Desiree is the best, she always goes that extra step to accommodate your needs. I would definitely recommend.

The staff were very pleasant to deal with. I was seen quickly and provided with excellent information about the different types of orthotics available to me.My only criticism is the lack of signage to locate the office. There was also no address on their entrance. I was about to give up and leave when I noticed an entrance to the back of the building and found the office. Please get a bigger sign!

So I met John while applying for a research study for the myomo arm brace. I had a stroke a few years back and have left sided hemi-paresis. So once I got in the office he fitted me for the arm brace and we discussed other options. He showed me a let me trial the walk aid which in about a month has greatly improved my walking with the help of the brace. John goes out of his way to educate and help you make an informed decision. I was surprised that he genuinely wants to help people achieve there full potential he went above and beyond to help me find a solution that would allow me to afford the walk aid improving my quality of living. If more people in healthcare felt and acted like him the world would be a different place🧐 thanks again👏

Laurie has been working with me to make sure that my shoes are a proper fit. She also measured me for a support brace for my right ankle so I don’t blow out the ankle.Overall they’re very accommodating. She comes to me as I am an inpatient at a rehab facility.

They were very attentive and sensitive to my mom’s needs. My mom is a cancer patient with a double mastectomy. She needed a prosthetic bra. Despite a bit of mishaps with the needed paperwork Body in Motion were very understanding and patient explaining the details to us. Finally my mom got her long time awaited bra and couldn’t be happier. Thank you to all the personnel who was involved in the process.

Having lost mobility due to a hemorrhagic stroke, I was thrilled to receive a robotic arm to assist with restoring function in my paralyzed right arm and hand. John Caputo has been totally professional and knowledgeable in my initial screening, training and any adjustments I’ve needed to date. With lots of practice and John’s sincere encouragement, I’m confident I can regain movement.

I can’t say enough about Body In Motion. Without getting into personal details, I went there with a very unique problem I wanted to solve. I met with John and he immediately made me feel comfortable. He was as excited as I was to find a solution that would work for me. Because of his far-reaching network of contacts he was able to provide me with something that was far beyond what I could have imagined. It was a long process that required many visits to his office so I was able to meet Greg, Seton and the rest of the staff who were all outstanding! They know what they’re doing and they are all welcoming and friendly.In the end, I got something that was way better than I expected! The people at Body In Motion are committed to their work and they REALLY care about their clients.

What can I say? This staff is simply amazing. They care about you and treat you as if you were family.They are attentive to your concerns and questions. This place is wonderful.The only downside is the hours are inconvenient. Maybe if they offered one late night until 6 oclock for the working class not to have to miss time at work...

My 16 month old daughter was prescribed a hinged foot and ankle brace from her Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to help retrain her gait as she tip toes. Laurie and the Admin team at Bodies in Motion of Freehold have been extremely supportive through the entire process. I didnt have to do anything but show up to our appointments, they took care of everything. This is especially important for a mom like myself since I had no previous experience with braces (aside from reading things on the web). Laurie worked directly with my daughters surgeon and physical therapist to formulate a brace that was right for her. I would recommend BIM to any of my family members or close friends.

I absolutely love Body in Motion Freehold. The people that work there are very friendly, knowledgeable and treat you like a patient that matters to them. Greg Krause is awesome. I am a fairly new amputee and put all my trust in this man, to make me the perfect prosthetic. The fit, is right on and the service is beyond excellent. They are very courteous and friendly, the office is nice and clean, the Technician I had (I believe her name was Lori) was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially with choosing shoes and explaining what my benefits were like thru my insurance. Overall I had a very good experience.

I went in to my initial appointment wearing the shoes my orthotics would go in. They took measurments and asked me a few questions and I told them what I would like besides what was in the script.After a few weeks and delays, I went in for my fitting. Right away I knew they were not correct. Not only did they not feel right but they were also too wide for my shoes in which I was told to think about getting new ones. I told them no, these are what I have and wore the first time I was in. Also my feet were coming out when walking. I was asked to wear them a bit to see.After trying I could not wear. They were not contoured for my foot correctly and I could not wear. I called the office to expressed my complaints. They made an appointment for me with the owner who was very nice. The owner said they would make some adjustments to make it right.I went in after alterations were made and I knew something was still off but was told to give it a little time so I left wearing them. After a week I could no longer do so. My feet were hurting more now then before. I tried again with no success. Not only that but they are coming apart in different areas. I emailed stating I would not be back in as well as how my feet hurt more now, the placement of inserts off and them coming apart in less then a month and to this day I have received no reply. Regardless of if I was coming in or not they should reply with something. I myself had a horrible long three months from start to finish trying to get orthotics from here.I went to my doctor and found out the padding/inserted part is off therefore why my feet hurt. In the meantime I found a new place and they took measurements, had them made and I picked them up in less time then BIM took to get them in the first time. The new ones felt like heaven right away. All inserts/padding are correct and my feel no longer hurt.In all my years of wearing orthotics (about 7) it never took almost three months to get them made and adjusted and remade nor have I ever had an issue like this.

My daughter has MS. We initially went to BIM when she needed a leg brace. She was fitted and went back for several adjustments. Later on we heard about the Walkaide and decided to find out more about it. After being educated by John Caputo about the Walkaide and wearing it for a trial period, she purchased it. She/we have been totally satisfied with the service at BIM from day 1. John is extremely knowledgable and has always been available when needed. The staff is always courteous and very helpful. I would highly BIM to anyone in need of any type of movement equipment.
