorrow morning. Are you serious?! I waited all day here guy, and came in early to get work done. No way, I left with his alignment. I didn’t trust these guys at that point. And finally, this nightmare ended at 5:38 PM.In conclusion, this place is not good. A huge let down for something that is basic. At the end of the day, Im just a drop in the bucket for this place. They clearly do not value their customers, and give preferential treatment to people they know (this explains having to wait all day here, someone must have come in that they know, and then I was put at the end of the line). I would’ve payed a whole lot more to not have been treated like this. Horrible place, I cannot believe this is now a part of my life experience.

Took our brand new car in for an a/c repair. They call and say its done and only needed a recharge. 250$ later they say we forgot to put freon in. Then next day our bad you need a new a/c unit. Been coming to this place before this location!SERIOUSLY HAS GONE DOWN HILL! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I went to this shop about a year ago now to get some work done on my truck as a recommendation from a friend. I wanted to lower it and get some new rims and tires. I ended up going with a 4”/6” drop, along with hellcat rims, and Toyo Proxes STs. I was really happy with the way it turned out, it was exactly what I had in mind for my truck. And now a year later all the work I got done on my truck is holding up great, Ive since then had no issues with any of the work they did. Overall they have great customer service, do great work and they’re a great shop!

I had been looking for a tire shop that has no problem with handling low-profile tire installation on 3-piece wheels. Jimmy (the alignment guy!) here at All Access Automotive did it, absolutely without a problem, on a regular/manual tire machine!I was recommended by Porsche Fresno to come to this place due to Access experience with custom wheels/builds. That experience shows; Jimmy did an outstanding job.I will definitely be coming here for tire installation, exclusively.

Good experience. They treat you with respect. I had a problem with an alignment and returned to report the issue. They were kind to resolve the issue and explain the options.

Dirty. Staff not wearing masks neither were many customers. No social distancing. Once I saw this, I used huge black garbage bags on my two front seats. Plus once I got the car back from oil change, I wiped down all areas such as steering wheel, screens with disinfected wipes. No sticker was place on left side of window shield showing the date of service and when next service is due. Otherwise, service was good.

As an “old school” type, I was so pleased to find the brothers and their crew at All Access. It was a quality and value wise 30 something that introduced me, and I’m very grateful. From day one I have been treated with honesty and integrity along with excellent quality and pricing. They treat their customers like family! Thanks guys. The only downside is they are so good, they are always busy! They are great about working the emergency’s in, but getting there at 8:55, just before they open, is a good idea.

Yesterday, I noticed a nail in my front tire and therefore took it to another local tire shop to see if they could do a quick patch. The attendant at the other local tire shop informed me that because of the location of the nail in the tire, it was unrepairable but he could give me a quote on a new tire. I held off on it and instead today brought it to All Access. I am glad I did!! Juan assessed the tire and said it was repairable. Thank you All Access for being competent and trustworthy!

I have been a customer of All Access Automotive for several years now. I have bought tires from them for all four of our vehicles, alignment included and I receive the best deal and service around town. Due to that, I have returned all vehicles for new sets again as they were needed.I had an instance where a part that was replaced by them went bad and I exceeded telling them about it for a whole year past the warranty date. They honored the replacement of the part at no charge to me. I drive a 2017 Dodge Durango and every where else was trying to charge me 800+ for all new tires. All Access charged me 650 for everything! I’ve been referring everyone I know to them! Only downfall was it took all day, but I’m assuming it was because it was a last minute and I didn’t technically have an appointment but they took me in anyways. I’m a forever customer now and will continue to do business here :)

Great place, great service. Took my pickup in today for tires and brakes, it was done sooner than I expected. After I picked up my truck, I noticed that one of the brakes was not working properly. I contacted Juan, who said to bring it right back. They got right on it. The only hold up was their parts supplier. I waited longer than expected, but they did get it taken care of. Will definitely be going to them, for all my tire needs.

Most Terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced! They told me they would call me when my lift kit came in but never did nor do they return my calls! I’ve called them for 3 days and they never answer the phone so I called the finance company to close my line of credit with them so the finance company tried reaching out to them and surprisingly they answered. Chris told them they would call me back but never did so eventually I closed my account and when to Los Amigos tire and wheel and have experienced great customer service and huge selection with many financing options!

Took my car in and was disappointed thought these guys were honest. My tire sensor was working but they said it needed a new one and when they replaced it still didn’t work and I still had to pay for it. Then there was when they did my head gasket and said I needed a oil pan gasket also but when they showed me where they said it was leaking it looked like fresh oil so I told them I would wait on it and I took it to schwab and they cleaned it up and said it’s not leaking. How many other times did they do that to me. I would advice go to a more reputable mechanic

I don’t usually leave reviews but .. anyways, good work on behalf of the mechanics/technicians, if you have a whole day to give them then your good, if not, Good luck. Was told a 2 hour time frame for the job requested. [Tire mount & balance, wheel alignment] Actual time taken was approximately 8 hours. And I 110% understand being swamped But there should have been better communication .. Showed up after 6 hours to pick up vehicle and still wasn’t moved from where I left it. Requested to come back another time and was told “no it’s okay” then they proceeded to quickly take my car to the shop, basically so I couldn’t leave .. granted, I did receive a discount before any work was done, which was appreciated! And the first time I did go, based on referal, was great! Couldn’t have been more happy. Prices slightly went up, but still keeping up with competitors.
