Terrible - avoid at all costs. No communication. Placed order online on 10/1, AKECHI billed my credit card immediately for $81.09 (correct amount of order) and sent a USPS tracking number. 18 days later no information, no product, no shipment. USPS says that the tracking is awaiting delivery to them to start tracking, but they do not have the package yet. Very unprofessional and unhappy. Am filing fraud claim with credit card company.
