I have an application in to the weatherization program and need to re-up my info. I called into Elizabeth to let her know I had trouble getting my doucments and she helped me by getting my bills for me and even helped me set up an account for my social security letter, I ended up not having to send in anythng because she got it all for me while I was on the phone with her. I am 80 years old and appreciate the help alot! What a nice girl, THank you!

I put in applications for weatherizatin and house repairs and the girls that work there make it easy for me to get paper work to them. being an elderly woman, i dont get around too good and they do what ever they can to help me so i appreciate their kindness. thank you

I was helping my mother because shes terrible at technology but Liz was so helpful and allowed me to send stuff back and forth to help my mother out she was very prompt to respond any time i needed something, im definitely gonna spread the world about this awesome place

Joke. I am a supplier. They have send a intent to pay. I have delivered to clients, billed glcap per contract. Glcap has not paid in over 140days and will not return any calls. Dissaponting that a government agency designed to help people doesnt have the respect to call a company back to discuss reasons why they didnt pay. Lawyer apptment scheduled.

If I could give them zero I would. No one ever followed up with our program in Lucas county even after scheduling a time for meeting. Ive called and left messages no one returned my calls.
