Not sure what planet the bad reviews are from because Atlas Septic was the most: 1) Responsive on the phone; 2) Price competitive; 3) Timely; 4) Professional; and 5) Thorough. Bobby did an outstanding job cleaning our tank out - literally the best weve seen living two decades in Holmdel. Highly Recommend !

Anthony and Pete arrived on time. Removed top layer dirt and septic tank cover quickly, pumped out full tank within 20 minutes, rinsed and cleaned tank walls with garden hose water, and finally put cover and dirt back quickly. Very professional job. Atlas Septic Inc. also gave me the best quote with $25 off coupon on their website. I am a very satisfied customer and will use them again in 3 years. Highly recommended for their septic tank pumping service.

Atlas Septic has the best Customer Service we have ever experienced in a septic pumping company. Chelsea is just wonderful! And their prices are very reasonable. They service three of our septic systems.When we needed an emergency pump and they came the same day! Their service techs are extremely professional, very knowledgable and do a wonderful job. Weve used Atlas in the past and the service was fine. Im not sure if they are under new management, but we made an appointment to have our septic pumped on June 6th. The day of service, no one showed up and they didnt even bother to call. I called that afternoon....I was hung up on (could have been poor reception). I called back and was surprised to discover that the business number was a cell phone and was answered by a young lady driving her car. She said she didnt have my appointment, but would call me back when she reached her destination. Think I got a call back???I called the advertised number again on Monday 6/8. My call was not answered, so I left a detailed message. Think I got a call back???Weve moved on to another, more professional company. PLEASE BEWARE and do your research before using Atlas Septic. They are not responsive and very unprofessional.

Called 1-22-2012 @ 8AM . service techs Bobby & Andrius arrived @ 11AM to respond to my call for septic alarm over night. I helped by digging up access to lift pmp & D box. They went direct to troubleshoot issues. cleared my problem. extremely professional. recommended all upgrades for reliability. Will be making an appointment soon as weather permits to move forward with their upgrades to keep my system reliable for years to come. I have used them for pmp out services for the last 5 yrs.

Ive been leaving voicemails and emails for these people basically begging for them to provide a quote. They simply dont respond. They must have more work than they can handle, otherwise I cant imagine a business being as unresponsive as them. It boggles my mind.

Horrible - They came to my home and dug up the yard for soil sample. NEVER returned a call, NEVER got an estimate, NEVER responded in any way after repeated calls. Left a mound of dirt and huge ruts in my yard. Once I did get a women on the phone - I heard another phone in the background and asked if she needed to answer it - her reply was No they just want to yell at me - That said it all. READ THESE REVIEWS - Dont get trapped! I am grateful they didnt give me an estimate - I can only imagine the horror of actually hiring them!

Atlas Septic is amazing!! Their work is extremely thorough and they helped me every step of the way as I recently had my system replaced. Chelsea is great! She answered all of my calls in a prompt manner and never got frustrated with my crazy amount of questions. She made sure I was always in the loop and always kept me informed. Atlas Septic was great! Gary, the repairman, was very knowledgeable. He took is time and also educated me on how the system works. He also came back after he finished the job to reinforce what he fixed to make it better than before the float alarm broke. He is the type of employee the company should be proud to employ. The cost was reasonable and I know Ill be using Atlas for service when I need them in the future!

This company, Atlas Septic is one of the most professional companies I have ever had do work on my house. The owner Bob was very nice and the work that him and his team did exceed my expectations. I had not a single problem with this company. Reading the other reviews makes me angry because I never saw a flaw in their communication. They were always respectful, honest, easy going, and each employee took pride in their work. I would recommend Atlas Septic to anyone who needs new septic systems or pumping. They also have a pumping discount on their website. If I were you I’d take full advantage of the service! They were great!

I made an appointment to have my system pumped three weeks in advance. The night before (at 8:30PM!!!!) I got a call telling me that they will not be able to come the next day and need to reschedule. I expressed my disappointment and explained that I took a day off work to stay home because of this appointment and they needed to honor it. I was then told Fine, they will make it work. The next day, no one showed up for the appointment and I never received any phone calls telling me they were not coming. The next day, I received a phone call telling me that they obviously did not make it to me and needed to reschedule. At that point, I told Atlas that I cannot work with such an unprofessional and unreliable company and would call someone else. Customer service is not a priority for Atlas, so I suggest you stay away and use a more professional and customer service-focused company.

Theyre very popular in Millstone TWP area. Used them for new system as well as pump out and to get inspection after we built a new house. We are happy for the service.

It is not a company, it is big trap, I waited two. Months to start the work, and unfortunately they damage my backyard by the wronge cheap top soil, in rain nobody can go to the backyard, slippery and muddy, plus a lot of holes due to soil settlements, they never reply phones or emails and of course no warranty.

Good service. They replaced my septic asap and had the best prices and materials.

I live in Colts Neck and of course the night before Christmas we had an overflow in my house. I called a few companies that never answered but Atlas Septic was the only company that would come out and do an emergency repair. The service was great and now I use them all the time. If it wasn’t for them my family would have had a terribly stinky Christmas.Thank you again.

Please do not use this company-they are the worst. A “simple” septic replacement turned into 7 months of unreturned phone calls, plans that were supposed to be completed in one week took over 2 months, soil logs that were incorrectly done causing an issue where the tank had to be raised, (they didn’t test close enough to where the tank was actually going to be, duh!, and were surprised when the water table was higher then 100 feet away where they tested. Oh that sometimes happens, they said. Well maybe it wouldn’t if you tested closer to the actual tank location!!) hence a new pipe had to be installed (they charged $1200.00 extra for a $75.00 pipe and two hours worth of work by their “plumbers”. Their response was that the “plumbers” cost $30.00 an hour. Bad math and exhorbitant overcharging, ) repeated calls to the owner Bob who did NOT ONCE respond back, a secretary who is a liar, delays delays delays, “oh,we forgot to send the check to the township, we’ll have to get somebody to drop it off (after saying that the paperwork was at the township and we were waiting on them for weeks. I finally called the town myself who said they were waiting on the check, and then had to get Atlas to do it). Please please please do yourself a favor and hire anyone else!! Mowery has a good reputation, wish I had gone with them instead. And it’ll be interesting to see if this system actually works!! Good luck, and if you hire these guys don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I dont recommend this company. Very overpriced, took over a week and a half to get an estimate. The estimate to do a simple repair is astronomical. Also including fees that arent necessary and overpriced. Do not use.

Dont use these people. Theyre rude and dont care. I called them for a septic pump out and they broke the cement lid on my tank. Would not help, had to take them to court. They didnt show or pay the judgement I have against them for reimbursement of the lid. There are other reputable septic companies in monmouth county.

If I could leave zero stars I would, never used them, and after driving on the road with them I never would call them! They didn’t even slow down and came about an inch from hitting my truck (they had the yield sign but obv a way bigger vehicle then me) then they clearly blew a red light!

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, They lie and very careless people, the owner is a lady runs the company from home and she does not have time to return calls and the husband is always away and he does not work anymore

Sent them my report and I was told the boss was away on a 3 day holiday ,they never called me back I called them three times and finally gave up.
