Could not have asked for better service from Arrow Fire. I worked directly with Kim in scheduling a fire extinguisher training session at my company and she was extremely helpful through and through, even in the midst of a whole bunch of schedule changes. She was able to book a training session that fit my schedule and even followed up with me to make sure everything went as planned. Our trainer Steve was awesome too and even took time out after the training to service a few of the fire extinguishers in our warehouse and provide us with some new ones! Highly recommend their service - extremely helpful and friendly people! They will definitely be my first point of contact from here on out for anything fire extinguisher related.

Amazing Customer Service! I called literally 2 days before having Fremont Fire Department come by and conduct an inspection in our office and left an inquiry. They called back that same day, scheduled someone to come by and take care of our extinguisher before our inspection. The technician that came by was very helpful, informative and kind! I even received a follow up call from them to check on their service, let me know that I am on file and they will remind me with a call next year for our yearly service and to ask if I had any questions!Very happy I called Arrow Fire Protection!

This is a wonderful company for Fire Protection. They are so knowledgeable, professional, honest, and have wonderful customer service. The Technician, Lorenzo was very helpful and knowledgeable and looked to make sure he fulfilled all our needs. Kim is the best. I am a track day instructor and was trying to figure out how to use my vehicle specific extinguisher bracket with the available commercial fire extinguisher models and mounts. Kims expertise and friendliness helped me decide on an option that was effective and very affordable. Our healthcare system has had a number of staff fire extinguisher trainings with the Fremont Fire Dept. and were required to provide enough fire extinguishers for our staff. Aside from the top notch job that Arrow Fire Protection does servicing our fire extinguishers, they were also very generous when I reached out to borrow the seven extinguishers needed for the trainings. They not only lent us the extinguishers, they even helped me load them in my car! What a great group of guys and gals.
