I have purposely waited to write a review because I want to talk about how this has changed my life. I turned 50 Years old in September and made it my goal to have a new smile, BUT I have a paralyzing fear of the dentist. So bad that I had not seen a dentist in over 15 years, so this took all the courage I had. When I finally made the call I spent about an hour on a Facetime call with Dr. Jain. On the first appointment they did a CT scan and full mouth x-rays and then his assistant Brenda came in and really explained the different options, the procedure, and answered any questions I had. Brenda became my personal cheerleader and is an important figure in my overall experience.I should probably mention that I had a full set of teeth and was seeking an upper and lower implant arch, better known as the all-on-4. I was a little surprised when Dr. Jain said that my teeth were pretty good and that there are other cosmetic options to restore my smile. He never promised me something he couldn’t deliver and in fact would not let me make another appointment until I went home and reviewed the other options and really thought about what I wanted my end result to be. This is the reason I knew I was in the right place with the right doctors!The next appointment was to begin the “makeover plan” and where I begged them to sedate me. Because this is a very advanced state of the art facility, they did all these fancy face scans and had 3d models of my face and teeth, thereby eliminating any anxiety and fear for me. We discussed the different sedation options and I opted for IV sedation. This is when I met Dr. Gupta, she would be the one administering the IV. She is this tiny little lady who alongside her husband (Dr. Jain) makes you feel like family.The surgical procedure was done over two days. Why? Because they care so much about their patients and are dedicated to the work that they do that they do not rush you in and out in order to see another patient. I will gladly say that I have no memory whatsoever of the surgery over those two days. What I can say is that every individual that is part of your care team treats you with dignity and makes the office a very welcome environment. I had somewhat of an embarrassing situation happen on day 2 of surgery and I am so thankful to Brenda for taking care of me the way she did.The final appointment when you are there to have your new teeth installed was the most magical of all. I instantly burst into tears at the sight of myself and exclaimed to Dr. Jain that I have never worn lipstick before. As I sat in the chair crying everybody in the office came in to share in my joy. Dr. Jain patted me on the shoulder and said, “This is why we do what we do”.I forgot to give a shout out to Eric, the man who designed my teeth; they are BEAUTIFUL!If you are just looking to improve your smile, there are cosmetic dentists everywhere. If you have ever experienced low self esteem or felt judged by your teeth and don’t know where to turn, I strongly encourage you to have a consultation with the Center for Implant Dentistry. The level of knowledge and skill by every single professional in their office is unmatched by anyone else. They didn’t just give me a new smile, they changed my life.

I have been researching implants for years but never could find the right place I could afford and also most importantly a place that did not make me feel horrible about having bad teeth. I took a family member to this office and the service from the start (making the first appointment) thru the procedure (the implant surgery) was EXCELLENT. The teeth are beautiful.Before we found this office we had lost hope. An appointment with the famous advertised-on-tv people was pure sales.We felt like we were on a car lot pressured to buy but we didnt get enough information. And we tried twice! A year apart...but had the same sick feeling.Then we remembered seeing an ad in our weekly newspaper for Center for Implant Dentistry in Fremont. We called and actually got to meet with a Dr not a salesperson. It was amazing! The surgical plan was custom for my family members jaw and mouth....not the same for everyone that the seen-on-tv famous office recommended.THANK YOU to this office! Two days ago, I had an emergency surgery done at the Center for Implant Dentistry to remove a tooth (due to infection at its root). They provided an excellent service. Surgery was good. It is healing well.Thanks you team at the Center for Implant Dentistry for taking care of me on an urgent basis.

Dr. Jain is great. After dealing with dental problems for years I realized I needed implants. So, I meet with a number of dentists and when I found Dr. Jain I knew I found the best of the best. His Dental and engineering degrees coupled with state-of-the-art dental technology convinced me. Since then, Dr. Jain performed several successful implants with no issues. I wouldn’t get an implant from any other dentist and would highly recommend him to anyone needing implant.

I had the four on one implants done on top.Drs & staff made it all a smoother experience. They all helped put worries to rest.I would recommend the Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone looking to help improve not just their smiles, but their health, too.It is expensive, but not if you look at the overall benefits of implant surgery & costs you would have to pay to repair any damage over the years. It works out cheaper in the long run.Everyone in the office is amicable & caring.

After visiting a few dentists for my implant surgery, I decided with the Center for Implant Dentistry to have my lower jaw implants done. Right away they make you feel extremely comfortable and take the time to listen to what you are exactly trying to have done. Dr. Arpana Gupta did my surgery and she and her staff are outstanding! This is a truly family run business, you are certainly not just a number. The price was extremely fair compared to other dentistry’s and fantastic work! I highly recommend the Center for Implant Dentistry, there really is no place like it.

I came all the way from Boston for my implants. I was very well taken care of. I never had any issues post my implants. Dr. Sambhav and Dr. Arpana took every little care to make the whole experience very comfortable. They have state of art equipment and perform an impeccable and high quality job.

All the staff members and the doctors were kind. Just had my teeth implants and it went smoothly. I would recommend this place to anyone who need impplants .

My experience during my consultation was pleasant. The office manager was nice and accommodating. She briefly explained the implant centers process. The lab is also in house and due to that, I could hear the machines running within the 2 hour period I was there. The technician took my ct scan, 3D, probably around 5-10 minutes. Once the ct scan finished, Dr J came in and took the time to explain the treatment plan. All in all the service was superb. I took out 1 star for waiting 2 hours just to get an estimate and the cost Is a bit pricey (even with 2 good insurances). If I have the funds I will use their services.

These guys really know what they are doing. No....not all dentists are alike. These guys are the cream of the Crop and Pros that have great prices as well. I have had many procedures(Braces, extractions, root canals, crowns....Bleaching) from all different dental offices over the years and I can say these guys are the best. The docs own the place and are passionate about what they do.

I got all four wisdom teeth pulled out in visit to Center for Implant Dentistry. I thought it will be painful but Dr. Jain gave me novocaine anesthesia. I could see Dr. Jain yank out the impacted teeth and it appeared he had to apply lot of force to pull the teeth but I did not feel the pain. They gave me the antibiotics and very strong pain medicine on Friday and by Monday I was good to go back to work. Dentist is affordable, staff is good they gave me a quick appointment and helped me with financing for the teeth extraction.

I have chosen Center for Implant Dentistry partly because they were very close to my house and partly because I wanted to find someone who specializes in dental implants. I was given an immediate appointment for a consultation and the implant surgery under one week. Dr. Jain, who was very professional and kind, showed me my 3D X-ray and explained various options to me and made his best recommendation. As I was very nervous, I texted him for several days with questions, and at times almost backed out, but he graciously answered them all without making me feel uncomfortable. But the best experience was the implant surgery itself. Even though I had no prior experience with implant surgery, I just thought everything went as smooth as can be. There was very little pain during surgery, and after. In 2 hours, I had one upper molar implant with a sinus lift bone graft, one wisdom tooth removal, and a one molar root deep cleaning. Thank you Dr. Jain!

I would highly recommend Dr. Sambhav Jain and his entire staff for any implant dental work, just for the mere reasons of his passion, knowledge and customer satisfaction that is at his fingertips at all points of the job; let alone his dedication and engineering skills to design and implement the Implants in the jaw bones. I would highly vote for all the Implants work to be analyzed and executed by Dr. Jain as he himself takes care of the implants locations in the mouth after careful evaluation and understanding of the full panoramic 3D Xrays, by understanding all the issues at hand with patients during and after the job with utmost patience. Another best part is there is no delay in getting teeth made as they are build from ground up with excellent top of the grade material right at their same dental facility in Fremont, CA.

I am so grateful that the family was able to take me immediately after I broke offa front tooth. They did such a marvelous job with the implant work that I was able to take a 4 day train trip soon after.

Dr. Jain is the Best!! Went to several consultations (Clear Choice) locations before coming to CFID. Unfortunately I was not comfortable with Clear Choice, felt more like a sales pitch.Found CFID on YouTube, Dr. Jain videos were detailed and personable. I called and got an immediate appointment the same day. I was able to complete the entire consultation in the 1st visit including xrays, price and impressions. Dr. Jain took the time to explain everything thing to me so I understood.Came back in 3 weeks later for my procedure and I had brand new perfect teeth within 3 days. Within the next 3 weeks Dr. Jain also addressed all of my dental needs, scaling, cleaning, bonding, closing gaps within only 1 more visit. Im so pleased with the results!The staff at CFID is like family really nice, Eddie and Justin are the best! I highly recommend CFID and personally Dr. Jain, hes an Dental Artist and an expert in the dentistry field.

I would highly recommend Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone who needs any dental work. I personally received two implants. The appointment was set right away and I was pleased how fast and smooth everything went. First, Dr. Jain did CT scan and explained how implants should be placed. Then we went on financial plan. The price for both implants was much less than I was offered at several other places. Dr. Shivani Gupta was placed implants, and she is great.The crowns were made right here at the clinic. This is like a one stop shop. I don’t have any problem with new teeth. I’m very glad I found them. After I saw so professional service, I brought my son here too. Dr. Jain found a problem not connecting with dental work, and referred us to the UCSF with all documentations, XRAy, CT scan ect.All doctors and staff here are very professional and they provide excellent service.

My wife and I had a total of 5 implants all at the same period. I hope our experience with this clinic can provide valuable guidance to other patients.1st: Make sure your cost statement is in writing because it can prove beneficial later when you compare what you paid for and the payments made by your insurance. I had to get the insurance to help me what I thought to be an over payment: in the end after several emails, I was able to get refunded by this clinic for such. To quote my insurance a participating dentist shall not make any charge to an eligible patient before or after treatment is provided other than the amount payable by the patient under the terms of the applicable dental care contract.2nd: We felt disrespected: every time my wife and I had an appointment ... we had to wait for 30 minutes to one hour before we get the attention. We are seniors and been to several dentist besides our regular dentist for a variety of reasons and do not remember any such delay longer than 30 minutes like what happened repeatedly with this clinic.3rd: I was subjected to pain when the receptionist, yes, the receptionist, took the impressions of my teeth ... she noticed my pain and then offered medication afterward which I desperately needed.. I thought that was it. . . I was in pain again when the assistant, I dont think she is a doctor, was placing one of the implants a few days later. I had to ask her to give me the pain medication. I told Dr. Jain of the pain I experienced and made them aware to do local anesthesia when doing this procedure . . . I thought they should know better.UPDATE: Check our original review posted on BBB & Google Review under “Center for Implant Dentistry.” What is their business showing up at my front door unannounced on 10-2-16 Sunday night under the cover of darkness without identifying themselves even when asked twice. When I peeked, I can see his facial expression very threatening. They were not deterred by the security camera and ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. When we confronted them through email, Dr. Jain replied but did not apologize or explain their inappropriate visit. Instead he tried to appease us with “you are very nice people ….” Is this how a Doctor responds to a negative review - by intimidation? It is amazing how these so called ‘doctors’ (Sambhad Jain & Arpana Gupta) can stoop so low in expressing their displeasure. We have to assume they are dangerous - we reported them to the police. Also, we have a reliable security system, are extra cautious of our surroundings, and will exercise our 2nd amendment if necessary. The bottom line is their GREED; we are glad we reported them to our dental insurance to validate our claim of the overcharge and got refunded $1670; and hoping to discourage them from doing the same to other patients. There is another complaint posted against them on BBB regarding “overcharging” which we didn’t see before consulting with them.

I am very pleased by the services provided by Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta. They are exceptionally competent and results are amazing. Due to acidity and teeth grinding problems, my teeth had ground down. But my bones and teeth base were strong. Hence, we chose entire mouth Crown Lengthening procedure over entire mouth Teeth Implants. This was very involved process and they were exceptionally patient during entire process. It started with “Bite Opening” to gradually open up the collapsed jaws, requiring multiple treatments allowing the jaws to adapt. This was followed by temporary crowns on every tooth. These also needed adjustments as I got used to them. Finally, permanent crowns were placed on every tooth. I had not laughed properly for many years, because I was afraid of showing my worn-down teeth. Now, finally I can laugh fully and joyfully. It is all because of amazing skill, patience, professionalism and personal, customized services provided by both the doctors. I am truly thankful to both of them and highly recommend them to anyone.
