I came in trying to fix my back/shoulder, came out with more injuries.... They were more concerned about me checking some box saying I had a sad feeling once in my life than my winging scapula... After an x ray with no follow up and a visit to the head doctor where they beat around the bush trying to figure out if I had PTSD, I ended up driving home in pain cursing bureaucracies. Oh and the new injury I referenced was from me punching my steering wheel. At least the ppl at the front desk were chill and relaxed, must not have a lot to do.

Theres. A clerk with a smart mouth and sharp attitude. Otherwise doctor is great. Cant stand that lady as she says she dont have to help you or answer phones if she dont want to. So why is VA paying her?

I have been attending this clinic for over five years and I feel like family. 😄

These guys are great. They are friendly, and helpful in every way. They will go out of their way to help you with any problem you have, and I think that is an outstanding characteristic to posses.

Employees at front desk are loud and obnoxious. Alleays been this way and does not have the atmosphere of a medical office. Not very professional in my opinion. People come in not feeling well and then have to listen to the loud in mouth upfront.i would never recommend this clinic to a fellow vet but refer to PALO ALTO or Livermore. Worth the drive. I regret returning to this clinic.

The crass clerk at the front desk is such a black mark on an otherwise perfectly good VA Clinic. She needs a job as a long haul trucker.

Would give 5 stars if not for the motor mouth clerk. Cant be anywhere in the waiting area without hearing her blather on.

I found this clinic to be clean and lightly populated. In other words you get in and out quicker and the staff is very friendly.

Fremont is good but PALO Alto is overestimated. It actually sucks.

Worst phone system, I was trying to get to LABS but I could not even get an operator. I had to go through pharmacy to be transfered to the operator then transfered to finally the LABS. This phone system needs to be fix ASAP.

The lady at front greeted me after checking in. This made my day. Thank you.

Real lousy they dont answer the phone the clerks are incompetent
