The worst experience of customer service in my life.The minute the contract for our house was signed and paid the deposit, we didnt even get another time to meet and properly relay our requirements.The mother/son design team would flat out say that we are not the only customers. They complained that one customer talked to them for two hours and wasted their time.All we got was some email communication and plans delivered to house after lots of frustration.We started digging foundation and they had asked us to let us know what kind foundation was there in existing part of house. They had to make some modifications to be similar to existing and linework didnt even resubmit our plans to city or let us know the right procedure.When the contractor was ready to pour concrete, the city didnt approve and we are delayed by two weeks due to architect negligence. Linework even told that its not their job and are not getting paid to do extra work.Getting a city approved building plan was what they wrote on the contract.Lousy work, no-customer service and attitude is what we got from Linework Design.
