Amazing service! Called at 11.38am with a new issue, came to my house at 12pm for a free inspection and quite. Technician came at 3pm, issue resolved by 3.30pm. Highly recommend this local business, super professional!

I had a very good experience with this business. They told me what was going on and exactly what they would do. As well as being professional and aware of what needed to be done, they were respectful. They asked for permission before proceeding with any actions.

Horrible services, complete scam! My mother asked for a free inspection to our apartment regarding bedbug infection. The manager on the phone “Mario” mentioned to my mother that inspection is free, as shown on the website. When they came and just walked around and checked the place, they end up asking for $59 visit fee. The inspector will not leave our home without us paying. When we called the office the manager denied the original agreement. We not only felt scammed but threatened... the inspector was a huge man that refused to leave after we told him that at no point in time was the agreement binding for a original visit to be charged. The inspector eventually was nice enough to leave after we continuesly express uncomfortableness. But do NOT use this businesss!!

Worst experience ever. They sealed the bee nest entrance so all bee are coming into the house every a few minutes and they refused to come back claiming there is no 30 warranty which their technician has promised and it’s an industry standard.

Avoid this company its the worst Unprofessional service. they say they spray around your house when you are not home and then charge you. the customer service is the worst. you would never get to the manager to complaint.
