Not impressed with the quality of the services provided. My gel manicure is extremely lumpy and not neatly painted. The same goes for my pedicure the polish is all over my skin not neat at all. Prices also went up by $5. I paid $55.00 I am not impressed. Very sloppy. Instruments were not sanitized, my operator also kept pointing out how bad the dead skin was on my heels and also kept laughing and pointing out the loose skin around my fingernails. Not professional. Made me uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back.

Very nice and friendly staff. Took my direction well. Had a very relaxing day off.

The guy that had done my nails cut me on the side and hurt me when I reminded him various times that my nail hurt. Gem application was absolutely horrible and came out tilted. Continued to get mad at me when he got the design wrong. Then left my nails cuticles dry

Just like Mady Baker I end up getting foot fungus. This nail salon is not clean. They dont properly sterilize there equipment. The staff look at you funny if your black. Unprofessional. I had to go all the way up North Jersey to get my nails done. Outrages prices. $100.00 to put on eyelashes... I can get it done for $40.00... I hope they can get it together 4 real.

I was there when the licensing bureau came to inspect today. The guy doing my pedicure ran out the door & the women claimed they did not speak English. They are not licensed as per the inspectors. It will be interesting to see if they remain open.

There okay but not for 50$

This place used to be great yrs ago! but nowthe service has went downhill!! My nail Technicians were rude.. and I had a damp mildewed cloth used to wipe my feet after my pedicure! Then after my nails were polished and still wet and I was under the dryer she asked could she go in my PURSE.. to get my money to pay! I’m disgusted! Not ever going here again this service is horrible to say the least! Not to mention I didn’t appreciate them all sitting around talking in another language as if I wasn’t the only person there!! Horrible!

I went to Nails 2000 today and let me tell you i have no regret going back at all. They did a splendid job on my nails and made me very comfortable. I have been in many nail salone best believe i was more satisfied here. I was recommended here so am also recommending others to..tho there is one guy was a alittle rude to me but i pay him no mind so therefore he didnt do my nails..

I liked my nails, but it would be nice to have a more conversation with my nail technician. She was on her phone while doing my nails; speaking in her native tongue the whole time except to ask what color i wanted. When l go to my regular spot, I feel like they cared what I liked and made me feel like its all about me. Over all I like my nails,but bottom line service is everything!

They’re so rude everytime i come there they tell me daddy have to come back in an hour even when i have an appointment !!! They even start to roll there eyes at me and laugh !! I’ll never be going back

This place gave me toe fungus. I would give it 0/5 stars since getting toe fungus is booty cheeks but I cannot. Dont go here👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼🙂

Horrible experience...-They say one price on the phone and charge another when you get there.-They are busy speaking their language and laughing while working on you. Very unprofessional.-You ask them to fix something that doesnt look right and they say NO its fine just the way it is. Whos paying? Ok! So fix it!-They charge a 12 year old the same price as an adult for a pedicure. Really? Come on! We all know thats ridiculous! Working on an adult is so much more work!-The Manager was rude and didnt care to even listen to us.- Now I know never to go there again.Thank you for opening my eyes to never go there or to refer anyone.

I went with my daughter both of us for manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. What a disaster. I had a chunk cut on my toe, my nails are completely uneven and my eyebrows dont match. My daughters nails are a mess and her eyebrows are a disaster this cost over $100.00 plus the money to have redone elsewhere. Very upset.

Veryyy unprofessional! They dont prep your nails and hands like other nail salons do before getting started. The women there have a bad attitude and are in a hurry to get you in and out as fast as possible therefore you dont end up with a professional-looking manicure. Very disappointed!

Terrible service the guy who did my nails did terrible I was not happy at all.
