My car looks good as new. Radiance is only doing exterior car washes, which is okay with me if thats what we need to do to protect everyone. Everyone working there wears a mask. I found it a little therapeutic to clean the inside of my car myself.

Excellent car Wash. Unable to access self-use of vacuums for $3 additional as there were lines of people waiting to vacuum their car or vehicle. But for a drive-thru experience and a clean car it was worth the $15.

The person working at the car wash came up to me and kept asking me extremely detailed personal questions that made me feel very uncomfortable.

I feel like they are doing a half way job with no one actually signing off on the work so that people can be held accountable.Took my Camaro here for a $60 wax and wash a few weeks ago and there was literally a pile of dust left on my dashboard and they half way cleaned the crevices of the trunk and doors.Decided to give them another chance and brought back my 2012 Durango today for a $350 wash, wax, detail - everything under the sun. Go to pick up and the entire bottom grille is covered in dust!!!! Chrome on outside was streaky and not addressed either. Cmon man!!!!I went over several large areas with a rag when I got home and it was black with dirt. Im paying for the attention to detail and time and effort!

They did a great job of exterior wash and quick wax. I wish I had before and after photos.

Only washing the outside of the vehicle right now.Got all the SAP and bugs off the front of the car.

I got the wash and wax . Car had lots of dirt spots still left behind. As soon as I drove off water came out of all the seams in car body leaving water marks down my car. Bird poop spots were not fully removed either.

My car has never looked so good. Friends have remarked that it looked like it just came off of the showroom floot. I am very happy and pleased with Radiance Car Wash. I definitely will use them again.

DO NOT GO HERE! Theyre expensive for a sloppy job! Have to go behind them to get the watermarks and dirt still on the car off! Plus, they damaged my undercarriage, behind my right front tire and didnt say anything! I say something to them and no one speaks English! Finally, after calling and leaving messages and calling back, I got in contact with the manager, Maria and she says theres nothing she can do about it! Did I see them do it?! I know what dings and scratches were on my car. Ill be contacting my insurance and lawyer! Youve been warned, go at your own risk, because they tear your car up and say nothing!

Paying the full car wash service but the car still some dirt and water marked after washing. They vacuumed so fast and still have some left over on the carpet. The trunk of the car did not clean and vacuum. The tires and the rims did not clean well and did not put tire block on it. Poor service for paying full price of car wash. Sloppy Job!

This car wash used to be a really good one, but lately is just another car wash were customer satisfaction is not important.After choosing one of middle option payment only careless vacuum and mediocre washing was done, I still can see dirt on my mats and bird poop smothered on windshield, time to choose a better cheaper car wash.!!

My wife loves this place so I always take her car there. They always do a great job - no need to go to highest level but level two is perfect.

Handicap sign was up , I still had to walk to the end to get my car, I walk with a cane they should have parked in Handicap spot

Paid $179 for detail and interior steam clean. Supposed to take an hour and a half. Took four hours. Wasnt even that good. Teams of people working on cars for $20 washes while one guy worked alone on mine. Poorly managed. Workmanship is half ass.

I love their attention to detail. Very good full service carwash for exterior and interior.

Costly for the poor work. Vacuum job and tires could have been done better and had to finish the job when I got home after paying almost $30.

This is the worse service I ever had in this place.I felt assult and rober by this new administrationI paid the regular service that I always since 8 years ago around $18 dollars plus 5 of tip. And i never saw my car almost the same i gave to them as inticially.When I tried to spoke to the manager she just told me they wash out side window and in front on the board and I was all door in the back still the same of dirty. All i saw was car wash and vaccum for me thats all i saw for her everything was fine even my wheel that it is part of the from board as she said it was so dirty.... I WANT MY MONEY BACK TO GO ANOTHER PLEASE!!!

A bit of a wait, and the clean up job inside wasnt as good. The outside looked great though.

Someone took my garage gate remote control during the car wash. Unbelievable. Im almost certain that one of guys working there took it, since someone moved my car when I was paying inside the store.Besides, Ive been here twice, I can say its really just ok cleaning.

Went there paid for a maximum price service 3999 and got a $20 service.not pleased and Ive been going there for awhile.possibly change of staff ink but interior still has dust and dirt ,mats dirty,horrible interior job.poor vacuumed job.

Always a good car wash. Sometimes it takes a bit longer otherwise it a good place to get your car washed.

Wont acknowledge my Radiance punch card. Says you have to use the new KickBack card, but wont transfer over my car washes from the punch card and theres no expiration date on the card.
