I wanted to share my experience I had at Lube Plus today. I went in because my air conditioner went out in my car. As you know its a dreadful experience, especially when its 110 outside. What I heard from other customers while I was waiting and what I witnessed has to be shared. In the midst of everything that has been going on with the pandemic it truly renewed my faith in the fact there are still wonderful people in Fresno. While I was waiting I first met up with a somewhat elderly women who had some physical limitations. The staff helped her out of her car and brought her in the nice air conditioned office. They kept checking on her to make sure she was ok and offered her water. In speaking with her she said she has been coming here for years and when her car breaks down this is the only place she comes as the mechanic is a genius and their prices are reasonable and they dont take advantage of people. When her car was done they made sure she paid for services from inside the office and walked her to her car to make sure she got in her car safety. Then I met a couple who shared they have taken their car to other businesses and felt they were taken advantage of. They raved about their mechanic at Lube Plus and shared they will never go anywhere else. I heard others who came in who were family members being greeted with hugs. I heard staff talk about how some of them have been there 17 plus years and the management is loyal and takes care of their employees. My experience truly renewed my faith in human kindness in a world where it has not been so kind to us the last year. So thank you Lube Plus for fixing my air conditioner and being so gracious and kind.

I love this place. So friendly and efficient. Have had my transmission flushed and am currently here getting an oil change. Great prices. Will keep coming back for sure.

These kind a super professional men are very quick and ready to serve you. I was in a hurry and was able to have my oil change in a timely matter! We always go here for our oil change, so should you!

The staff was very attentive and polite. My friend had to get a tune up and they were pretty quick. My only complaint was that the bathroom was so disgusting and unfortunately I couldnt wait. I quickly disinfected it as best I could before going and then let them know before leaving. They did thank me for letting them know and seemed like theyd take care of it.

The service was fast but 6 days later the back half of my transmission (yolk) imploded on 99 and I was stuck on the side of the highway

I have been going here for 5 years every month.They did all the maintenance on all my vehicles. Today I was in for a oil change fuel filter change in transmission. I was in line for 45min. When it was my time to go up I drove up. A guy comes out of the back screaming at me say to stop what did I think I was doing. At this point I didnt know what was going on. He then keeps screaming at me that I need to wait my turn who did I think I was. Then goes to the other cars in line talks to them and laughs. I waited in line for a another 45min. Hope he had time to cool off and come out to ask what I was getting done and hopefully apologize. But now he sent out another guy. So I said I wasnt getting anything done and for him to have a good day. They have lost a loyal customer today.

The man running the shop was unprofessional and rude. If its your 1st time they dont give you information on how they operate. He told me I make the rules around here. If he dont like you he will over charge you and talk about you to his employees. I hope the owner doesnt let him take over because he cares less about great customer service and more about his image. Good price shouldnt come with bad service. His attitude rubbed off on some employees but there is a few good guys at this shop. Favoritism does take place in this business. Playing a little more is worth it if customers have to deal with this guy.

IT was my first time to this place. I checked the prices first for a transmission flush and it was reasonable., Cheaper then other places. Workers are very friendly. You can wait in your car or they have a sitting place. Julian worked on my car and he answered any questions I had and was very helpful. Excellent service! Definitely will go back. They do a thorough check on all your fluids fill up the air in your tires. Great place.

Literally do not have enough great things to say about this place. My husband brings his tow truck here and has brought all of his vehicles here for years and now hes added myself and our kids to the customer list. Service is always the absolute best these guys are so freaking awesome when it comes to customer service I literally recommend them to everyone. And their prices are so awesome too. Ive never ever had better service. And they check the air in your tires all your signals everything they are by far my favorite place to take my pathfinder for service.

When I arrived I only had two cars in front of me which for both being worked on took over an hour and three cars that came in after me left before me the only thing I had different was tires rotation which we all know does not take very long and then I suppose my supervisor regarding my bill decides to take five bathroom breaks in one hour Im glad Im not paying her paycheck

Youll come there for an oil change and they will start messing with everything else under your hood too. They broke my radiator cap trying to check it for whatever reason. And then they gave me no choice but to buy one of theirs for almost $20 (I couldnt leave without a cap). On top of that when I left, my car started overheating that same day. I ended up having to take my car to my mechanic and the radiator having to be replaced altogether. Consumers beware!

I just had my AC system evacuated and recharged at Lube Plus. Price of $79.77 excluding tax was cheaper than Sears $105 with coupon, and reportedly cheaper than the dealers $150. Now, instead of warm air, I am getting bone-chilling Arctic air flooding my car cabin. The tech was going to change the AC air filter for an additional $45 only to discover that my previous mechanic had recently put in a new one. However, he didnt charge me for that despite having to take apart and reassemble the glove compartment and a retaining bar which actually took about an extra 30 - 40 minutes to do.

I dont take my vehicles any other place then here for oil changes!

I have been a loyal customer for 7 years, the only place I have taken my car for an oil change. Because of the friendliness that they had towards me..But today totally changed that.. I went in for a routine oil change they went about did their thing. However, when came time to pay, I was told they put 35 PSI in my tires (like normal ) and all of a sudden my low tire pressure sensor went on.. and they didnt know why ..I said okay, not really thinking too much of it..So when I got home,, I get ready to go back to class, and come back and my tire is completely flat.. I called them and they told me to come in and theyll air it up to make sure I didnt run anyrhibg over. I cant really do that since I cant drive my car on a flat.I had my boyfriend look at my tire to see if I ran something iver, he told me that the valve stem had been completely broken in half. So I call them again and they tell me that they didnt do anything they would have said this and that if they did. Well I told them that they obviously something had happened to my tire when one of yours guys put air in my tire regardless of if they had known or not know. They held themselves completely unaccountable, and even though being a loyal customer and always being good to them the minute I disagreed, and/or called them on a mistake I got the upmost disrespect about it.. they couldnt do anything.. I didnt even get an apology for making a mistake.Therefore they will not be getting mine or my families business anymore. Its unfortunate, I really liked these people but they apparently dont like taking accountability for their mess ups.

As usual Lube Plus excels at Customer Service. Ralph and crew is always personable and does a great job servicing the vehicle.
