After waiting 14 days (enduring 2 heatwaves) to be assigned a repair service for our cooling unit by the warranty insurance company, we got Value Service. We’ll only use Value Service directly, in the future. It mattered that my husband is 80 and has respiratory issues. They immediately made us a priority and had a serviceman here within hours. The gentleman that arrived to perform the service was prompt, courteous & professional, wore a face mask the entire time. We intend to use their services for other home improvements as well.

Terrible company the owner is a racist, while try to negotiate cause he was trying to rob me, he asked me my nationality ???? What does that have to do with anything ??????? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TERRIBLE SERVICE

I called Value Service for my business to fix a commercial fridge (walk-in refridgerator) that was freezing up. They came 3xs to fix the same problem, charging me $485 each time. After the 3rd time, I advised I dont need their service. Called another company and evaluted the problem and advised whoever serviced the unit originally put in the wrong freon causing the unit to freeze over. Value service was also previously called to fix a convection oven that was covered under warranty however they still billed me for it. Had to get proof from manufacturer that was still under warranty which they already knew because manufacturer referred me to VALUE SERVICE, but still sent bill for $155.32! VALUE SERVICE Cannot be trusted, do not recommend for VALUE Service they claim to provide....STOP THIEF!!!

Doesnt pay their bills. be careful if you become a vendor.
