I have not been able to go there as of yet. However I am rating the ease of access to information on where a food bank is in approximation to where a very good friend in need is staying.Now with hopes I can contact them tomorrow being Saturday to find out day & time they are open to provide much needed food help ALL SHALL BE GOOD. 🤗

Wonderful caring staff of volunteers that are dedicated to making this food bank available to everyone in need. Assistance with other programs is also offered here. GOD bless you all at Open Door!

It is a nice place for people in need. They provide a wonderful service. They are volunteers (to my knowledge) that give of their time to help others. From New Years to Christmas. All proceeds are donated to them to hand out to the public. (They had homemade cookies once) ... If you know of any family or persons struggling please point the way. They have other services as well (on certain days).You will always be welcome with a smile

I was new and the people who work and/or volunteer have compassion. Never thought Id be in a rough spot, but truly appreciated to know theres real good places that dont make you feel like a failure. Best part, they honor the flag before the start of lunch. Very proud since there were many vets there.

I had no food for days so I called this place as I swallowed my pride (and dignity). They embraced me with open arms! They really cared about my well being, these are women with the biggest hearts I’ve ever seen. They’re traditional and I value that because of how nurturing and protective they are. They have supplied me with information to acquire outside resources such.My only complaint is more so a challenge. The location is very convenient to myself as well as a decent sized amount of people from the freehold/manalapan area, however if you are coming from bigger cities like asbury, Neptune, keansberg or long Branch, this isn’t easy to get to. They should volunteer at other places and introduce this level of compassion upon social services such as this one.
