Teslas take a long time to fix. Even longer if the shop isnt open on the weekends. They were up front about this though. In the end everything is back to factory clean. You cant even tell most of the rear end of my car has been redone. All service is backed by a lifetime guarantee, which is comforting. Staff is friendly. And well knowledged on Teslas.

They kept me updated and handled all of the logistics. The repairs to my rear bumper were amazing, and you cannot tell that there was any damage.

Ive twice has body damage work done at this shop, and both times theyve done terrific work. I believe this is one of the very few body shops in the Bay Area--maybe the only one--that truly offers craftsmanship. I highly recommend them if you have a car you value, and you want to restore it to factory new condition. Im sure you can find less expensive shops, but youll pretty much get what you pay for. At Brooks youll get a perfect repair for appropriate costs. .

Very professional place. Everybody that I dealt with at this place is very courteous and professional. Took my Tesla there twice and I am very happy with their work both the times. These guys are the TESLA of body shops. :). I had taken my Teslas to 2 other Body shops and will not go anywhere else except Brooks of Fremont even if i have to little longer to get my Tesla fixed. They were kind enough to buff my car at couple of places that was out of scope when they were working on my car.

I need to replace the driver side front door of my M3 due to an accident. Brooks Motor helped me to expedite the approval from Tesla insurance, and took care of the body repair. It took Tesla insurance more two weeks to get the approval from the appraisal team, which isnt great. However, Brooks Motor fixed the body work in one week, which is fast in my opinion. They charged me $7k+ for the entire body work, which includes replacing the front-door, repainting the rear door etc. I think its a very reasonable price. The service representative, Daniel, is also very friendly and responsive to my requests/inquiries. I am very happy with Brook Motors professional service.

I had the pleasure of working with Brooks a couple of months ago for my Tesla model 3. And in the nicest way possible- hoped that I wouldn’t need them again! Unfortunately, circumstances meant that my car suffered further damage recently! Brooks is one of those places that you never want to have to call, but as soon as my car suffered damage again - I knew if I called Brooks they would take care of me.Sure enough- Daniel was on it from the beginning! Looked at the car got me my quote, talked through what he needed to do and how he would take extra care to repair and not have to replace the panel. I had my Tesla Model Y repaired after I was rear ended, with less than 3k miles on the car. The staff were all very friendly and sent a tow truck to pick up my car in Modesto. After the repairs were completed, the paint match was perfect! I was skeptical since I just had another red vehicle fixed at another auto body shop, and the paint was off. I did need to have a few things adjusted after car was ready for pick up, but all were minor and could be fixed then and there, or anytime without an appt. My car looks as if it did when I had it delivered from Tesla. You would never know it had been in an accident. I chose this shop for the good ratings and unfortunately my city does not have any Tesla Certified auto body shops. I have decided if I ever need any other repairs done I will drive to Fremont, even if a Tesla Certified shop opens up in Modesto. This shop is very experienced with Tesla repairs and their work proves that.
