We had a wonderful such a wonderful time, that we booked another cruise for our 35th reunion last year. Unfortunately, we had to postpone and book it for this year. I called to confirm our booking and to my surprise, I was told that they went out of business. Just packed up everything and left. They left with my $500 deposit. Small claims court here I come. Excellent experience watching the air show at Jones Beach, the crew is excellent very friendly and thoughtful. The food was slightly above average and the views were spectacular. Overall an excellent experience, I would say the vessel is a bit dated and in need of a refreshing however that doesnt change the otherwise 5 star experience.

Does anyone know the current status of this venue? Their phone has been disconnected. My friends are supposed to have a wedding there in March. It looks like they are going to be out the deposit, which was left when the venue was secured.

They were so accommodating and assisted my networking group in planning our charity event. The boat was great and staff superb!

Hosted 50th anniversary party. Very relaxing, good food, nice venue. Would recommend and will go back.

I want to say the Freeport Princess did my party wrong. First They doubled booked our party , and after speaking with them they promised another luxury boat.The day of my event they call us at 4 pm saying the luxury boat is having mechanical issues knowing my party was suppose to meet there at 7:15 pm. They offered a fishing boat like are you kidding me!!!!.This left me with little time to reach out to everyone cancelling the event.That was very inconsiderate on their end because everyone spent money trying to get ready for that day and some people took off of work.I felt something was up in the beginning because no knew what boat we were getting and Im curious we got the call at 4 pm what happened to all the catered food that we selected. Did that go to waste also?? A cake was ordered from Bj’s we had to cancel that order too.We got a refund and celebrated at a restaurant in the mile.Never doing business with them Ever again!!! I will go with capt Lou or Sapphire!
