I had a guy ship a box to me via ups with these people. The package had a value of $250 plus shipping cost. Ups agreed it was lost and agreed to pay the claim ($250+actual shipping). The payment went to the shipping store and then back to the shipper. I received a photo of the check the shipping store sent the shipper today, roughly $129 and change. Very much short of the claim value. Stay away from these people!
