Hired Wilmer a few weeks ago to cut back several trees around the house and property. Unlike some other companies, he was quick to return my initial call when I first reached out to him, showed up the day he said he would for an estimate, followed up with me to see if I wanted to proceed with him, and then beat the lowest estimate I had received. He and his crew showed up on time and I was nervous about potential damage to neighbors properties because of some other reviews, but happy to report there was no damage to any property - mine or neighbors. My one complaint was not having a contract in writing describing exactly which trees were being cut and to what height as apparently he and I had a different understanding as to what was to be done. But much to my surprise, when I reached out to him 2 weeks after the job, he actually just came back and cut back more without charging again. I truly did not think he would return and for that good will & honesty, I give him 5 stars.

Wilmer came through a reference and gave me a fair estimate. I had to shop around to get an idea of market price. He did almost match the lowest estimate I got.He was very punctual and hungry for the job. Kept following up and showed up timely for appointments. On the day he showed up on time with his crew of 8 people. They were very efficient and worked non stop. I was very impressed and would recommend to others.

I wanted to take a moment to just give this company a big Thank you, they were actually helping my neighbor with her tree maintenance and did a phenomenal job on her property. When they saw that I also had a large branch from the storm, I spoke with the owner and he removed it for me as a courtesy. These folks are real nice people. I appreciate when companies go above and beyond to just help. It’s rare especially in these times. I quickly got some estimates to trim my trees from him and I am recommending this company with 2 thumbs up!

Wilmer and his crew removed a very large tree from my property. They also pruned 3 other trees. They were very professional, pricing was good and they were very patient answering all my questions. The whole experience was great from scheduling the estimate(the secretary was very sweet and helpful) to the end. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them!

I want to start off by saying that we were not the customer but the neighbor to the customers they were servicing. A couple weeks ago, our neighbor knocked on our door and asked if this tree service company could step on our yard to chop some trees down and we had no problem being good neighbors and giving them the okay. That act of kindness became a nightmare when the workers began chopping the trees and allowing it to fall 20 feet or more to the foundation of our land. You could hear the loud thumps from the other side of the house. Now most companies I see chop trees down normally carry the large bits down with a net but this company was either LAZY or IMCOMPETENT. When my mom came out to ask them not to do that (One again we are not the customer, we are doing them a favor so they get better access to the tree) the boss told her to kiss his @$$. He’s lucky that didn’t happen in my presence but all I can say is that this company is extremely unprofessional, and they clearly don’t respect women. I am livid and what makes matters worse, they were going to leave mounds of tree chippings and branches in our yard. We had to get their attention to come back and clean up our yard! I would never come on here and type an essay but I’m still very upset with what went down. Check Google Reviews and Yelp, you will see this is all too common. They do this to the neighbors of their customers without hesitation.

The crew showed up on time and ready to work. There were about 8 guys and they were all very efficient. Everything, including clean up, was done within a half hour.I would definitely recommend this business.

Neighbor hired them to remove a tree spanning two yards. The crew could not care less about additional damages to both properties and did not take any precautions to avoid further damage - told homeowners don’t worry your home insurance will cover. Which they will not as the adjusters already came through and documented damages.

Disrespectful to women, disrespectful to my family does not take responsibility does whatever he wants and curses at his customers
