This morning when I woke up our house was in the low 60s despite hearing the furnace running. Upon further inspection I noticed it was short cycling. I called a left a message before hours with Getzschman. In 5 minutes a technician called me and had me do a simple fix that corrected the problem. The furnace began running properly and in 20 minutes was at the set temperature. Prompt, excellent service like that is why I am a customer and recommend Getzschman to my family and friends.

The gentleman who came by to do a free fine tuning of my new air conditioner and central was very polite, loved my pets, had nothing but kind and courtesies to say. He answered every question I had with 100% confidence. He was a blast to be around. Yes, they maybe pricey, in this case you get what your paying for and your paying for quality equipment with lots of experience and its worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

Our AC went out on a Friday night during one the hottest weeks of the summer. They came out right away on the weekend and gave us a competitive bid. They discussed how the could improve performance not only with the high efficiency replacement, but also with the install. They worked to get us on the schedule within just a few days so we would have AC for some out of town guests; as luck would have it, there was a cancellation so we had the new system installed just 2 days later.Very professional crew. New system works great and looks great.

The Getzschman team was outstanding to work with. Thoughtful and responsive to fit the right solution to my heating/cooling challenges. Fortunately the dual zone system was installed just before our hot summer temps hit. The system has performed beautifully, much better than I had even hoped. A++ experience.

From the very beginning working with Getzschman they have been help and answered all my questions. They were the only ones who didnt use their bid time talking down on their competition. They got everything installed and and running in one day with no problems. They cleaned my ducts and vents so well they looked brand new in a 50 year old house. They do a great job explaining everything during their seasonal maintenance and keep everything in tip top shape. They give 5 star service at an affordable price and I will be a life time customer for sure.

I called G force after hours because of ac issues. They greeted me on the phone pleasantly and professionally. The service agent came out quickly found the issue, which ended up being our electricians mistake. But he stayed and cleaned out the ac unit and was great to work with.

The tech was on time, and very efficient. Routine check, and he covered all the bases inside and out. The company has always responded quickly when needed in the past. I definitely can refer them as an honest and professional company.

Josh made an after hours call at 9:30 after he’d been working all day. He got our AC up and running again quickly. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I always request Josh because he really knows his stuff. I appreciate his above and beyond effort.

I did not think it possible to have a better Getzschman technician experience, but Nick who did my AC checkup, was absolutely exceptional! Nick has a great customer relations mannerisms and his thoroughness in cleaning the interior of the blower/electronic area was the best Ive ever observed.I would however, suggest a better Getzschman cellular service provider. Nicks tablet really struggled in getting his service report filed from the basement.I would prefer Nick be assigned to all my future service visits!

I have at this time only spoke to a representative from Getzschman with regard to estimated costs of furnace and a/c replacements in the near future after having done the same with a company I have had a service contract with for many years and was very dissatisfied with their sales rep. The gentleman that came and talked with me from Getzschman was very professional and straight forward with me. I very much appreciate the information he provide me. I will be switching to this company when my current service contract runs out and will preparing to replace my current system using Getzschman when the time comes for that. Thank you so much for honesty. Integrity is a gem of a quality that seems to be falling away from many companies these days in an effort to increase sales without regard for customers. I believe Getzschman is one those companies that still considers integrity something to hold on to. Thank you again and I look forward to doing business with you in the near future.

I called the 800 number at 3 PM. As it is July, they were very busy and told me it would be the following week. Within an hour, I was called back and told a technician is on his way! The Getzschman service technician, Brian, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained my situation very well. He did not try to sell me anything. He only took care of my immediate problem, which I really appreciated! I have used Getzschman in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

They came the same day and Pat fixed everything super fast! Their customer service is phenomenal! I will be recommending them to others for sure!

Highly recommend! Nothing but positive experience with Getzschman. Every person that Ive came in contact with: Sales, Customer Service, Installers and Maintenance have ALL been pleasant and helpful. They have a great product and great service to back it up.

I was shocked that they installed our new furnace and air and did not come back and set the furnace. We moved in in February and we thought we were good to go. In May we tried to turn the air conditioning on and it did not work. I called Getzschmans and spoke to Fred. He pulled out file and looked up the model of thermostat we had installed. He told us how to program the air. The fan ran but no cooling. I called back and it turns out the did not schedule us to have the controls set on the furnace or the air unit. They do get four and a half stars because they responded and we are now up and running but I was shocked that they would leave us running the furnace this winter with out setting up the controls in the furnace.

The only reason they didnt get Punctuality was not entirely the servicemans fault, there was a blockage of the road. There were other routes though, and they would only add a mile or two. The servicemans technical proficiency seemed very high. He had answers for my questions and the answers made sense. I do have some background in heating and cooling systems.

Technician was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself.I would highly recommend this company for all heating and air services.

Tech arrived and quickly troubleshot, found the issue and this should result in a successful resolution. Ive ordered the part online and will borrow a kerosene heater. If the weather was colder than right now I wouldnt have refused the expensive part he had on hand.

I found out at about 1:30 a.m. last night that our compressor unit was no longer working on our A/C. I called Getzschman at 7:00 a.m. and they were able to fit us into their schedule this afternoon. The tech showed up and immediately found out that a mouse chose to dine on a power contact. He had the unit up and running within a half hour! I’m not too well versed on A/C operations, and going in, I was prepared to have to replace the A/C and furnace since the unit is 17 years old. The tech said all we needed to do was replace the contact, and hopefully we can still get a few more years out of the old unit. It’s great to see a company that works honestly. I will always recommend Getzschman!

Horrible appointment time schedule and communication. They changed my appointment time last minute, then they showed up when I wasn’t even home, no phone call regarding the second time change, then rescheduled to the following weekend and nobody showed up! I called and they said I wasn’t even on their schedule!! Very unprofessional attitude on the phone, would not recommend this company.

Hot day and suddenly the a/c was blowing warm air. Called Getschman and a technician came as soon as he finished his current repair. He had everything he needed for the work and our air conditioner was soon fixed. He wore a mask due to Covid, which I appreciated because Im high risk.

My AC compasitor went out at 10:00 at night. I called got quick response back that they would be able to come and fix the problem that night. Showed up at 11:45 too all of 5 mins to fix the problem and he said Ill mail you the bill. Super nice friendly from starting work at 7am and still working. Seasonal appointments are scheduled to be timely and convenient to meet my schedule. Technicians are courteous, professional, and perform thorough inspections. Work performed is well documented and explained prior to departure. The need for replacement of filters or other system parts is explained prior to approval given to replace. A great company with great employees.

Needed to have my heat pump inspected for the sale of my house. . Getzschman scheduled me right away. The service and technician was great. Would definitely recommend.

We decided to replace our whole system when our 14 year old AC unit developed a leaky coil. We were interested in trying a heat pump since we are on propane for heat in the winter and wanted to reduce our usage since the cost of propane can swing wildly from year to year. We have had the system for several weeks and so far are very happy. The installation was done very well and the follow up commissioning of the system was done recently to make sure it was running at peak efficiency for our home.

The tech that came to the house is Pat, he checked out the furnace, heat pump and thermostat. After he verified all was working he got down to locating the problem with my ac unit. The A coil above the furnace blower is leaking and needs to be replaced. Not what I wanted to hear, looking back Ive had the unit charged and no tech said anything about finding a leak. We have scheduled the service and I am looking forward to having a working heat pump AC unit for the winter. Based on my first contact and explanation of what needs to be done and estimate provided, I made the right choice. Call them you cant go wrong.Just had the G Force team out to the house my AC quit working just what I needed.Tech arrived at the time i was given, it was the capacitor that had bit the dust.Not as bad as I feared, he noticed that I have a box from OPPD that regulates my units according to demandIt was wired in wrong and had the heat pump run for 5 minutes before switching to cooling.Glad i use them, theyll be the only company i can recommend in the metro.

Been a loyal customer for years, theyre always prompt, knowledgeable, professional and follow through with great service.

First my AC started acting up, then my heater. Getzschman came and replaced both. The work was very affordable and done quickly. When I had an issue a few months later, on a Sunday, they were there within an hour. The tech found out a fuse was blown. He didnt have one with him, its an odd one. He drove into Omaha from Gretna, fixed it, and we had heat again within 2 hours of his arrival. I should also mention I have a 100+lbs pitbull that does not like most men. He took the time to become friendly with Shadow and Getzschmans made sure the same tech came on future maintenance visits. They are a wonderful company and have courteous trustworthy employees.

Our furnace started acting up so we called Getzschman and they had a tech to our home within a couple hours. It was a pressure switch that was clogged which they found and repaired in minutes. The tech was friendly and professional and well definitely use them again.

We have been using Getzschmans for the last couple of years and have found them be very knowledgeable, prompt and caring about their work. We pay for the monthly program and like knowing that someone will be there in time of an emergency plus the no charge fall and spring tune-ups. Just had our spring 19 tune-up and the tech was very friendly and gave us the confidence that a thorough checkup was done and we were in good working order with our furnace and air.

The technician that cam to our house to fix our AC unit was amazing he was here at 5:15 on the nose and the wife and I were late getting home from work (Due to traffic) by five mins he stuck around and waited. He called out the issue before we even got to the unit replaced the part checked our system in the basement. He was very professional and very kind and truthful to every question I asked, which made the whole process more relaxing and reassuring. I trust Getzschman, I was an estimator in my home town of Hooper NE and we used Getzschman in the past for project and they always had done a great job on the work site, so I knew I would be in good hands in my own home and I was correct! It was a great experience and I will use Getzschman in the future at this home or a new one!
