This weekend I needed a few things fixed and they were very responsive . The gentleman that came was so sweet and went above and beyond ❤ we are new to fremont and so far the house we are currently renting through this company has been amazing they send someone anytime right away if we need something!

If I could give this place a zero bar I would. They wouldn’t rent to college students which is against the law. When we brought up our concerns of not renting to us they said they had a legal team we could contact. Joanna is very oblivious to things that are going on and Matt is not at all communicative. Our applications were approved. we wrote letters, and we were first on applying for 2049 yet nothing happened because we’re seniors in college. I would not at all recommend Murray management to anyone in Fremont. They are not at all professional, communicative, or legal in any way or form. If you are a family in Fremont trying to obtain a lease you are better bet at a different real estate this place will scam you out of every dollar. Don’t recommend!!! Scrumlords!!

They are pathetic they will try to get money out of you that you dont owe them so i wouldnt rent from them if you like being able to spend money on things you need and want they try to steal as much money as they can from you i wish i could give them no stars because they dont deserve to be open 😡🤬

They help honest people out. I recommend trying them especially if you’re having trouble renting elsewhere as they consider things other than credit and are more open minded in my opinion. They have a large selection of apartments, duplexes, townhomes and houses that you can register to view on your own at your own leisure, (thats always nice!!) and i feel what they ask for in regards to rent is competitive and fair based on unit conditions. They are attentive to maintenance issues and respectful of our privacy. They also dont charge a huge pet deposit like most other places, instead they charge a modest monthly pet rent! Thanks and keep up the good work!!!
